Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
This is my 3rd purchase from fine art America and I love doing business with them. They are prompt, efficient and quick to problem solve if or when there is an issue! I will shop again for sure!

This site is garbage and is as predatory as an MLM. They literally provide no service other than to gather people with more talent than them into a collective space. That would be fine if their business practices weren't absolutely awful. They tried to tell me that they were "understaffed" for my order that was supposed to take 2-3 business days which then magically turned into 10-15 business days (5 times longer) after they had my money. Don't call people you contract your staff. Also, don't get angry with customers because your artists don't want to work for you for whatever sum you take out of each order. It's stated absolutely nowhere on the site. To make matters worse their support staff is rude and is one track minded. They exist only to tell you what you already knew and not help at all, all while speaking in a condescending tone, yes I'm talking about you Jasmine.
The support person I had then cancelled my order without my confirmation after me asking to speak to someone who could effectively help me. Oh and they're going to send a confirmation of that cancellation sometime in the next 2-3 business days, so I might see my money back by 2021, but who knows with how short staffed they are.

When you buy a print it should be numbered which also increases it's value in the future. These have o numbers so the value is what I paid for them... Dissapointed.

NOT EVEN GLASS! I had no idea for $300.00, i was buying PLASTIC and not glass for my print! I just assumed for that price it was glass! Also, the cheesy plexi or plastic scratched while taking out of the packaging. It is so lame the plastic is so cheap, thin and flimsy and the plastic frame was even lamer... The quality of the print is so dark too. The $300.00 to frame my print was SO far from '' museum quality'' i felt like crying. I am so disappointed. HUGE mistake. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I am pleased with this - I can't send pictures as it is - or will be - a Christmas gift for my young neighbour who is into World of Warcraft, Dungeons and Dragons, and also a newly published author, who is wild about Dragons. If I had bought it for myself - I would be very pleased with it.

I photographed a rare porsche car for the owner at Bicester Heritage centre in the UK. Knowing that i wanted to make the image black and white and spot colour the orange colour of the car back in. My client asked for two prints at differnt sizes. I recieved the prints within the first business week of ordering and when opening the package the print quality was exceptional, infact it was beyond exceptional! My client was extremely happy with his prints. I have sold many prints on FAA and trust the whole process, from ordering to delivery to quality. I always recommend FAA to others and have been now selling prints for a number of years without dissatifaction. Delivery is always timely, packaging is always of brilliant standard for the proctection of the artwork, and quality has never let me down. Thanks FAA i highly recommend you for all that you do.

I joined and the next day my password is locked out. They show a 7/24 help line. But it isn't for members. Only orders and shipping. Why put that on the same page as a help line to manage your artist account. And they have it in BIG BOLD Numbers. You can only get help online or their prepared answers to questions. They promote their tech support. Really. I did get an email back. But with no solution to my problem. Only a message saying that they would be in touch. They were just in touch with me! Give me the help that is promised.The only saving grace is that I didn't fall for the upgrade scam for $30.00. Now I'm very suspicious of FineArtAmerica. I go and google the reviews. Wow many had the same problem as I did. Poor customer service. There were way too many neg. Reviews for me to even pursue this any further.
I put my art in high regard. This company FineArtAmerica can only hurt your reputation as an artist. I makes you look like a fly by night entity like they are. Not for me BYE BYE FAA.

Because the artists are top notch, and the photography, watercolors, pencil drawings, and New Yorker covers are grand. I spend much too much money on my cards. However, it is heartwarming when friends and family remark on the cards they receive. I take great pleasure in sending the perfect greeting. The cards are of the finest quality, and the customer service is prompt and professional. Case in point, there was an order, a few years ago, that never arrived. When I contacted FineArt and explained the issue they didn't hesitate to make good on my loss. I received my replacement order at no cost. If I have any negative comment, it would be the cost of shipping and handling. I find it on the high side. That being said, they have a loyal customer. I get such joy and pleasure browsing through the hundreds of cards. I am HOOKED!

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a product and 2 weeks later, they don't even know if its been made!
