Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
FineArtAmerica is the best! I ordered 2 different patterns of shower curtains and received them within 3 days from the time I ordered them. Absolutely beautiful and highly recommend purchasing from this company. Customer Service was a delight to work with and FineArtAmerica is a company that I will continue to do business with. I received a high quality item at a reasonable price..

I ordered this tapestry to redecorate my guest bedroom in a Shire from LOTR theme. I had high expectations and every one was met! The colors are vibrant, the picture is just as it looks online and it's a wonderful size. I would highly recommend this artist and FineArts America to anyone!

I ordered a coffee mug depicting a town icon that is about to be torn down. The mug is a generous size and the photo on it is just perfect. I received it in a timely manner and am extremely happy with the entire interaction with this company.

When I received the confirmation email of my order I noticed it was not for the photo print I had ordered. The confirmation showed I had ordered a canvas for something I had never even viewed.
I emailed customer service and they told me it was my order and I could send it back but would have to pay the shipping for both the delivery and the return and then the item itself would be credited to my Visa.
They acted like they could care less and did not even ask if they could help me with the
Print I wanted.
I sent back the unopened package to a cost of $26.
I have never encountered such poor customer service and will never us this company again.

FineArtAmerica's website is easy to maneuver and their product offerings are top quality. I was specifically interested in works from Mary Charles so my husband gave me a gift card to this site for Christmas. I loved being able to select my artwork, mat, and frame from such a wide variety of styles and colors and will definitely continue to purchase my artwork through FineArtAmerica.

Unbelieveably bad customer service. I received an empty tube vis UPS with -0- inside the tube. Is this a scam company? Repeated calls to the call center did no good. They have no direct contact with the compant that prints the artwork. The company is Graphix designs from north Carolina. There phones are all disconnected. Only option it seems is dispute with the credit card company.

This Olson print is the best. I loved it when I saw it at a friends house just before Christmas. On a lark, I looked at Fine Art America and was so glad to find it. I just had it framed and its gorgeous! Cant wait to hang it next Christmas.

I wanted a specific print by Patrica Katz to add to my office wall. Her website led me to FineArtAmerica and I hesitantly began the transaction. I rarely order online. It was the easiest online ordering I have ever done. Everything worked well on the site. The communication was clear and concise. In a matter of days the order arrived. The packaging was thorough. The print is perfect. I was so pleased that I immediately contacted the artist to tell her how wonderful my experience had been. I will order more of Patricia's items and I plan to order some of my own things for Christmas. I am grateful to have discovered FineArtAmerica.

I ordered an enlarged print of one of my paintings. I was concerned about losing some clarity with an enlargement. The print arrived and it looks great. I am extremely happy with the quality of the paper and the colors in the print. I will not hesitate to order from FAA again.

Find fineartamerica did not notify me that they did not have the ability to fill my order when it was placed. They took my $850 and did not notify me they could not fill the order until I contacted them asking where my delivery was. Very poor business practices I demanded a refund. Go to Costco!

Ordering from FineArtAmerica was easy, with so many quality artwork pieces to choose from. You can get anything from painting and prints to pillows and notecards. I ordered notecards with prints by Nancy Patterson on them. Her composition and colors are wonderful. I choose two of her lighthouse designs. The quality of the cards themselves is excellent, with a great size and on solid stock paper. I have gotten many questions from those I have sent them to on where I had purchased them and if Ms Patterson had other items to offer there. I told them of course and sent them the site. I look forward to purchasing other items through FineArtAmerica. And can't wait to see other offerings by Ms Patterson.

My first print arrived completely folder, in four parts. It was absolutely unusable, and even if it hadn't been folded, the quality was abysmal.
My second order (a nearly $300 print) just... never came. They provided me with tracking that didn't work. Over a month later they just emailed me telling me the order was canceled because the product was on back order. Instead of talking to me and advising when the product might be available and asking me what I'd like to do, they just canceled it. Still no refund so far.

I ordered a framed print on Oct 11,2020 that was supposed to ship Oct 20. After receiving no word from them, I followed up on Oct 24, and only heard back on Oct 29 that due to covid and increased demand, order turnaround times were increased to 14-16 days, and that the order was estimated to ship in 9 days from then (Nov 7). I followed up on Nov 27, and could not get a status update at all. I was told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever did. I followed up again Dec 7, only to hear back on Dec 8 that my order was cancelled due to the frame being discontinued and that I would get refunded (almost two months since my order). This company has the worst follow up I have ever experienced. I would recommend staying far away from them.

This is a site not to miss: I was amazed at the variety of fine art available, and was even more delighted with the quality of the two items I had purchased. I deliberately chose two different "framing" types, as I was unsure how I would like the quality -- both items are just as professionally finished as I had hoped. This is certainly not the last time I'll purchase are from them, and I'll share the website with my friends.

Spent many hours putting together a large order that I need quickly, within the production time frame stated necessary on Fine Art America's web site, and the "ships in 2-3 days" stated before I placed my order became "most orders ship in 3-5 days" after my order was placed (5, in my case, when I read my estimated ship date). I called customer service to inquire and was assured that I wouldnt receive my order on time. At least the rep was honest. While I was complaining and cancelling, I received something of a "Hear this all of the time" response. Totally, dishonest, misleading and deceptive - I want those hours of my life back.

I've found my favorite artist here. He work is spectacular. It's a real treat to be able to buy his work in so many different ways. I ve prints framed some matted and others canvases. My taste in art is all over the map so in addition to my favorite I canwamder all over the site. There is honestly always something interesting.

I ordered a framed print on July 4. My PayPal receipt came through, but I never got a confirmation email from the company. When I had still not heard anything two weeks later, I contacted the company through PayPal as my saved password would no longer work on the website. I never got a reply from Fine Art America. Today (July28) I received my purchase and am extremely disappointed. The vibrant colors I had been attracted to in the print were dull and rather lifeless and the black "wood" frame was cheap plastic Have sent it back for a refund.

I ordered 2 items; an oval wooden Christmas ornament with colorful tulips painted on one side and a T shirt with a tiger on the front. Both items were well made from beautiful art work by Madison Deckert a local artist from Cincinnati, OH. The items arrived safely and promptly.
