The customer service for this site is atrocious. I ordered a picture for an upcoming birthday based on the estimated delivery date. I subsequently did not receive a shipping notification for 11 days past the estimated ship date. I emailed and asked for an explanation. An inept person named April told me that production times vary from "7-20" days. It is a printing company. It is inconceivable to have that variation unless you are being run by a cabal of idiots. It is now 18 days past the estimated shipping date with no news and no update from the company. Terrible company that I would highly discourage anyone from using.

I can't afford an authentic art piece, but with Fineart America I can now enjoy art in an affordable way. I ordered a tote and it came very quickly and looked just like how it was advertised. I'm very happy and will be ordering more in the future.

While looking for a graduation gift for our daughter from college we were fortunate enough to discover FineArtAmerica. We found the perfect sketch of a building on her campus which will bring back fond memories of her college days. Ordering was easy, customer service perfect, and the package arrived exactly when they said it would. A wonderful site we found!

Something I'd been eyeing for over a year went on sale Cyber Monday. Due to the sale I not only got the print but had them do the matting and framing for a rather large piece to go over my mantle. It was done beautifully and well wrapped and protected for shipping. I'm thrilled with how all of it looks!

I have ordered from FineArtAmerica many times already. Their puzzles using the beautiful designs of their artists serves my puzzle-making hobby. They are made from good quality board material that is durable and does not bend or break. Plus, the designs made by the artists are all unique and I am always sure to find one that is tailor-fit to suit the tastes and preferences of the people who I give these puzzles as gifts. Shipment takes 2 months but it is understandable due to the geographic distance, but when it gets here, everything is in good condition and all I can say is it is definitely worth the wait! I am happy I have found a site that can cater to my hobby, has excellent customer service, and never runs out of designs and ideas that make my puzzles personalized in each and every way, and I look forward to ordering another batch soon.:-)

I was on the hunt for art depicting a historic moment in time... 2020. Found wonderful photography and a very creative illustration and purchased boxes of greeting cards to send to family members and friends. Rave reviews and comments from all recipients. I appreciate the high quality card stock and envelopes as well as the reasonable turnaround for filling my order. I will be back for additional works of art!

Nice large selection of items for my interests. The variety of types of items you could get also prompted me to buy several things I would not have otherwise thought of, puzzles or beach towels for instance. Could not find something for everything I looked for but very happy with what I found. They also had good service as it did not take long at all to receive my orders.

It is a very well done canvas and capture the magic between Steven and Joe on stage so far I have two of the set of four I want. I return to them to business because they are easy to get a refund if the pic does not reflex what you thought it might. It costs a little more than some site, but easy returns and work itself is worth the money

This piece was exactly what I wanted for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it and has it hung in the very spot she had reserved for it. We will definitely order from this company again. Very easy site to navigate with wonderful and amazing art to choose from that can then be transferred to a large array of items. I purchased a canvas carry bag and i-phone cases and was thrilled with the quality of each item with the colors being the same as depicted on the website. Check out was no hassle and I received my items within days and in perfect condition. Great shopping experience.

Because of having to order mostly online lately, I am frequently disappointed when items arrive and are not as expected. This was NOT one of those times. When my wall art arrived, I was very pleased with the beauty and quality. A satisfied customer.

I ordered a Gabby Hayes mug for my very talkative 82 year young brother. I appreciated that I could choose the background color to match his kitchen accents. The mug came quickly and packed very well so nothing was cracked or broken. I will be back to this company whenever the nostalgia bug hits! I know my brother will be pleased when I give it to him on his B-day. Thank you so much!

Whatever you do don't use this business. The worst experience of my life. If there was a -5 option for rating it would be -5. Paid for a phone case for $50 said it would deliver in 3 days took 10 days and then when it was delivered it was the wrong item. I then send an email back requesting the item I paid for and they ask for a photo. I send a photo. And I am yet to receive any details about my original item being sent out. Absolute scam of a business should be shut down. This site breaches so many aspects of Consumer Law and breaks so many of my consumer rights. I don't know how governments allow this pathetic business keep running. I hope these people fail miserably and lose every single cent of their money. It's people like this that deserve nothing but a cardboard box.

Things like greeting cards are a great promotion for your work. Also, I have sold 2 photos even though I do not pay for extra marketing. And they pay on time. So, I highly recommend this company as a tool for artist and photographers to show and sell tie art..

I am a massive Robert Wagner Fan and was delighted to not only find a large range of I phone cases but beautiful art ones as well. There is a choice of some Robert's film posters and then different cases with either photos or art renditions of him. Every single one is absolutely beautifully done.
