Had a coffee mug of a beautiful art print made for my grandson's teacher. We wanted to let her know how appreciated she is by giving her a special "made-just-for-you" present. She was extremely pleased and touched! Shipping was very fast as well. I would highly recommend this wonderful site!

One month after ordering and no product. I had gotten a whole list of false excuses, too many to list, one of which was "it's shipped but USPS isn't doing the tracking updates" lol.

I ordered several pieces from fine art america, The quality of the product (canvas and wood prints) was excellent, they were well packaged to avoid any shipping damage. After the first order, I returned for 2 more orders. I think that says it all!

I recently purchased several face masks and several tote bags. They are all beautiful. Arrived quickly, were reasonably priced. Easy to order Most are for special gifts. Would definitely purchase again

Had an account with them (now closed) and they just took money without asking. I've checked my original email from there is nothing about auto renewal in there. Would not deal with this shoddy and unethical company again!

Rob Norwood is one of the best artists of tie dying, and very well known. I was excited to have his affordable art pieces on the masks! Since we're staying covered up for a while, might as well look fabulous doing it! They came just a few days after ordering. I am very pleased.

Very bad experience. Picture quality was not good. (looked like the picture was blown up from a disposable camera). Customer service was even worse (you can only speak to a representative if you're ordering something). The picture I ordered was not cheap - $179. When my husband saw me open it he said "I hope you didn't pay more than $30 for that!

I would not have minded the experience as much if they were willing to work with me or provided any customer service whatsoever. The manager of the person I was speaking to actually listened in on the call as I got increasingly frustrated. He never came on the line and basically had his high pitched rep tell me over and over again that they don't speak to customers.

In searching for a special bicycle-themed birthday card for my sister a few years back, I came across Fine Art America. They had so many great choices, I had a hard time deciding. Since then, I have been ordering cards for her and other "special" people. I'm always delighted at the broad range of choices and usually entertain myself for a while looking at all the possibilities.

As an online merchant, they are as good as any I have encountered. Their prices are reasonable, and their shipping is always quick. Who could ask for more!

Bought a t-shirt featuring a R. Leighton cartoon from The New Yorker magazine ("Escher, get your $#*! up here," featuring the ironwork of a skyscraper done as an Escher print). FineArtAmerica delivered exactly as promised and in near-record time. Very pleased, highly recommend, will be using them again.

I bought a large Whitney Houston framed Canvas a couple weeks ago. The artwork is amazing as you would expect from FineArtAmerica. I was, however pleasantly surprised of the quality of the stretched canvas and floating frame. All high quality! The shipping time was very reasonable as well. I will definitely will be ordering another piece of artwork through this company again soon.

This is my forth time purchasing something from Fine Art America - always excited and anxious to receive my package. Extremely quick delivery, no waiting for weeks. My first two orders were shower curtains, love both of them - have received many compliments. The second was a duvet cover, unfortunately it had to be returned (the cover was beautiful, just didn't match my decor). Received a credit in a very timely fashion. Communicated with one of your customer service reps, excellent customer service. After scrolling thru your on-line selections, I did manage to make a selection of a duvet cover that is perfect for my bedroom decor. Love it!.

I am a repeat customer. Items are as described. Good tracking and follow up. Responsive to questions.
Good turn around time. Packing generally good. Prints in a rolled tube not always packed well, flimsy. Framed items appear to be securely packed. Depending on prints, color variations may exist. Suggest sticking with paper type recommendations by seller. Recommended.

I purchased three canvas prints. They are all gorgeous! Coloring on two of them is exactly as described...one canvas arrived darker than the online version. Was disappointed at first but when I hung it on the wall with the other artwork it looked great.coloring fit in perfectly. Shipping was quick and arrived before the estimated arrival date. Easy and smooth transaction overall. I will definitely order more from Fine Art America.

Our picture is a stunning copy of a painting called Simplicity by Dominic Murray. Despite its title this is a fantastic study of light and reflections and must have been incredible difficult to create its such clarity. The beautifully mounted print really does the work justice. It arrived in a timely way and securely wrapped. We will definitely be looking again when we want special occasion gifts.

First, I NEVER write bad reviews. Here is my first one. Orders placed 2+ months in advance to assure delivery before the holidays. All Confirmations were worthless. My items arrived 2'nd week in January. I called, I e-mailed, I did everything possible to receive some kind of communication back. I got nothing! 0 customer Service. Puzzles arrived with crooked pictures on the front of the boxes. Items were crushed. Pieces inside were loose. No wrapper on the inside to protect contents. Awful for the appearance of such expensive items. I could of just gone to the 99 cent store. I wish I had. I was a repeat customer. Never Again... It is now February. I still haven't heard from anyone at the company.
