Superior quality matting and frame! I loved how I could choose everything for my artwork, the frame, of which they had lots of choices, the matting colors and sizes. Double matting is also available. It was a fun and seamless project to put together. The website is very user friendly and colors pretty true to real life. My artwork of course looked so much more amazing in real life, I could not be happier with my purchase

We ordered three large framed photographs of the Chrysler Building by photographer Mike McGlothlin. The photographs arrived on time and are now a magnificent addition to our living room. The order was as promised from FineArtAmerica. Would definitely order again.

I ordered over $500 worth of puzzles for Christmas gifts. The website stated that they would ship in 2-3 days. Almost a month now, and they still have not shipped. And 13 Christmas gifts will not be given. They have no phone number to call and my emails are given little answer. They don't initiate shipping email information. I think I can only ask for a refund. But wait, refunds are only good for 30 days of order date. At the end of 29 days, I don't even have the items to ask for a refund.

I bought one of my own prints from my fineartamerica store,, to see how smoothly the process might go for my customers... I paid over 50 dollars. I got no notification as a seller,, and no notification as a buyer. That means no tracking info as the buyer and no indication that I had sold a print as a buyer. Meaning I didn't get my portion of the payment for the sale. The print finally arrived damaged and packaged horribly. Calling customer support I was able to talk to someone after being on hold for only a few minutes,, but she could not explain why everything had failed and she sounded exhausted like she had been hearing similar stories all day,, I felt sorry for her. I Started a refund process but again received no notice that my refund was initiated. No ticket number ect... which makes me think I will have to turn to PayPal for a refund since this site appears to be unable to operate currently..

I bought two prints of a selected size, and framed, on-line. Web site excellent. Delivery time excellent. One of my prints was upside down in the frame. So I had to break the professional framing job to place the print upright. Framing was otherwise perfect. I expect this is not ordinary due to the overall excellence of all other interactions.

I have bought quite a few greeting cards from Fine Art Anerica. I Love that they are blank on the inside and you can type a personal message at no extra cost. People ask me where I get my cards from. Each one I received is exactly as shown and all beautiful. There are so many options and the categories are arranged so it is easy to choose. You can have your card vertical or horizontal.
Shipping time is very good, customer service is responsive and all cards have arrived in sturdy cardboard envelopes and all include envelopes. The cards are on a semi gloss sturdy stock. This is a wonderful, trustworthy site with subject matter to suit all tastes.

Loved the art and love the artist. What disappointed us was that we learn after the fact that there was a $37.00 import charge which took us by surprise. I understand what these charges are for but would have liked the company to let us know they were possible and that FineArtAmercia were not covering the charge I the shipping cost. So we paid over $80.00 to have the piece shipped. A little excessive.
Customer Service was rude and condescending. No help at all. This has really soured us from dealing with FineArt America.

Great website and superb selection. I was looking everywhere for a specific painting and when I found FineArtAmerica I couldn't be more pleased. I found exactly what I wanted and it's now hanging in my bedroom to look at everyday. It is pricey if you need a specific size and frame but definitely worth it.

After ordering seven framed portraits of composers (from Liszt to Ravel), I must say that I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Try as you might, you couldn't possibly find even one flaw in the workmanship. I'm delighted to say that my music studio has never assumed the sophisticated elegance that it now enjoys. We had been searching for some time for the perfect painting for my sons room. The Slash canvas was exactly what he wanted and exceeded our expectations. My son was thrilled. The customer service was top notch. Due to covid, things were a little behind and the team did a phenomenal job replying to my emails promptly, answering my questions and keeping me updated. I even received an email a week after delivery making sure we had received it and everything was ok. I would recommend Fine Art America to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer.

This has been my third transaction with this company. Always pleased with the results. The customer service really helped to achieve exactly what I wanted. However, the last two took longer to receive than the first, not sure if it was because it was a multiple order or medium. I had to call and ask if it had been shipped. Otherwise, excellent!

I ordered two jigsaw puzzles from FineArtAmerica to pass the time during snowy days.
The photo selection was vast, and I was able to find two beautiful pictures of Waterville Valley, NH, where I summered last year.
The puzzles arrived very quickly, within a week or so. The puzzle quality is superb - the pieces fit together tightly, often with a satisfying little "click" as they fit in. These are not cheap, thin pieces.
Further, the print quality on the puzzle was excellent. Beautiful colors, lots of shading (important for big vast spaces like sky) and no peeling.
If I had one negative comment, it is that the pieces are pretty generic puzzle shapes - nothing too "out there" in these puzzles. But that's a minor quibble and the puzzles I picked were pretty hard due to the pictures chosen.
These are a little pricey and S&H seemed a bit high for an online purchase, but all in all well worth it. Maybe not a purchase I could make every week, but a nice little "splurge".

Fast efficient shipping of a quality product. I love my iPhone 6 Plus case! Along with a protective inner rubber bumper, the printing on the outer case is outstanding. The colours are clear and vibrant for the picture I chose and I like that I could place it where I wanted. I tend to drop my iPhone on occasion and so far this case has stood up to the punishment.
