Fantastic range of products available. I had a view in my head of what I was after and was able to find several options to choose from. Particularly liked the options to select your preferred size of print. Delivery was quicker than stated and the packaging was excellent, ensuring the canvas arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be the first option when looking for future wall art.

Found what I wanted and it was delivered in a timely fashion with the quality I expected. Communication on approximate shipping time could have been a bit clearer but overall it was a good experience. Would buy from FAA again.

I placed an order which was shown to ship December 13,2021. Today, January 12,2022, the tracking info still says only "Shipping label created. USPS awaiting receipt of item." I have communicated with customer service 4 times and each time was told the item was shipped. I asked to refund my order as I never received it and was told they would not refund me "because it had shipped." They even gave me a number to call the USPS who also said they never received the item for delivery. I had to ask my bank to stop payment because customer service would not rectify the situation.

I've ordered a couple of pieces from FineArtAmerica. I am impressed with their options to Buy, Sell, or Create Art. I was pleased with their fast service and the care they took in carefully packaging my selections.

I ordered a a framed print 12/5/2025. Many reassurances it is on the way. No print. I asked to cancel and have money returned.Fine Art America says too late it was already sent. By tracking# info it has never left the warehouse in Hawthorne. Label created, but the trail stops there. Fedex says they never received it, and there is no evidence it ever left the warehouse. No print no refund. Now to file a claim? I just want my gift delivered. It was an especially meaningful print meant to be given on Christmas. Do not assume you will receive your order on time if at all :( I do not know how to submit proof of purchase. The company has order# ticket # and tracking #. I will figure out how to submit it and submit it. Pissed level 99% nice agents though.
Tip for consumers:
You may not receive what you order. Refund refused because they say they shipped it w/ Fedex. Fed ex denies receiving it. Tracking # info says it never left the warehouse in Hawthorne.

The quality of the products is top notch. I have enjoyed every purchase. They are unique and I love seeing all the designs. There logistics are superb given these uncertain times. I've received every order in a timely manor and have never experienced any problems with ordering. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality and excellent service.

I ordered and received for great prints from a photographer I enjoy. The product quality was amazing. I came well protected and in excellent condition. I have since used them to make some personal items of my own photography. I can not wait to see the outcome.

This was my first purchase with FineArtAmerica and I was so excited to get the print I ordered from an amazing artist I found on instagram. The quality was excellent, colors and image exactly as I saw online. There were lots of options from buying a print only to buying a fully framed print. I chose a stretched canvas print, which came with hanging wire already installed and a hook and nail for the wall. Perfect! It was nice to be able to decide to purchase a ready-to-hang piece and not have to fuss with finding the needed materials and guessing correct sizing for a frame- completely worth the extra money (which I would've had to spend on hanging it myself anyway). Conversely, if I had a frame already or just wanted to pin it up poster style, the print prices are so reasonable, it allows anyone to collect pieces they love for sharing and illuminating their spaces. Will definitely purchase from this site again!

As a buyer and seller of art from Fine Art America I've experienced good service and money back on one problem image purchased, otherwise this site is great space for all artists to share expertise, inspire and promote one another as well as sell art. I know of artists who sell repeatedly on this site, so this site can't be nearly as bad as some say here! I've been a member of this site for 3 years and have no complaints. Recently bought a packet of cards of my own images which were in excellent condition and looked stunning!

I use your company to order mugs for my collection, especially on science and arts. Despite it's rather expensive, mainy because of shipping costs overseas, it is worth it! My collection has significantly increased since I do business with Fine Art America on Sitejabber.com. And mugs I purchase from them cannot be found anywhere else!

We were looking for an ocean-themed print for our bathroom remodel. I already had a frame that I wanted to use, just needed the right print--a painting of sandpipers on the beach. I quickly found just the right one! There were plenty of selections to choose from, something for anyone's taste.
The print came rolled in a sturdy tube, and the paper it was printed on was thick and of good quality. I feel the price was very reasonable, too. My shopping experience on this site was easy and trouble-free. I will likely purchase from them again in the future.

My brother-in-law, for whom this print was a Christmas gift, LOVES the print. My spouse and I had seen some fantastic prints on metal in a gallery and they glowed so beautifully with the gallery lighting that we thought we might try one of our favorite artist prints on it and it seems to have worked out wonderfully. Thank you for making a beautiful print for us. We hope to see it one day since the relative we gifted it to lives in another state.

Replacement. I've dealt with other companies for art prints that arrived damaged, only to have replacements sent in the same
Manner as the damage one! I would not hesitate to order again from the company (and will) and certainly would recommend
Them to others.

We wanted 2 pics of Waldo lake to celebrate our marriage - found exactly what we were looking for.
After emailing one of the artists for more info on the photograph, was given an amazing email detailing day, location and time of the photo with background info on the artist and his connection to Waldo.

I ordered canvas prints of my favorite views in my hometown of Philadelphia. PA. I created a collage with them on my family room wall and am very pleased with the results! I have left 4 emails over the last 6 weeks, and talked to the answering service twice (they know nothing and cannot help you, they just answer the phone and tell you to email them!) no one has answered or called back. I really liked being on here the site looks great and was easy to set up, but if I can't get help I'll have to leave.

I spent over $100.00 on a duvet cover for my son. He excitedly opened it to read instructions on how to wash it before we put it on his bed. The instructions literally state "do not" then cuts off. I called the company and they do not have any instructions. The rep told me she thinks I can dry it on air dry or regular dry, but she's not sure. I'd rather return it now before I ruin it with incorrect washing, but I was told I needed to pay for the shipping back. Ridiculous. All I want to know is how to care of my purchase and I would have been happy, but to tell me "I think" this is what you do, but refuse to pay for return shipping since you can't give me a definitive answer is awful. Won't be shopping with them again.
