Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
For discerning individuals who eschew one-motif-fits-all greeting cards in favor of pieces of art that charm, delight, and connect with the recipient, Fine Art America is the place to go. The quality and diversity of their offerings and the option to personalize each piece online are invaluable come Yuletide, and a great convenience throughout the year as well. I recommend them without reservation.

Take advantage of the card customization features: changing the card's orientation, for example, and the option to zoom in for printing to the edge or pull back to give the artwork a frame.

Shopping for wall art was fun on FineArtAmerica. And they filled the order and shipped it very quickly. The sad part, though, is that I know an artist whose work can be purchased on FineArtAmerica, and she says the artists do not receive very much for their work. So that's the improvement I would like to see FineArtAmerica make. Give the artists a larger percentage, please. Without them, you'd have nothing.

The reproduction Cavalry print takes me back to my Dad's service in the 8th Cavalry from 1939-1941. After the war he commanded a Constabulary Squadron and rode on horseback frequently while visiting with his Troops, or on parade for the local Germans. He remained an avid horseman all his life, and considered the horse a truly noble companion.
The print is a faithful and extraordinarily beautiful redux of the originals, and the colors just seem to jump off the paper and reinforce the vibrant relation between man and horse.

I ordered a framed print on Dec 4,2022. My invoice receipt indicated a shipping date of approximately December 7,2022. I have nothing as of December 18th. They don't have a phone number to call and the two email responses I have received are evasive and thank me for my patience as they dig out of a hole on their past due orders. Yet their deceptive website still says order now for Christmas! I needed this yesterday and had to come up with another gift for my daughter's birthday. Where is my product, or a refund of the money they promptly took from my account?! Deception, lies, unreliable, unresponsive. Give me my product or my money. Now!

We wanted to get a t-shirt with a picture of the 'Big Boy' locomotive for a 4 yo grandson. This company and its processes provided just the exact t-shirt we were hoping for. Their model to bring artists and products together is genius. But the company must execute well to provide a high level of customer satisfaction and we believe that FineArtAmerica does! We ordered some billiards photography on metal for our finished basement around the pool/ping-pong table and the purchase was easy and we received the products very quickly. The metal pictures were packaged very well and had no dents or scratches on them. I do also want to mention that Fine Art America only allows top-notch artists to post their work. I also like being able to support the private artists who are not well-known but are very talented.

The pillow I received was an incorrect color. I paid 12:50 for shipping and they wanted the same to ship it back. The whole pillow was $30. They thought telling me to destroy the pillow and sending them s picture was a reasonable request. How dare they. I would have been more than willing to exchange it for another pillow! I am donating it to habitat! And this company can keep their damn money. Despicable!

Selected a print on canvas of a sailing ship;"Ship" by Samuel Waters, which arrived in a week - Phenomenal! A great painting by a skilled maritime artist.
BUT colour balance was really off - almost monochrome - inadequate cyan and magenta and low contrast.
Response from "Judy" send email attachment of print and I asked to have a copy as close to the original as possible. Agreed to send replacement.
Waited, advised one had been sent. Waited a week or two. Asked for a Tracking number. Still waiting.
I've done my money. Sounded great early on but is REALLY, REALLY BAD - should be referred to the Feds. For highway robbery.

I have ordered 2 separate pieces from 2 separate artists. The clarity is superb! Truly rich, deep color! The frames are well worth the additional fee. They're highly complimentary to the art and make hanging extremely secure and convenient. I did have an issue with one of the pieces. I sent an email with a picture which showed my concern. Without any delay, customer service immediately responded and a replacement piece was sent to me at no additional cost. Lorenz was incredible! - I even found a new artist, that if not for FineArt, I otherwise would not have found who I absolutely love (Keith Shepherd). I challenge anyone to find an online site that offers such a selection, quality, and customer service. I am sincerely surprised why there are negative reviews based on both of my experiences. I have received numerous compliments to both of my pieces and I completely recommend FineArt and will definitely be a returning customer.

I've bought online artwork in the past, and have never been completely satisfied with the choices or the ability to visualize. Not the case with FineArtAmerica. They have many choices of top-quality framing and matting, and their website allows you to see the results accurately. Also, they go to lengths to protect their products in shipping, but one occasion, the carriers were able to damage the shipment. FineArtAmerica immediately sent a replacement without waiting for the return. Excellent service. I've purchased over $1000 in framed prints over the past six months, and intend to continue buying only from FineArtAmerica.

I saw a print of a cat online called "Galaxy Cat" by Julia Rosales. Our daughter and son-in-law have two feline fur babies, so we ordered it for them. The price was very reasonable, and the item came right when they promised and packaged very well. The details came through beautifully.We were thrilled to have such a nice gift for our family members and also very happy to have a site like this from which to order original artwork. I am hooked on FineArtAmerica! They're site is full of fabulous and beautiful art. It is easy to purchase and choose the right look for your place. Once an order is placed you are notified when the art has been delivered. You can tell they take pride in their product and the artists.

1 of 2 mugs I ordered was received as expected, the other mug had smaller unexpected graphics. When ordering, it's difficult to determine where product will be made which makes it difficult to determine whether there will be duty/customs charges. It would be nice if any hidden/added costs will be added for buyer. Also site should clearly indicate the currency of items ordered. Otherwise I was quite happy with the quality & creation of products.

I have spent about $250 in orders with Fine Art America purchasing shirts. Three of the shirts, women's size M, came in sizes so small that they looked like they were children's sizes. Customer service was very difficult to work with. The end result was that I had to cut the shirts up, send them a picture and they are "supposed to" issue me a refund (still waiting for the refund). I wanted replacements at the same sale prices that I purchased the shirts, but that is not possible. They have gotten the last of my money.

I was looking to buy 4 gallery-wrapped pieces from FineArtAmerica. I found two, by different artists, but could find anything else that might be part of a collection. The site didn't show any other prints that might be part of a collection(s), but I stopped after page 200. Additionally, the search showed me nothing. I used "Contact Us" twice and got no reply. I even tried Facebook--got a timely reply and was told to use "Contact Us."
What a joke. They lost the sale, and a customer. I am a designer. Epic fail.

Products from Art.com because I couldn't find similar prints in a collection. This should be easier. So Art.com got my business for 4 prints. Plus I'm a designer, they will get my future business.
Is this electronic day and age, you'd think it wouldn't be that difficult to add something across the bottom that showed other prints by the same artist in that same collection. Lighting companies do it, pots & pans companies do, and on. I tried your customer service twice and Facebook once. Ha! Joke's on me.

Extremely poor workmanship on pillows. Loose threads, the labels are not put on correctly, the corners are not 90 degrees. I would be extremely embarrassed to give these to my clients. Have sent emails asking for help in this matter have heard nothing.

This website is an addiction of mine. Each work of art is available in multiple medium and many sizes. My ordering experiences have been good. Once an item arrived in less than perfect condition, but the company made it right and sent me another. Really great website and business!
