I ordered from this place on cyber Monday this year 2015 they cancel my order because they claim they did not have any more shoes like the one that I ordered, however, they do have those shoes on their website for more money now... I still have not received my refund.
If buying from Finish Line with their gift cards, be sure to buy from the store with a store associate. If your buying online, they won't send you an order number or an email confirmation and they'll steal your money… My $100 gift card balance is zero with out an order confirmation and my $50 dollar gift card is at zero. Finish line can't do anything about it, gift card company can't do anything about it. Y'all need to fire some of the pirates that work at your company…
I shop in the store quite often. No problems. Ordered online on August 18th. Today is the 30th and my shoes still have not shipped! Although it says shipped on the email they sent on the 18th! I called and was told they r still n the warehouse. Im like I just want a refund. I was told No! They can't be refunded until I receive them! Please look elsewhere!
Seriously tried to buy 4 sweatshirts from the site on Cyber Monday, the site would not alllow me to purchase the sweatshirts. Every time I got to the checkout it would say to review order but would never let me purchase it. So I tried calling, after 30 minutes on hold, I decided nobody works at Finish Line. So I decided to call a local store, the guy told me "Yeah our website is messed up, but if you want to order in the store... you can do that" I asked How about over the phone? No it doesn't work over the phone. Talk about terrible business sense and a horrible company for customer service. PATHETIC!
I placed an order for my brothers Christmas present... I got a confirmation number saying my order was on its way. After 3 days of waiting I check the status of my order which now shows it has been canceled. I had to contact your customer service line which did not for me other then say, sorry they were sold to a store and we have no more inventory. Why dale something online if you don't have it. I got charge the full amount and now I have to wait for my money to be refunded which will take 7 business according to customer service. It's ridiculous my order number is*******557. Now I see why everyone told me. Not to buy through finish line... Very upset now I won't. Be able to get my brother what he wanted for Christmas thank you finish line.

My my my I must say I had the worst experience with finish line. Sent wrong shoe 1st time 2nd time. The shoes was already worn. Tried getting my refund sent through check by mail as me a representative agreed on. They send refund through a different payment method and never contacted me. I reach out to them 5X on this matter. Shipping sucks, quality sucks, employees doing their jobs sucks all around the bord coming from a sneaker head that orders lots of shoes… I'm one unsatisfied customer! That's that on that!

Terrible customer service, I get email saying my shoes came I checked my porch I see nothing looked at my camera I seen not a delivery sent to me. I call to let them know and they started off saying they was looking into it and so they did one of the customer service rep even called me back cause he was investigating it, so he called back and apologized and supposed refunded me back one of the shoe cause they didn't have the size, but the other one they did which I was fine with that, week go back I still didn't get the shoe or refund for the other shoe so I called and they tell me they cant refund me i need check with my neighbor's or call ups, so when was y'all going call me back and tell me y'all decided not to refund me my stuff I never got! I will never shop with finish line again.
I ordered Jordan's 6 Rings ( Red Ones) a couple days ago. Received shoes they were the wrong size. All my fault! Traveled to a nearby Finish Line in McLean Va to return them. Sale Rep helped accepted the shoes and also ordered the correct size for me. While I was there I also ordered a second pair. ( The Black Ones)
Received them all last night! Ordered on 5/13 from store and received 5/20 No Damages! Only Fire $#*! Jordan's

Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
