Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
I was a bit skeptical about ordering since I had not heard of this company. I happen to run across them through Pinterest. But it was easy, their website was easy to navigate and ordering was easy. When I ordered, again not sure what to expect. But got my order timely and quick. The product was of great quality. I ordered a designer Weekender Tote. I absolutely love it! I just placed an order for another three! The only downfall is that I do not recall receiving a confirmation email so I called their customer service. The rep was knowledgeable and apologized forvthe mishap. I will order again from Fine Art America.

Awesome art available at affordable prices in an amazing array of merchandize! So much to choose from. I found exactly what I was looking for. Yay! I am very pleased with my purchase. Prices are excellent, paper quality was top notch, it arrived quickly. And the options! Framed, unframed, canvas prints, note cards, totebags, pillows, t shirts and more. Thank you Fine Art America!

I am not impressed that finefartamerica.com took 4 days to reply to my customer inquiry in August 2022 after I spent over $300 on their inferior customer service Website! Do not waste your valuable time ever communicating with finefartamerica.com whose management team is totally clueless like Donald Trump about the importance being trustworthy and providing excellent customer service to create and satisfy loyal repeat customers like me. -Dr. Edward Patrick Hill San Francisco CA-

I ordered two 36" "posters" and one had several small wrinkles in the paper. Not a big enough issue to go through the headache of returning it, but I'm very disappointed that after paying over $75.00 for a poster that it's sent to me in less than perfect condition.
My order number was FNART-*******

The side was recommended to me by friend. I have been selling my fine art photography on FineArtAmerica since May 2009. I could not be happier. Each year has been better than the previous in terms of sells.
I have ordered a dozen prints from them (up to 40") and all where excellent gallery quality.

This beautiful ornament was chosen to be used on our Meaningful Christmas Tree this December in a special program we are doing. It was just perfect for what we needed to depict the angel set to guard the gate. It was on a wooden material that was thick and made the ornament perfectly shaped and not too heavy. Thank You.

I hadn't heard of FineArtAmerica before but was very, very happy with my first purchase. I got some coffee mugs and the print quality is superb (resolution, color, durability)! We have run them in the washer and microwave several times without any issue. Great stuff!

Chose album cover art from some of the albums we've loved and spread them across the wall in our video room.
Fine ArtAmerica has a huge online catalog to choose from and shipping was quite fast (all things considered nowadays).

Ordered an item online 11\30. After no pkg arrive@ middle of Dec., called and was emailed a tracking # w\showed it was in transit since 12\7. Emailed customer service who never replied. Finally put in dispute thru PayPal and rec'vd response 1/8 saying they w\offer me a replacement. Stated to refund price back into my act. It proves good customer service is a lost art.

I have purchased a gorgeous shower curtain, quite a few masks and several coffee mugs from Fine Art America and I am always happy and in fact, thrilled when I see the finished product. I get comments on the gorgeous shower curtain and am asked questions about the masks. One of the great thing about the masks is that it is two layers and if one wants, a more traditional mask can fit in there to provide double protection. I have given 8 or so to my daughter because she must travel for work. Everything is created and delivered in a timely manner and the quality is at a 5-star level. I have also purchased several pieces of art. Yes, I am a huge fan of Fine Art America!

FineArts America has a large online catalogue of mostly unique, well executed, and affordable prints, framed and unframed, in a variety of genres, offered in an array of sizes,, formats, backings, etc. The curated section--maybe 200 segments of specially chosen prints--is lovely and often quite charming. It was fun to pour over the catalogue several times, but very hard to choose just one print. I'm sure I'll be ordering more.
Tip for consumers:
Look for the link to the marvelous curated section on the upper left of the home page of the site, under Discover. It's easy to miss, which is a shame; should be featured more prominently.

Atrocious customer service. I've made many purchases from this company, most of them successful. On two occasions I've needed to contact customer service about a problem. On both occasions there was zero response apart from an automated robo-reply when I first sent the notice, which claims that they "typically answer all questions within just a few hours." The first time i just gave up and let it go. The second time was a serious defect which needed to be addressed as it was an expensive piece. No matter how often or in what way I try to contact them or follow up with them there is no response whatsoever. I'm starting to wonder if this company is legitimate. Fine Art America does not deserve the business of art collectors or enthusiasts. There are far better options such as Redbubble.

This artist is my neighbor and takes incredible pictures of flora, fauna, mountains, etc of the desert southwest. They are then used on totes, prints, mugs and many other things. I recently ordered notecards that are so beautiful! Very pleased with this business!

Making a purchase on Fine Art America was easy. The website was very easy to navigate, and the choices of frames and border configurations were numerous. When I need to frame something else in the future, I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Fine Art America! My prints were reproduced and framed quickly, and came carefully packaged for shipping. A++ experience!

Lots of poor DPI prints listed on their marketplace without verification; many pulled from Google without credit to original artist or without proper DPI despite being sold at big print sizes.
Poor print quality and handling. Ordered 5 prints and only 1 had no damage and proper colors. The remaining were physically damaged, had print streaks, cracks, and fingerprints. One was a black and white that had they somehow printed highly saturated.
Expected better when spending over $250 for a few prints; this wasn't bare minimum.
Tip for consumers:
Use paypal as they might give you the run-around for returns, as they gave to me for over a month.

When I received my picture, there was a visible indentation on the print. When I contact Fine Art America, I was asked what I wanted done and to send them more pictures. What a waste of time and money. I am wishing that I had looked elsewhere..

I did a Google search for "mid century modern shower curtains," as everyone does, of course. One of the things that came up was a fabulous array of designs by an artist I've now fallen in love with. But the selection in general is remarkablewho knew? Shipping was swift, and communication from FineArtAmerica regarding delivery was excellent, despite so much of the country being shut down right now. I am already shopping for more things on the site.

I ordered 3 tote bags with Lilacs from 3 different photographers. The tote bags are absolutely beautiful. My issue is that I was hoping that they were going to be more of a cotton canvas bag that could be washed. The inside lining of the bags have a flimsy mesh fabric that will tear in short order. They are not strong enough to use for going to the health food store as intended. They do not feel washable and will tear on the inside. Too bad, I really was hoping to use these a lot for shopping.

Fine Art America and Pixels consistently use poor packaging and employees packaging the "fine art"
Are reckless and negligent. They do not treat or package the product properly so my multiple orders arrived damaged! No use of bubble wrap or other measures taken to ensure the artwork would arrive safely. It's a shame they are not trained on how to package and send fine art.

Has many unusual products. I enjoy shopping for personal things. I love having items that are a copy of my animals. You offer beautiful pictures at a reasonable price. Every item has arrived safely. I also prefer the payments through PayPal. I really like having other choices of the item I have selected.

So very pleasantly surprised by the speedy service from these guys. My print was carefully wrapped and placed in a tube and was delivered in perfect condition.
Easy site to order from and clear descriptions of work, lots of variety too.
I'll definitely order from them again and will certainly recommend to others!

I've sent Fran Scott unique horse photos as greeting cards at least a dozen times. By now the recipient praises the card as much as the gift that went with it. Whether it's an action shot of Gypsy Vanner in full flight or an ingeniously staged still life like this one, no one captures the moment and color like Fran Scott. I can only try to write a greeting inside that matches her creativity.

I have ordered several pictures from FineArtAmerica.com and they have done an outstanding job on every single piece that I have purchased. There are so many choices and variables that you can do with every piece that it makes it fun and interesting to put things together. The results are stunning when they arrive and I hang them up. I highly recommend Fine Art America to everyone.

The package arrived promptly and the contents were in good condition. The mug is perfect, my friend loved it. But the little zipper bag was very difficult to zip. My friend had to apply quite a bit of force to open it. It is not very well made.
Thanks for allowing me to write this review.

Karla

It was so easy to choose which product and which design I wanted to order. I chose a mug with a gorgeous landscape on it as a gift for my dad and he won't stop telling me how great it is! The artist has been so wonderful and made the experience very personal. I highly recommend this business!
