Fine Art America's selection of products featuring images by artist Sally Edelstein is a shopper's paradise. So much to choose from and easy checkout, too. My selection was of excellent quality, shipping was swift, and I was very impressed with the packaging. Its innovative design guaranteed that my "Morning Moe" coffee cup would arrive in perfect condition. Bravo!
I signed up for Fine Art America hoping to boost my art sales but I'm a bit disappointed. It offers a huge range of products to sell my work, the visibility isn't great unless you actively market your work through your own channel. I wish the qaulity of the prints was more consistent. Some of my prints have arrived looking amazing while others haven't lived up to expectations.
I was on the hunt for art depicting a historic moment in time... 2020. Found wonderful photography and a very creative illustration and purchased boxes of greeting cards to send to family members and friends. Rave reviews and comments from all recipients. I appreciate the high quality card stock and envelopes as well as the reasonable turnaround for filling my order. I will be back for additional works of art!

Looking for nativity pictures I found the perfect print on this site. The artist was completely unknown to me but now I love him. Garibaldi has got to he a winning name for an artist! The service from Fineart America was excellent; speedy and secure. Thank you for opening my horizons

This matted & framed 30" x 22.5" print turned out fantastic! It was packed perfectly for safe shipping. The print colors are vivid & the quality of the framing exceeded my expectations! Turnaround was fast, less than a week from placing the order to receiving the art! I'm very happy with my purchase & enjoying my art :)

Very easy site to navigate with wonderful and amazing art to choose from that can then be transferred to a large array of items. I purchased a canvas carry bag and i-phone cases and was thrilled with the quality of each item with the colors being the same as depicted on the website. Check out was no hassle and I received my items within days and in perfect condition. Great shopping experience.

Great communication thru all steps of ordering. Could not have been simpler. My cards arrived well protected and on time. The quality of the printing and the paper is excellent.

Whatever you do don't use this business. The worst experience of my life. If there was a -5 option for rating it would be -5. Paid for a phone case for $50 said it would deliver in 3 days took 10 days and then when it was delivered it was the wrong item. I then send an email back requesting the item I paid for and they ask for a photo. I send a photo. And I am yet to receive any details about my original item being sent out. Absolute scam of a business should be shut down. This site breaches so many aspects of Consumer Law and breaks so many of my consumer rights. I don't know how governments allow this pathetic business keep running. I hope these people fail miserably and lose every single cent of their money. It's people like this that deserve nothing but a cardboard box.

I ordered a Gabby Hayes mug for my very talkative 82 year young brother. I appreciated that I could choose the background color to match his kitchen accents. The mug came quickly and packed very well so nothing was cracked or broken. I will be back to this company whenever the nostalgia bug hits! I have a cousin on the other side of the country who is a rabid Freddie fan. I purchased several cards with different artists' versions of his portrait to send to my cousin throughout the year, including a custom made birthday greeting on one of them. They all exceed my expectations and my cousin LOVED the first one she received. I recently sent another to help raise her spirits during the pandemic and await her rave reviews. I highly recommend FineArtAmerica and am happy to support their artists.

If you are a photographer or artist you can join Fineartamerica.com for only $30- and get discounts on all the items you have you have listed with them. Things like greeting cards are a great promotion for your work. Also, I have sold 2 photos even though I do not pay for extra marketing. And they pay on time. So, I highly recommend this company as a tool for artist and photographers to show and sell tie art..

Fantastic range of products available. I had a view in my head of what I was after and was able to find several options to choose from. Particularly liked the options to select your preferred size of print. Delivery was quicker than stated and the packaging was excellent, ensuring the canvas arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be the first option when looking for future wall art.

Found what I wanted and it was delivered in a timely fashion with the quality I expected. Communication on approximate shipping time could have been a bit clearer but overall it was a good experience. Would buy from FAA again.

I like doing business with this company repeatedly because they are very professional. I receive the correct product I ordered, the message I want the card to say is always typed on the card correctly and centered, the shipping is quick, my photographic greeting cards arrive in a nice black box, the photography on the cover of the card is top quality, I have the choice of buying one card or 10 cards. The first time I ordered from them, I called to inquire about the status of the order, the man who answered the phone was courteous and checked on the order and answered my question. My friends that I send the greeting cards to, always reply by card or email how much they like the cards.

I placed an order which was shown to ship December 13,2021. Today, January 12,2022, the tracking info still says only "Shipping label created. USPS awaiting receipt of item." I have communicated with customer service 4 times and each time was told the item was shipped. I asked to refund my order as I never received it and was told they would not refund me "because it had shipped." They even gave me a number to call the USPS who also said they never received the item for delivery. I had to ask my bank to stop payment because customer service would not rectify the situation.

I ordered a a framed print 12/5/2025. Many reassurances it is on the way. No print. I asked to cancel and have money returned.Fine Art America says too late it was already sent. By tracking# info it has never left the warehouse in Hawthorne. Label created, but the trail stops there. Fedex says they never received it, and there is no evidence it ever left the warehouse. No print no refund. Now to file a claim? I just want my gift delivered. It was an especially meaningful print meant to be given on Christmas. Do not assume you will receive your order on time if at all :( I do not know how to submit proof of purchase. The company has order# ticket # and tracking #. I will figure out how to submit it and submit it. Pissed level 99% nice agents though.
Tip for consumers:
You may not receive what you order. Refund refused because they say they shipped it w/ Fedex. Fed ex denies receiving it. Tracking # info says it never left the warehouse in Hawthorne.

The quality of the products is top notch. I have enjoyed every purchase. They are unique and I love seeing all the designs. There logistics are superb given these uncertain times. I've received every order in a timely manor and have never experienced any problems with ordering. I highly recommend if you are looking for quality and excellent service.
