I personally know the artist and have seen his work on I tried ordering T-shirts, but they are not cut right for me. I decided to order mugs because they would fit just right in my hand. Hard to choose from so many beautiful photos.
I ordered 3 framed canvas prints with a matte finish. I received 3 canvas prints with a glossy finish. One arrived with no wire to hang the artwork. It state's on the order form that the artwork will arrive "ready to hang". The frame were not well put together with the corners not matching up and one frame had wide gaps on 3 of the 4 corner seams. See photos.
I've recently purchased a number of prints for my new home office from Fine Art America. Every one of them has been exactly as described and displayed on the website. They've also all arrived on time, after being shipped with extreme care. I'll DEFINITELY continue to buy from Fine Art America as future needs arise - it really seems like they have something for everyone there!

We recently remodeled a room in our home and wanted to add some natural art from one of our favorited spots. I came across a perfect piece of photography through FineArtAmerica. We purchased the piece framed and matted. It was a 10 from start to finish. The amount of art available on this site was amazing. The ease of dealing with the site was impressive. I look forward to my next purchase already!

This is one of my favorite things ever. I love to curl up in my recliner. I love comforts, and this one is perfect. I feel so cozy.
It's well-made, soft and warm, and is washable too. 50" by 60" is the perfect size for me. I love the interesting collage as well. Kim Collister has awesome artistic talent.
I ordered another fleece blanket for a friend - for another elderly woman who is hunkering down during the pandemic who I know will love it. I found the perfect design for her - more conservative, with scenery.

Got my husband a new phone for Christmas and wanted to make it extra special by gifting him a personalized protective cover, too. Found a wonderful artist at Fine Art America that had used The Varsity restaurant in some of his pieces. This was perfect as my husband loves this Atlanta iconic eatery. He loves his new phone, but he really LOVES his Varsity phone cover. I couldn't been more pleased with my purchase!

Ordered a canvas on April 18th and when inquiring on my order, via email I was asked to wait until 4/27/20 due to Corvid19 and slower deliveries. When following up with my email to request for a refund, I have no response. Forwarded the email again for a response, and received none.

Received a framed print as a gift from friends overseas. The package had indication at all who sent it. The print itself was framed wrong - there was a caption at the bottom of the print that was cut off by the matting. Where is the quality control? Apparently no one looks at the finished product before they ship it out. I contacted the company and was told only the person who ordered it can request a refund or replacement. But there was no indication at all of who purchased/sent it. And of course they wouldn't give me that information. I have the order number so just look it up and refund the person right? Nope, not this craptastic company. Finally found out who sent it and they had the same BS experience trying to rectify the situation. This company makes a crap product, has horrible customer service, and doesn't have any integrity whatsoever. STAY AWAY!

I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase... I had wonderful options with the size of the print, the matting, the frame style and color. The website is fantastic and gave me visuals and dimensions for all of my choices. The artwork arrived quickly and was carefully wrapped. AND... when I compared the price with that of my local, frame shop, the savings were appreciable!

I have been trying to get this company to answer my concern for almost a full year. The images I have uploaded for Private use (BUYERS ACCOUNT) appear in images when my name is entered into a search engine. They have a service answering calls for them - no one from the company is actually reachable. Finally I asked them to delete my entire account and related info, please... No response. It's ridiculous.

I googled Cleveland art and immediately Fine Art came up. The selection of art showcased for my great city was outstanding, and most pieces were from Cleveland artists... I was happy with all of the pieces I purchased.one piece came damaged and they quickly remedied the situation... I will be purchasing again

A friend of mine is a great artist and has his art listed here. I bought a t-shirt which I loved but it came apart at the seams after two washes. I contacted them and they said it must have been the washer. It wasn't the washer it was just cheap. By the way I paid $30.00 for the cheap t-shirt.

On May 6th I bought two prints (I need to say that the quality is very good). As per website you would have to wait 3-4 business days for the prints to be ready to be shipped. As nothing had been shipped after that time frame, I sent an email asking for some help. No answer. After sending a second one I was told that I had to wait for 9 business days. Why wasn't the email sent to you hadn't mentioned that?
The prints were shipped on May 19, but I just got them at the beginning of June. On top of that, there was nothing in big bold letters saying that printings were inside of the big envelop. As a result, they were pushed inside of the mailbox.

I was amazed to find a cup with a picture of a Ducati 888. Bought it online and had it delivered to Australia without any problems.
The picture is of excellent quality and I couldn't be happier whenever I'm enjoying a nice cup of tea.

Ordered T-shirt Dec 6, it wasn't even SHIPPED OUT until Dec 28. Arrived Monday Jan 3. Merry Frickin Christmas! Was never sent any email confirming purchase or with tracking number. You can't blame this one on the post office! Customer service is developmentally disabled. When I asked why it took them over THREE WEEKS to even get the thing in the mail, I was told "there were a lot of delays unfortunately."
Tip for consumers:
Don't order anything at Christmastime unless it's before Halloween!

I was looking for a shower 36" curtain for the shower in my new shop. I was looking and found a 74" curtain I decided to use for the door to the bathroom. It turned out great, instead of having a plain door I wound up with a 'slidable" door that also helped with ventilation since my shop is not air conditioned and added to the theme of my shop that is for my classic trucks. Very pleased... think different and you'll be surprised what happens.

I went looking for tote for my son who love Mosasaurus'. I found a tote that I could modify to my liking on the site. I was a little hesitant ordering because I had never heard of this company before. However, I wanted to get a mug with a Pallus Cat on it and they had them available. I wasn't disappointed! Once I ordered they kept me updated as to the status of my order and I could track it's location. I recommend this company and would definitely order from them again!

My experience with fine art was nothing but exceptional. I had ordered 4 baby onsies Hendrix (purple haze) and David Bowie
Plus two more only music lovers would like. Anyway the usps kept saying this would be delivered I spoke with them since it didn't come and they would send them again. Well I deceided i would go to where is was supposed to be delivered and they never made it. I got in touch with fine art and they said if i didn't have my delivery by a certain day they would send me a new order. Well they kept there word and i received my order within a couple of days in contacting fine art. I can't say enough this was such a good experience with there customer service, most on line companies would just say its my loss but not them i will definetley order from them again
