Don't believe any of the glowing reviews about customer service! It is non-existent. I logged a ticket on 5/22 and it is now three weeks later and have yet to hear back despite site assurance of a response time of a few hours and repeated follow ups. The site claims 24/7 customer service that is on call and encourages customers to phone in if/when they have questions/issues, but doesn't seem to list a phone number any where on the site. Furthermore, the return policy a joke. The 30 day window starts when you order, but they don't ship out it out for a couple weeks. Couple that with the non-existent customer service and it's clear that they are trying to wait out the return window.
In terms of product quality, there is none. It looks as though they just took a screen shot of a low resolution picture and printed an off color blurry version. The print was absolute garbage and cost four times that of a superior version I was able to find on a different marketplace after the fact.
Stay away from here with a ten foot pole! If you read this review and still purchase from FineArtAmerica, you only have yourself to blame.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered from Fine Art America recently and i am not satisfied with the quality of product. I tried to contact them but all in vain. Never responds to emails, doesn't even list phone numbers on website. Highly disappointed by their service. Never going to buy again from them.

This company was great to work with while ordering my artwork. I ordered a picture of the Nauvoo Temple. The quality is beautiful. The paper the picture was printed on looks like It has texture. I did not use a piece of glass to cover It when I framed It because It looks like canvas. It came on time and it was beautiful. I am a first time buyer from this company and have not recieved a discount for my honest and objective review. I would recommend buying from them to anyone and I would personally use them again.

The service and quality of products are superlative value! Thanks also to the design by the Contemporary Master Painter Enrico Garff the artistic value of the purchase is invaluable compared to the price paid. There's only a disappointing remark to do regarding the increased tariffs imposed by the EU if you order from Europe penalizing the exceptional service rendered by Fine Art America, but that's not Fine Art America's fault of course. Still, I'm highly recommend satisfied.

The trip of the 2 face masks I have bought to FineArtAmerica was a bit complicated, from Santa Monica to France. Anyway, I am very happy with this purchase:

I ordered prints of Dunderave Castle which is part of my mother's heritage since she was descended from the Weirs and McNaughtons. I ordered these prints for Christmas gifts and they were excellent! Ordered two Acrylic Prints. I was taken back on the high quality and the brightness, it was so crisp. Then I was impressed on the quality of the Mounting and Hanging Wire. Definetly excited to find another Print to order. In addition to that it came with a Hook, optional nail and was heavily packaged appropriately.

I purchased a large (24"x38") print of Charles $#*!ens. I believe the original is black and white. This is colorized. The quality is very good, in particular, the vibrancy of the colors. The online site offers the print in multiple sizes. I was concerned that with the size I ordered, I might lose some of the sharpness of the original. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the print. It was carefully packaged in paper in a firm/solid cardboard tube and had no wrinkles, bends, or flaws. First time buying from this site and I will buy again and recommend to others.

I was lookin for something unique for my guest room that featured Hawaii - and low and behold i stumbled on fineartamerica and their fantastic products. I ordered the Pineapple on a beach full duvet cover - and it is beyond what i expected i LOVE it! So much i am ordering more for my other bedrooms. The duvet is so soft and fresh looking and feeling. The colors are vibrant and the quality really above and beyond. Highly reccomend and will use again.

Most impressed with the quality of the paper. I ordered from another vendor and the paper wasn't near the quality, thus showed crinkles in the paper despite how careful I was. The colors are vivid, though I felt like they were slightly less vivid than they were on my computer screen. Love it!

Product was damaged during shipping and they won't do anything about it. Trying to get a hold of these people is impossible and when you do, they say you will hear something within 48 hours. Yeah right. This order was placed on the 12th of Dec still not resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! You have been warned.

I never purchased inspired Chanel items. For I am a die hard fan... and only buy Authentic Chanel. But, low and behold when I stumbled up on Fine Art website and seen what could be done to just pillows or wall art? I knew I had to do somthing. So I purchased 2 of thee Chanel inspired throw pillows and when they arrived they were EVERYTHING! Can't No 1 person come in my bedroom without complimenting or askin who and where did I get them from... They are ABSOLUTELY Beautiful. I will purchase from them again.

I love my t-shirt! I'm going thru breast cancer right now and my girlfriend nicknamed me wonder women! She bought me Wonder Woman figure and saw your tshirts and she Showed them to me!
