Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
The artwork that I purchased was really nice and their website was really easy to understand when selecting matting and framing. I had to call them to get one question answered and they were very helpful.

The "Here comes the sun..." artwork on metal is perfect. Very pleased with the quality. The 36" x 36" piece came packaged in industrial strength shipping materials so it would arrive in perfect condition. It did!

If was difficult to find the artist I was looking for. I had seen Mr. Shorts work and that's what i wanted. There are 2 Ray Shorts on you site. The other kept popping up. I finally found the fabulous prints I was looking for.

The web site for placing the order with Fine Art America was very easy to use. Once the order was placed, I was informed when the order would be processed, and later when it would arrive. Everything was done in a timely fashion, and I was very pleased with the quality of the print. I did my own framing. I would definitely purchase from them again.

The prints I ordered in no way matched what was shown on the website, the color instead of green was printed gray. The customer service was terrible, I was assured on the phone a quality reprint, but after emailing 3 times they said they couldn't provide a replacement. I had to pay to return and email 2 more times about refund. They didn't return the outgoing shipping fee even though it was a quality issue. I do not recommend doing business with them.

I am a Canadian volunteer working on a conservation project in Saint Lucia on behalf of the International Conservation Caucus Foundation. I wanted a unique and meaningful way to showcase my trip. I chose to have Christopher Cox's painting of a St Lucia iguana put on a T shirt. Looks great and arrived within a week of placing my order. Great product and excellent service!

I ordered a canvas wrap around print in size 30" x 18" (even larger was recommended). I received the canvas print, but noticed the center of the image (on the stomach) looked like it was damaged or flawed. I wrote the company to tell them I wasn't happy. Their response was that it wasn't their fault. There was a flaw in their image. There was NO information in the description that indicated that the original image had a flaw in it so that consumers could make an informed decision.

I now own three beautiful prints of Jim Thorpe by Desha. Ordering them from Fine Arts website was so easy and each picture ordered came in perfect condition. I will be ordering other prints from Desha in the future.

My most recent order contained a puzzle that I did not order and was missing one puzzle that I ordered for which I was charged. I would have thought that, in light of my purchase history, the response to my report would have been to ask what was missing from the order and to assure me that a replacement was on its way. Instead, I was asked to essentially prove that I got the wrong puzzle by taking a picture of it and sending it to FineArt. I am not inclined to waste my time trying to resolve a problem that I did not create. I will not be making purchases at FineArt. Ted

Quite by accident I saw a photographed image for sale on Fine Art America. I do not know the photographer. The photographed image is original art painted by me! I did not give permission nor am I given a credit. The photographer claims the work is his. What a surprise.

The one thing I would change is I would have preferred to have non-reflective glass. If it was an option I didn't see it. But it is very nice to be able to get Hubble and James Webb telescope pictures

I bought an Anne Frank t-shirt for my granddaughter. It was easy to order and to pay for. They sent emails every step of the way. I received the product earlier than I expected. I was very happy with the entire experience. (And my granddaughter loved the t-shirt!)

I placed my order and went with the overnight shipping for 15 dollars. I was charged 20 dollars for shipping. I complained and got the 5 dollars back. I recieved an email saying my package shipped and it arrived 6 days later. When I complained I recieved an email showing the 5 dollars that was returned to me where they thought we were even and that since shipping has issues right now it's not their fault. That's crap! If shipping is an issue then how can they charge extra for overnight when they know that it's not possible? I will never order from them again since the coward who does their customer service won't return my money or the email I sent. Farewell crap art America!

After searching at Fine Art Ameria's website, I have found some artworks on dog painting from "LanLan Gallery" which looks so amazing and therefore ordered two mugs. I highly recommend this gallery to anyone who loves animals or pets. The finished products which are well packed had arrived at my home without delay despite pandemic prevailing worldwide and the product quality is really good.

I purchased a print with the above title from Fine Art America. The web site was easy to navigate and in no time, the sale completed. The print included a frame, the paper upon which they printed the print, and the size of the print. They offered many different frames, types of paper, and sizes of the print. To be able to breeze through all of these options was amazing and remarkable. There are many others choices not mentioned which they offered and I will be taking advantage of these in the future. I have not received my print yet, but I know it will be taken care so I and others will be able to enjoy for years to come.
