I recently bought a multiple of oversized canvas pictures of various sizes and subject.
The quality is second to none, the packaging was 100% arriving or being anywhere close to damaged.
Any queries I had were dealt with by phone or email in very short order. It's been a great investment.

I have bought an art print for my house and had a great experience with Fineartamerica. Items are well described and terms for return and shipping are easy to find.
The product arrived within 2 or 3 days after the purchase and was very well packed, something that worried me considering it is always raining in Denmark.
I just wish they would keep the metric system all the way to end of the purchase process but it's a detail that was easily checked online.

FineArtAmerica provides a platform for amazing artists and photographers, and when you find something you like, it's available in many forms and price ranges. I have bought a large framed photograph from them in the past, and the quality of their work was excellent, right down to the way it was packaged for shipping, and the pricing is very reasonable. Most recently, I bought a pair of face masks as a gift--also beautiful and well-made. So their attention to detail is not just limited to the higher-priced products. They don't slack on any part of the process. I'm very impressed, and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased 2 items from FineArtAmerica, an excellent site with a huge variety of products, easy to navigate the site and access information. My order arrived in packaging which really impressed me as thought and care went into it not just shoved in a box like some companies do. The order was exactly as described and would highly recommend FineArtAmerica.

FineArtAmerica's site advertised 20% off until midnight. I went to confirm measurements before placing an order and when I returned to the site the promo was gone. I called customer service and spoke to someone who could not have cared less, who offered no coherent explanation, and who hung up on me. I sent feedback via the website about the disappearing promo and the hang up. Whoever prepared the response to my feedback didn't address either issue, but bypassed both issues entirely with empty verbiage that had nothing to do with the matter at hand. I will deal directly with the artists instead of wasting my time with the 'FineArtAmerica' middleman.

I loved The New Yorker cover called "Reading Group," so I decided to buy a framed print. Not only was it well done artistically, but the artist managed to express how a group of kids will get on top of one another when one of them is reading an engrossing story. Just looking at the picture makes one smile and to recall groups like that from the past. Also, Fine Art America did a super job of matting and framing the piece. I love it.

I use this as my personal print site! It's awesome for gifts, photos I've taken that I want to gift to family and friends. Where else can you get a custom coffee cup, puzzle, notecards or a pillow made that you don't have to order multiples? I have ordered numerous things to see delivery time and quality (as I was concerned if I gifted something and had read some bad comments) I have ordered the items above as well as those great cloth tote bags and everything came as promised timewise and looked awesome. EXCEPT a puzzle that is now a month behind schedule. Have sent an inquiry and will wait to see what they have to say.KW

I purchased an item and needed it to be shipped overnight. Called several times to confirm that the item would be received the next day, each time receiving a different answer by customer service.
Still do not have item. Will see when it actually arrives despite having paid for expedited shipping. Customer service is awful, they are not knowledgeable, they don't care if you are displeased, and they don't respond with any urgency. They do not answer the phone and the memory is full so you can't even leave a message. I'm now filing a complaint with my credit card company to reverse payment.

I agree. Their customer/technical service is truly pitiful... almost nonexistent. I have contacted them three times by e-mail in an effort to resolve a problem, and they have yet to even acknowledge my request for assistance. Difficult to trust a company with such lack of concern for its new buyers.

I have made a few purchases this year and have been very satisfied with every one. The prints I've purchased, whether they're framed or not, always are just as described so I'm comfortable ordering from Fine Art America because of that. Every item has always been delivered in reasonable time and I have had no problem with damage of any sort.

I randomly found this art website while looking for artwork to decorate my house. I love the one stop shop to find thousands of different artist collections, but, also, you can get the art in any medium you desire! It's perfect! The prices are very reasonable considering the choices and the shipping time very quick. One of my items arrived damaged and as soon as I reported the damage a new piece was put into production and shipped out - no further questions asked! I will be a lifetime customer.

I'm always a little anxious about the quality of shipping when I order online. In this case I ordered an art print which fortunately was well protected in stiff packaging because the USPS did everything they could to bend it to fit in our mailbox! Despite their efforts the picture arrived in perfect condition.

Fine Art America has been a great company to do business with. I like the idea of being able to "try out" different sizes, frames, mats & paper. Many choices are available. My items were shipped on time and were very well packaged. I have purchased 3 prints. They are beautiful. I am so glad I found the Fine Art America web site. I will be back!

Fine Art America is a decent source for works by this painter. But two of four prints I ordered were inferior quality and had to be sent back. Because there are many vendors printing Sargent's work, it is impossible to know which company will do the best work. It's hit and miss which means added time and expense to return unsatisfactory work. Wish there was a way to know beforehand.

I ordered some items from FineArtAmerica. Well, our Post Office messed up and delivered the package to the wrong address. I have been very upset as this was to be a gift for my husband and son, we won't even get into the aggravation of trying to get a resolution from the PO. Long story short, I reached back out to this company and they are being amazing with their customer service. This was totally unexpected and rest assured I will order from them again and will advise others to do so as well. Great company that still knows how to take care of customers!

The buying process is really straight forward and clear with different size/ price options.
Once you've made a purchase you have a log in on the website to track the progress of your order, so you can keep tabs on it easily.
Delivery was really timely and as described.
The packaging was such good quality and hardy and really protected my goods (especially important as was being sent overseas).
Would definitely buy again with total confidence.

Customer service is terrible. They didn't even try to understand my issue over email and just kept giving me the same answer. They also didn't seem to read my emails correctly or view the screenshots I sent them to illustrate my point. Website tool for sellers is very old-fashion/clunky. There are a few options out there for art sellers that are much better than FAA. I have also read many negative reviews from buyers, mostly about the poor quality of the items purchased.

The customer service is... weird. I've had a few issues that I contacted them about and sometimes they just plain don't answer. Once I got a reply unrelated to my actual problem. Really odd. You have to expect to contact them several times for basic problems and repeat yourself. Also they screwed up the printing of one of my products twice in a row. It's almost funny how incompetent they are. Almost.

Not only does Fine Art America have many artists from which to choose, they have many products as well. I ordered prints on canvas, a pillow, and a shower curtain all in the mid-century modern style. Great creativity and quality.

I found the wealth of art options amazing as well as the print media. I went through thousands of abstract art options to design a beautiful bath towel I hung on the wall. The shower curtain I recently purchased has impressive resolution of a photo and makes a stunning statement. Both of these were at very economical pricing.
The one thing I found confusing is the web site says you can call but no phone number is easily found. I am sure this is to reduce costs and overhead but I think you would be more up front about what your service model is.
It's a very unique model - somewhat similar to Shutterfly but with beautiful art and pictures.
