Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
Beautiful coffee cup. The cup is just the right size and weight. The image quality is excellent! I loved the print so much, that I just bought it as a beach towel! I will also be purchasing the tote bag very soon. I really love this artist!

I ordered a cool picture of The Eagles (rock group). The picture itself was cool, but the way they presented it raised it to a whole new level. This is not my first order and I will be ordering in the future

I ordered a custom picture and frame from this company and waited weeks for the delivery. However, the card was delivered yesterday but not the main gift. I contacted the company about it and they said that the frame would not be available nor manufactured because it was "out of stock" and unavailable until March 2023. I already paid full price and wasn't notified beforehand of this! I was expecting this for my anniversary which was a couple weeks ago and seems far too late. I would not recommend this company as a 5 star rating.

I removed my old work in-order to upload new work and they still show my old work on their render pages which I cannot remove myself. Google also cashes my old work before the newly updated work I've added. I've contacted FAA 3 times to assist with this problem but they've failed 3 times to reply back. Bad business ethics as far as I'm concerned.

I'm a fan of his photography. This is an eye-catching, take a double -take, colorful piece that really brightens up our wall. Working with FineArtAmeica was quick and easy. Quality of the print was great. I saved a few dollars by comparing them to Etsy also.

I ordered 3 different prints in the form of 5x7 greeting cards. While the art itself was superb, and the card paper was of high quality, the prints all came out extremely dark, and way too red. I can't really see or use them. I'll never order from here again. Exceedingly poor quality. These should not have left the factory. UPDATE: They did replace 2 of the prints with a brighter version that was almost too yellow but more useable, but the 3rd one, they tried 2 more times and couldn't get it right. Copies 1 & 3 were too dark, copy 2 was better but got wrecked in shipment as did copy 3.
Tip for consumers:
Beware the prints may not turn out as you hope, and might get wrecked in shipment. (They use UPS). Maybe the greeting cards are just too small, and they might turn out better in a larger format?

I thought the site was really cool with a bunch of items that have awesome artwork, so I made my first purchase of a greeting card with a Braveheart Minimal Movie Poster on it. I received the card today, but the card was damaged. It appears that the person who packed it bent the card and the front of the card show a white crease. I called customer service and spoke to Brian. He seemed nice. However, I was directed to the return page which states that I am responsible for the postage to return the item. That's not cool. I have only had to return one item in my life from a online retailer and they told me to keep the item (which I threw away) and send me another one free of charge. That is good customer service. To have to pay to return something is just not good business and leave me feeling bitter. I will not order from this site again. Such a bummer.

Be aware that if you try to return item, you have to pay return postage fees.

I have been able to order special items for my wife thru FineArtsAmerica over the past few years. There is such a wide variety of images that occasionally I had a hard time picking just one. The canvas bag images have never faded like most other products over time. I plan to order more quality products over the next few years depending on the occasion or need.

This is a beautiful photo of the Saint Marie hotel in New Orleans. I vacationed there years ago with my parents who are both gone now. Every time I look at it it reminds me of the time we spent there.

I purchased several Julie Whitmore greeting cards. The card stock that was used is of a high quality. Also the printed color of the cards is true to the originals, not faded or washed out. So pleased that I ordered more the day the first batch arrived. Very pleased.

I am a member of FAA, and I bought 6 tote bags to be able to sell on my art market. I have not heard anything not one email, nothing. I keep sending them a email, no answer. I feel as if they have stolen my my and ripped me off.

For the item I was interested in (note cards), it seemed that there was a pricing error on the website for the quantity I wanted to buy. I brought it to their attention, they told me how to contact the seller (artist), I contacted her and she updated the pricing right away and I placed the order. The cards arrived promptly and they are beautiful. Thank you!

My second order placed with Fine Art America was water damaged when I received it. I took pics and uploaded to them in an email. They quickly resolved the problem and replaced my order. I received it within a week. I'm very satisfied with the service received and will definitely be buying from them in the future. Fineartamerica had lots of choices of Baby Yoda designs. Once I found the cutest one, it was easy to customize the size of the artwork and order. I received my purchase quickly and fully intact. I'm very happy with my purchase and user experience.

I placed two separate orders for Johan Swanepoel items.
A framed print of a lilac breasted roller which is superb.
Also, 8 mugs featuring his work which are excellent too.
The orders were easy to place and pay for. Living in the UK they had to be shipped and took around two weeks to be delivered. They arrived very well packaged and in good order and I was delighted with all items.
The only negative is the additional tax I had to pay (around $30 each time). I would love to purchase more items, but the extra cost is dissuading me. A distribution base this side of the pond' would help. Or maybe post Brexit (whenever that may be)!
