A purchased metal print was defective on delivery. Fine Art America refused to reimburse shipping charges to and from my address. The cost to return the print was $136.62 due to its large size and unusual shape. This supplier's production quality is poor and Fine Art America's customer service was unresponsive to my request for a refund. Do not buy from them if you might have to return a purchased item. They do not stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

I ordered 3 framed canvas prints with a matte finish. I received 3 canvas prints with a glossy finish. One arrived with no wire to hang the artwork. It state's on the order form that the artwork will arrive "ready to hang". The frame were not well put together with the corners not matching up and one frame had wide gaps on 3 of the 4 corner seams. See photos.

I recently acquired this house which needed a bite of love...after having the floor refinish, and the walls painted all Oxford white, I wanted to bring some touches of colour. Loving modern abstract painting I found that poster reproduction where a great, fast, & affordable way.

The painting offered by FineArtAmerica was not only readily available for purchase, but also as a fine photographic rendering of the original. This obscure - and nearly forgotten painting - by 19th century artist, Giovanni Boldini, was a pleasant surprise to find here, and with a wide-ranging choice of sizes for framing. The ordering and careful packaging for shipment was a welcome relief, as I have encountered online distributors that differ in terms of "user-friendliness". The proof was in the presentation, after delivery, of the painting and it now is part of my wall display at home.

The Helen Dryden framed Vogue cover arrived quickly and is exactly as depicted. The measurements are perfect and the colors are vibrant. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would highly recommend this company!

I have purchased two pieces of wall art from FineArtAmerica and I cannot begin to tell you how easy and it was and how quickly my purchases were delivered, they are both of super quality and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I recently ordered and received two stretched canvas prints of TC Steele paintings. The prints are very sturdily assembled and have all the accessories for hanging them already attached. The color of the prints is very vivid and presents well. The only issue I have had, and it is a small one, deals with not getting updates on shipping status after the initial order. I will use them again!

I recently order 4 more coffee mugs from FineArtAmerica (including one from the Conde Nast store). I love all four mugs. The mugs were shipped in a sturdy and secure box. The box was delivered two days before they were originally supposed to ship. I have now ordered 6 mugs from FineArtAmerica. I strongly recommend the site.
The only con I have with FineArtAmerica is that there is so such art that I had a very hard time prioritizing what I could afford to order. My wish list is now very long.

All in all, my experience with FineArtAmerica has been a very happy one.
My purchases have been very good quality and the people I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful.

My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. I ordered a coffee mug for my husband, an avid fly fisherman. I had been looking at stores and online and could not find the design nor quality I was seeking. I found FineArt online and ordered the mug. It arrived in a timely manner, securely wrapped. The mug has a beautiful graphic and the mug is great for morning coffee. My husband loves it!

I order two puzzels and the recipients were very impressed. I was looking for Grand Island pictures and found them on Fine Arts America.
