I ordered this photo of a nautical scene from Fine Art America to hang on my bathroom wall. The photographer is an old friend and I was glad to learn of his association with Fine Art America.

I went online to order a print. Website said 20% off for 8 more hours (it was 4p when I logged on). Had planned to order only a print, but given 20% off sale, I decided to get it framed. Had to get details from gift recipient, got back online at 6p to order. It would no longer give me the 20% discount (this was still 6 hrs before the promotion was supposed to end). I couldn't find a phone number on the website to call them, so I submitted a customer service request t explaining that I had tried to place an order well before the midnight cutoff and couldn't and asking that they honor the 20% off discount.
Got a response back from customer "service" saying the promotion had ended at midnight the previous night and, basically, I was out of luck. I wrote back pointing out that they had ended the promotion well before midnight—in fact, my customer service request was submitted well before midnight, and why would I be asking them to honor the 20% discount if the website still offered the promotion—I would have just bought it!
So far not even a response to my pointing out their error. I guess they just figure I'll go away. Seems they could care less about the customer or about being fair.

Hi site Jabbar I am writing A Reveiw about Fine Art America. I purchased 3 totebags which im really happy with they came eventually At first I thought they had ripped me off as I received no confirmation of purchase or shipping details of my purchases (Nothing) etc but eventually my orders came thanks (F A A) Really pleased with my totebags from Felecia van in NZ
Tip for consumers:
Don't panic or jump to conclusions like I Did if FAA don't conform your purchases or shipping details I actually thought I'd been ripped off at first because if that.
