Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
I highly recommend supporting the very talented artists that sell through Fine Art America. They have great service and quick delivery. I will by buying more.

Swift delivery of original artists cards which I prefer to the same old mass produced ones available in shops. They arrived well packed and in good condition.

Loved the art work. Delivered on time as advertised. Shipping envelope was sturdy and protected the print. Plan to order something else at a later date.

I ordered a black Grateful Dead sweatshirt from the company, paid for shipping, and when it got to me it was a very thin, faded cheap sweatshirt material. The print was faded, and the white lines from the heat press were a square around the image. Customer support said I needed to return it, and I followed the instructions and used their return label as indicated through their returns section on the website. I paid $14.73 for shipping to return, and then it was returned to me because the address they provided was not enough of an address… sent in another customer support ticket. They said they don't provide return labels and they can't help me - but I can rip apart the sweatshirt, send them pictures of it defaced and they will refund ONLY the price of the actual product, not the over $20 I paid for shipping. But I have to do this by September 6th, reply to her email and the best part is the bottom of the email says she will be out of the office until October 6th. So I won't get my refund at all, since I can only respond to her email.
They are a legitimate scam - the amount of 5 star reviews on their website are not accurate (especially since mine from 2 weeks ago still isn't posted).
Do not buy from them.

Excellent experience. I live the artist but FineArtAmerica produced an excellent product. Everything I've ordered from them had been top notch and turned around quickly.

I love my two prints. I had them matted and framed by fine art. It was easy to pick out on line. The colors are true to what is pictured. Price was very good too with great quality of materials.

For consumers: Expect quality work. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, customer service will happily guide you through the process of returning your item(s).
As a member of FAA, I've been fortunate enough to make many sales.
Customer service folks are outstanding, always getting back to me within a short period of time. The kind people who oversee Fine Arts are lovely people to deal with.
I've never had a negative experience with this site. I do not understand those who have negative views!
Highly recommended, to Anyone looking for a place to sell their art or purchase art. FAA may be a little bit expensive, yet quality work always is. And here that's what you get here, Quality; long lasting prints as well as the many other products they offer.
There are so many different groups to choose from to place your various artwork uploads.
I happen to be an Administrator of 5 groups. It's a joy to help others promote their Art.
My photo below has won well over 13 contests. And is one of my biggest sellers.

Tip for consumers:
As I wrote in my review, Fine Art America is the best site to add & sell your works. Be patient, it takes time to find your way around. Worth every second, you'll get the hang of it in no time at all.

I love the piece of art we chose. It's beautifully framed and mounted. The paper makes it almost look like an original. My only complaint is the outrageous cost for shipping.

Nice site for hard to find custom items. Got a shirt from there that was made very well. Pretty easy to navigate around as well. Shipping and delivery were good.

The art on this site is amazing. The product offerings are great. However, I placed a large order Black Friday weekend for Christmas gifts and only half the order came. I started inquiring December 15. I was finally informed Dec 21 that the half of my order that was missing 'got lost in the shuffle' and would arrive after Christmas.
No offer for express shipping, discount, free future coupon. Nothing but a 'sorry'. This is not the first time this has happened.
Who can afford to do business like this in today's marketplace atmosphere with Amazon as your stiff competition? Shame on them.
I will mention that I'm a bit of a captive audience as I sell my own art there. Which makes it even more distressing for me to write a review like this knowing that it potentially hurts my own business, but I feel it's important to know that their delivery time frames are horribly flawed. However, on a good note, if you are not happy with your purchases, they do indeed provide you with a full refund and the items I have received are wonderful. At this point, however, I'm pretty much over buying here.

I had loads of delivery issues which is outside the control of Fine art America. They helped resolve these problems and made the shopping experience great.
Totally recommend this company.
Tip for consumers:
The sale prices change often and are not consistant so if the price jumps up just check again later when it’s lower again.

I placed my art on FAA and ordered some greeting cards to resell. I decided to use the one night shipping which was a mistake. The print job was HORRIBLE! I called their customer service and they sad to send back the product and to never order 1 night shipping because they don't pay attention to the quality. I sent the product back and got my money for the items back but not the shipping even though they say clearly on their site that if the product is defective they will pay for shipping. I had to call 3 times before I got an email from them asking me to send a picture of the defected product and to not ship it back. Well I was never told I could do that, so now I'm out the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY. Their quality is not up to par.

I have a subscription to the New Yorker, and my 8 year old son loves seeing the newest weekly cover when I get it. When Edward Steed's "Sea Changes" appeared, and the family picked their favorite sea creatures, Aiden loved it!
So, when Steed's "Tree of Life" appeared, Aiden immediately knew the artist, and that we once again had to pick our favorites, and my wife and I knew what we had to do for his 9th birthday. It's so great that The New Yorker offers this unique service, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our purchase! FineArtAmerica delivered and exceeded our expectations!

Fine Art America are run by a bunch of very rude and arrogant liars. They could care less about their customers. That goes for both those who buy their products and those who try to sell their art. I am good friends with both an artist there and a person who bought his work. She bought 3 greeting cards and a small print. The greeting cards cut out almost half the photo and the print was sent rolled up very tightly. When it was finally unrolled we could see smudge marks on there. Shipping is very expensive and has to be paid again if you return an item. So she reluctantly kept the pieces. As for my artist friend he is world class. Has about 40 million views on Google+ and is ranked the "World's Most Underrated Photographer" according to the Google Search Engines. In the short time he's been with FAA he has helped their Search Engine Rankings with all the views, likes and people he's attracting to the site. So what has FAA done in return? Treat him like garbage. They're too busy promoting the work of the mediocre artists in their close circles. Nepotism runs rampant there and they could care less what people think of them. Artists and buyers alike should avoid this site.

I was looking for special art to put above my grandkids beds. One grandsons I cal Luv Bug & my granddaughter Sweet Pea. The images I found were perfect as my grandson luvs cars & the luv bug volkswagon was perfect with the orange color. The Sweet Pea floral had hints of orange & pink. It just makes the whole room. The art is perfect and the shipping & service very professional! I love it's All American company!

FineArtAmerica is a marketplace that connects artists and art buyers. The site sells on behalf of artists: art prints, posters, and ceramics, among other art forms.
