Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
This was my first purchase with FineArtAmerica and I was so excited to get the print I ordered from an amazing artist I found on instagram. The quality was excellent, colors and image exactly as I saw online. There were lots of options from buying a print only to buying a fully framed print. I chose a stretched canvas print, which came with hanging wire already installed and a hook and nail for the wall. Perfect! It was nice to be able to decide to purchase a ready-to-hang piece and not have to fuss with finding the needed materials and guessing correct sizing for a frame- completely worth the extra money (which I would've had to spend on hanging it myself anyway). Conversely, if I had a frame already or just wanted to pin it up poster style, the print prices are so reasonable, it allows anyone to collect pieces they love for sharing and illuminating their spaces. Will definitely purchase from this site again!

As a buyer and seller of art from Fine Art America I've experienced good service and money back on one problem image purchased, otherwise this site is great space for all artists to share expertise, inspire and promote one another as well as sell art. I know of artists who sell repeatedly on this site, so this site can't be nearly as bad as some say here! I've been a member of this site for 3 years and have no complaints. Recently bought a packet of cards of my own images which were in excellent condition and looked stunning!

We were looking for an ocean-themed print for our bathroom remodel. I already had a frame that I wanted to use, just needed the right print--a painting of sandpipers on the beach. I quickly found just the right one! There were plenty of selections to choose from, something for anyone's taste.
The print came rolled in a sturdy tube, and the paper it was printed on was thick and of good quality. I feel the price was very reasonable, too. My shopping experience on this site was easy and trouble-free. I will likely purchase from them again in the future.

Loved this print seen in an ad on vogue. Found it on line with Fine Art of America So proud, ease, lots of choices with or without framing, even choices of frames, reasonable prices and fast shipping. Was even more pleased when it arrived. Beautiful and ready to hang! Yeah!

We wanted 2 pics of Waldo lake to celebrate our marriage - found exactly what we were looking for.
After emailing one of the artists for more info on the photograph, was given an amazing email detailing day, location and time of the photo with background info on the artist and his connection to Waldo.

Replacement. I've dealt with other companies for art prints that arrived damaged, only to have replacements sent in the same
Manner as the damage one! I would not hesitate to order again from the company (and will) and certainly would recommend
Them to others.

I ordered canvas prints of my favorite views in my hometown of Philadelphia. PA. I created a collage with them on my family room wall and am very pleased with the results! Shipping was expeditious and I was impressed with the way things were securely bubble wrapped and packaged. I highly recommend this website!

I have left 4 emails over the last 6 weeks, and talked to the answering service twice (they know nothing and cannot help you, they just answer the phone and tell you to email them!) no one has answered or called back. I really liked being on here the site looks great and was easy to set up, but if I can't get help I'll have to leave.

I spent over $100.00 on a duvet cover for my son. He excitedly opened it to read instructions on how to wash it before we put it on his bed. The instructions literally state "do not" then cuts off. I called the company and they do not have any instructions. The rep told me she thinks I can dry it on air dry or regular dry, but she's not sure. I'd rather return it now before I ruin it with incorrect washing, but I was told I needed to pay for the shipping back. Ridiculous. All I want to know is how to care of my purchase and I would have been happy, but to tell me "I think" this is what you do, but refuse to pay for return shipping since you can't give me a definitive answer is awful. Won't be shopping with them again.

On their website Fine Art America say "Fine Art America has the largest print-on-demand fulfillment network in the world. We have 16 manufacturing centers located in 5 countries. Each manufacturing center can ship products to any destination in the world. When you place an order, we'll automatically route your order to the nearest manufacturing center in order to minimize shipping costs and speed up delivery times." I ordered a framed print which has been dispatched by the manufacturing site in Brisbane Australia, it is on a slow truck from Brisbane to Perth and I have been charged $147 for shipping. I have asked why but they have stopped replying to my emails

Low review for questionable pricing practices. Prices change daily and can change from cart to checkout without notice. When i inquire about this pricing practice I receive a irrelevant response or no response at all.

For my first order, I found two "carnival-like" cards to send for Mardi Gras. It was great fun personalizing the sayings to use inside each card. The cards arrived shortly thereafter on study card stock with an appropriately-sized envelope, and picture quality was excellent! Communication from FineArtAmerica was excellent, timely, and shipping information was right on target. This may have been my first order, but it won't be my last!

Customer service is atrocious. I wanted to create a new seller account, was prepared to pay for premium service, but could not complete registration because of an error on THEIR end. I spent a week going back and forth with support, and they simply kept telling me to try again. They acted like I was bothering them. Almost no apologies for the delay, zero proactive response, no offer to create the account for me-- I asked them to create the account for me manually while they were investigating the error because their website says this is possible for users who don't have a phone number, but they seemingly refused to do this and basically just ignored me until I got fed up and went elsewhere. This is no way to treat an artist who would be generating revenue for their website. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Too long to bother but they automatically put an item on you didn't even look at! The order changes at check out AFTER you complete it! Try cancelling it...
Send them a msg and get back a flat msg... no customer service! Now I have to dispute payment on cc and I'm NOT paying to return it that's IF I even recieve it!

I tried to order print. I selected the wrong size. Yes that was my mistake. I contacted customer service right away to see if I could cancel that order and re-order the correct size. She responded quickly saying that she would look into it and make sure it t wasn't too late to cancel (this is all within minutes of me placing the order). After 2 weeks of not hearing back I emailed to say forget it, I will just take the smaller size. The following day she replies telling me she will cancel the order and refund my money. So I now order the right size. On day 11 after my new order, i email customer service looking for shipping info (passed the 2-8 day mark as stated onsite). I get a generic reply about how busy they are and that they are behind. It's day 18, no shipping info BUT the print did arrive today. I will never order from here again.

Ask any one of my friends or family... I hunt down the perfect cards for each of them, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The card has to be perfect and suited to the recipient. When I discovered FineArt American I was in heaven. I had such fun scrolling through the choices. Sometimes those choices were difficult when I found two that were perfect. Then which one to choose?
And thank you for the ability to write my own message inside. How cool is that!

I didn't read thoroughly how long it would take to get an order from these $#*!s. When I figured that out after days and days of receiving NOTHING I told them I wanted to cancel the order. They then suggested to me I could cancel my order. When I did that for the second time they told me it was too late to cancel my order. Ordering from these people... throwing your money on the street. Same thing.
