Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
I've placed multiple orders with Fine Art America. The artwork is always precisely how it appears on the screen. When I bought it in a bigger format, the colors stayed true to the original. The artwork was delivered on schedule.

Their wall art products are museum-quality and printed with archival inks that last for years. They also have home decor, apparel, stationery and more. The FineArt site is easy to maneuver through and the search engine is efficient. I was able to locate two widely different photos, was presented with a wide array of framing options and quickly finalize my order. They were in my home in 4 days.

I have purchased many items from Fine Art America and have always been very happy with the quality of products. The large canvas prints in frames, not only were beautiful, they came very well packaged. The 5x7 greeting cards and the mugs I have bought are top quality too. I have ordered for other people as well as for myselfand no one has complained, all very happy with their products. I am also a photographer who has bought for myself and for clients. The quality, the service, and timely delivery has been wonderful and I do recommend Fine Art America to everyone interested.

FineArtAmerica advertises that they will refund a purchase if for ANY reason the customer is unhappy with it, BUT this is really NOT true. Obviously they do not want to give refunds.
If you want a refund, do not follow the instruction to mail back the print. Instead: just rip it up and take a photo of the ripped up print, and then send to fineArtAmerica the photo of the ripped up print using FineArtAmerica's Help page.
FineArtAmerica has given me the permission to do this, and I have successfully gotten my refunds in this way. For prints was was unhappy with. This procedure has worked well for me.
It seems that they really do not want to receive back an intact print that you do not want. Apparently they are simply not set up for storing and later retrieving prints that were mailed back to FineArtAmerica.
Tip for consumers:
The only sure fire way I have found to get a refund without going through alot of runaround is to simply rip up the print and take a photo of it and send the photo of the ripped up print to FineArtAmerica using their HELP page.
I do NOT recommend that you follow their instructions to mail back the print you do not like. This increases cost and work on your part, and the FineArtAmerica people do not even have a set up for receiving and shelving prints that a customer returns.

I purchased a Tote Bag and Puzzle with Wild Horsed on them. They are both of great quality and the pictures are perfect. I love my purchase and will purchase more in the future. Easy to find what I wanted and order/buy my items. Shipping was very fast, no problems

I've been looking for a Charles Ingalls T-shirt for a hot minute now (trust me, it's not as easy as it sounds) and I really like this one.

It was very easy to browse the website to find the type of picture I wanted for a particular area in my kitchen. I was able to match the frame with my lighting. The quality was far better than I expected because the price was so reasonable. I need more pictures for my recent renovation and I will definitely be back.

I purchased a towel with one of my images of all seven NC coastal light houses. I ordered the largest one. It turned out beautifully. I ordered on a Saturday and received on the following Saturday l, which is pretty good. Definitely be ordering again.

A wonderful and obscure image of Jaco when he sat in on a Jam session in Paris. To add to the value for myself. I met the bass he is holding in the image, it is owned by french Bassist Jean Marc Jaffe. Very happy

I had an account with them opened couple of months ago, at my first selling they close my account and canceled the purchase of my customer with no explanation.
I contacted them with their form, via phone, on facebook and twitter and never get any answer. Totally unreliable, worst customer care ever or a scam? I dare you to try them!

I ordered a photograph print of the George Washington bridge for my mom as a gift. She used to live right across from the GW bridge and loves to see anything with the bridge in it. She loved the present and it looked beautiful. This is a great website to support artists and photographers.

I absolutely love my duvet it has 1 Corinthians 13 4-8 it ministers to my husband and I daily. I am also going to get my children the same, daily they can read the word of God! They have option to pick color. I chose red and I have washed 2 times with whites no bleeding. Amazing RIGHT!

I purchased a painting of the ferry at Balboa Island. I have always loved balboa and it's charming ferry. So looking for a painting of same I came across the one at fine art America. It was special and I ordered it framed and matted. When it arrived I was more than satisfied with the painting/frame/mat. I especially liked that a wire was placed on the back for hanging. Often the wire is not included. Thank you for a good experience!

Fully satisfied with the purchase made by Fine Art America. I bought several items (tote bags, carry-all pouches, coffee mug, beach towel, notebook, yoga mat, throw pillow, tapestrie) and each one is perfect and well done. Manufacture, finished, materials and colours very beautiful. The artist's work is well valued. Very accurate shipping with traceability, even the fragile coffee mug arrived in perfect condition. Shipment shipped very quickly, naturally we must add the time to arrive. I live in Italy and the time have been a bit long. Deserve 5 stars, I will buy again.

I love my order and the artwork. It's very comfortable and breathable. I only wish that it had instructions on how to wash the masks. I hand wash and air dry. So far it works but it's a much longer wait than if I could machine dry.
