Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
My picture looks amazing. Great detail and fast shipping. Had it framed elsewhere and the owner of the framing place even said it was a wonderful piece on very high quality paper

The mug by Zephyr Polk looks fantastic in my kitchen. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I also ordered a raven print and am very satisfied with it as well.

I've been trying to reach someone for THREE MONTHS. No emails back---ever. I finally contacted fineartamerica.com through Facebook messenger, hoping someone would care to respond. I got a brush off non-answer (a MONTH after I sent them a message there) that showed they never read my message (any of them), and when I replied I have never received a response back yet. The last message I sent was on January 11th at 3:24pm CST. It shows a read receipt showing that they saw the message and they STILL have not responded... It is January 20th. Bottom line, they do not appear to be a legitimate company. They have zero customer service if you need them, and their site does not work if you want to sign up to sell either (which is what I've been trying to do. Their CAPTCHA has been broken for that long. I have tried on multiple computers and browsers and nothing works. I enter the correct CAPTCHA code and it always tells me I didn't.). They do not appear to actually care.

Ordered a puzzle on 2/5. Paid $15 for the only shipping option. Received tracking on 2/9, label created, waiting to ship. I contacted customer service on 2/11 and they responded on 2/12. Customer service said I need to wait until tracking updates and to contact them the following week if the package doesn't arrive. Customer service did not answer my question if the package actually left their facility. It's now 2/16 and the tracking still shows label created, waiting to ship. Will my package ever arrive?
UPDATE: Tracking shows package delivered on 2/16 to a parcel locker. I live in a home with a private mailbox. Customer service sent me an email on 2/17, 'your package was delivered, did you get it?' I explained to them, I do not have a parcel locker and asked if the package was addressed to my home. Customer service responded on 2/19 and said you can file a missing package with USPS. He never answered if my address was used for the package. $15 for shipping and plenty of hassle for one puzzle.

Ordered a print online and the website states that it takes 3-4 days to produce and then it ships. Over a week went by, and not a single update... attempted to get in touch with them and THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER LISTED(had to google to find one).
For people reading this, it is *******901.
Regardless, completely and utterly dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend them. I work for a luxury retailer and know what excellent customer service is supposed to look like, THIS SITE IS A JOKE!

I ordered L. Vonns water color, I got it, I took it out of the box, I unwrapped it, and remarked wooooooooow!... I pondered which wall to hang it on, then chose which wall to hang it on and then went to work without actually putting it on the wall... got in from work and searched around the cave for a couple of stick pins for hanging utensels... succeeded in mounting this fine art work on the west northwest wall area and have enjoyed it most abundantly ever since!
