I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.

I wanted to love Fine Art America but I've encountered several challenges since joining. The competition is fierce which makes it tough to get noticed even though I upload regularly. The profit margins arent great especially on cheaper products.

They delivered on every promise. Quality, timeliness, follow-up. The process was so simple and the photos are matted and framed beautifully. I ordered 24 x 36 + mat + frame (allow for the additional size of the mat and frame when planning placement) and the photos are wonderful resolution. So classic looking.

This is the second piece of art work I have purchased from FineArtAmerica. Shipping and the packaging of the art come to my door flawlessly. Well made frames and the colors are brilliant. I have one more wall to go at my house.

It was fun choosing amongst artist, Annie Shaffer's magical pieces. I started with her Heartfelt Design for a yoga mat and throw pillow, and Cosmic Evocation painting for my living room. I am thrilled to have these in my home -- and to take the mat to the studio. I also love the collection of paintings Annie displayed in a gallery for PRIDE -- I'm likely to grab some of those as well.

I had a photo from a local photographer on LBI greatly enlarged and framed. The results met and exceeded my expectations! I now have a beautiful memory of a very special time framed and hung on my dining room wall to look at daily.

I needed a toddler tshirt from The Art Institute of Chicago, and found a great design of the infamous Lion in a heart shaped frame. This is such a great design, for adults and kids! Love it, great quality, and highly recommend this seller!

Looking on the website of Fine Art America and discovered that they had pictures of John Wayne available to put on a cell phone case. I made my selection and placed my order. It wasn't long and I got my order delivered. It's on my phone and I've had compliments on it. Glad I did it.

I recently bought and received a beautiful thick wooden 4"oval ornament for one of my grandsons for Christmas. The art work is a male character in Asian art or something like that; it is his favorite thing. The ornament is very high quality & can't wait to give to him close to Christmas. I just bought a 2nd oval wooden ornament yesterday for the other grandson who is an avid Star Wars fan and loves Anakin Skywalker. Bought THE perfect ornament for him. I am extremely happy with the beautiful items and the price/shipping and quite pleased with FineArtAmerica and recommend highly.

I've been ordering greeting cards from Fine Art America for a few years now. Love that I can select an image from a wealth of artists. And I can compose my own greeting inside. I've used them for a variety of occasions. The price is quite reasonable. Shipping is always spot on. I can choose to have it delivered to me or directly to the recipient. Thanks so much for wonderful customer service.

The picture is wonderful. The fact that I had a concern with FedEx and they responded IMMEDIATELY was wonderful. My picture arrived sooner than expected and arrived in perfect condition. I will continue to work and order with Fine Art America. Excellent company.

I order 10 tote bags for gifts. The pictures were spectacular. The tote itself was very good quality and huge, 18"x18". The cost for the bag was reasonable, $24. All just fine. But, the shipping was crazy. They evidently have a per item price for shipping. Each bag was $7 shipping. They were in individual plastic bags and then all 10 were put in a plastic shipping bag. I couldn't have weighed more than 3 or 4 pounds. Total shipping charge - $70! Had I not promised these bags as gifts, I would have left them there.

Online shopping for art has a big reliance on what can be seen over the internet. The work I received is exactly as I expected; it could not have been any better.

Easy way to search by theme through a great selection of artists. The only two things that I would suggest are:
1. The inability to send a short note with a gift purchase. That's probably dictated by the artist through.
2. I kept getting reminder emails about returning to purchase an item in my cart that I had already bought. Just a glitch. I'm always hesitant to make a purchase from a new website for fear of getting spammed by emails, but FineArtAmerica has been one of the best besides the aforementioned glitch.

The website had the exact thing I was looking for. It was easy to choose the size, frame, and matting. It would also show previews of my choices hung on a wall for scale. Shipping was quick and my art arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use again

We've ordered several items from Fine Art America. The items were beautiful, clear, and well done. We love the products and they came in a very timely manner. Would reorder from them again.

This site has tons of artwork to choose from...many artists...and frames to choose from! I usually receive my art within a week of ordering...and their customer service has been exceptional! Thank you!

We recently had our Divine Mercy picture fall off the wall at our church. The frame broke and the glass shattered, ultimately damaging the picture itself. I browsed the Internet looking through multiple Catholic supply vendors to no avail. Something wouldn't work; either the size, the type of picture, the price, the delivery date. Finally I discovered fine art. Com. I was able to choose a larger size poster that I desired, the type of finish and paper it was printed on and after looking through multiple options of images of the Divine Mercy, choose one to my liking. The price was acceptable but more importantly the delivery time frame was quick. The poster arrived in a very heavy duty cardboard mailing tube. We took it to hobby lobby and had it framed to our liking. We could not be more pleased! Other parishioners have seen the poster and been overjoyed. I highly recommend using fine art.com for any posters or prints you may need. They have an incredible library of prints of all genres available. You will not be dissatisfied, guaranteed!

I have ordered from several other art places online and have always been fine with the price and size of the art ordered. The piece that I ordered from FineArtAmerica seemed expensive compared to the size that I received. I ordered from your site because of the artist. I noticed a photo of the art on Facebook, it was not advertising the art yet the artwork was accompanying a poem and several people had inquired as to who the artist was. I was directed to your site after researching the artist and this is how I ended up ordering from your particular site. I don't know if I could have found it to purchase less expensively somewhere else and I am not someone who typically would return something especially when bought online so I am keeping it and enjoying it yet wishing it had not been so expensive.

The art work is exceptional and the purchase process was without any problems and it arrived within a few days. Well printed and packaged. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks

I purchased a mug from FineArt America and the ordering was easy and I received my item in just a few days. There are so many items to choose from, that there is something for everyone!

I had queries that someone answered and once I placed an order it arrived more quickly than expected (for something travelling from USA to UK), and was in excellent condition. Very impressed.
