Beware. HORRIBLE company management and terrible customer service. What a run around and time waster. Bought shoes at outlet store. The Manager found me the "last pair." Got home (1 hour away) and shoes were USED, dirty and worn. Told by outlet store to return them to Macy's. WE DON'T SELL THESE SHOES," said the Macy's online supervisor. Told to go to "Finish Line Store." Return "exchanged" but required special order. Promised quick delivery (3-4 days). No shoes delivered. Back to the store. Told they "didn't ship my shoes because they didn't have any boxes." 3 trips to the store and 3 calls to customer service (including one "hang up" when I asked to speak to a supervisor), they could not deliver the item nor would they provide more than "$20 discount." I will NEVER shop at Finish Line again, even though the shoes we wanted are the ONLY shoes that my wife can wear. UGH!
I needed running socks. After some research, I settled on a couple pairs from the Finishline.com. How hard is it to get running socks in stock? It took about 3 weeks for me to get them - running socks! Granted they're of a particular brand and variety, but Finishline could have done a better job of letting me know there would be a delay earlier on rather than having me wait it out.
I order a shoe from Finish Line's website. Got an e-mail and confirmation. Noticed a couple days later nothing was happening with my ordered so I called. They explained how I needed to verify, and said they called and left a voicemail but they never did, so they completely lied to me. Than they said the product had been missed placed, and then I was told it was found and being shipped. Nope. Next thing I'm told the shoe is sold out and the warehouse doesn't have my shoe anymore, after they charged my card, and gave me a delivery date. Then two days later got a cancellation e-mail about my order. That is what Finish Line did to their customer. They lie, and give out false order confirmations such a joke.
I ordered sneakers for my kids 2 weeks ago, only received 1 pair in the mail. Waited a few days to see if the other two would come in never came. Had to wait 45 minutes on the phone for a representative just to tell me they lost my order and would have to submit for a replace needless to say school starts in two days and spent 200 on something I still don't have. I never received a email or anything letting me know there was something v wrong with the order of I have been notified I would have done it on time for them to be able to start school with there shoes. I would never order with them online again
Returned a pair of shoes that were too large. I saw they received the shoes but never refunded the money back so I called. Customer service (who barely spoke English), confirmed receipt of my shoes but said I had to request my money back. WTH? They just keep your returned merchandise and money unless you call them and ask for the money back? What a scam!
I cancelled a order on December 23 2019 and I'm still waiting for a refund of 34.24 Ihave called the customer service times and every time they just lie about my refund my credit card company is going after them for my refund so sad. If I don't see it soon I'm going file fraud charges with company.
Please avoid doing business with Finish Line. I have just spoke with customer service only to be told the stores are not responsible to accept returns of unworn defective product. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, I not only had to make the request 4 times but was told the manager was occupied.
Certainly not a place that deserves my business ever again.
If a zero were available it would have been my choice.
HORRIBLE! I ordered a pair of sneakers online for 200.00! When I got them in the mail, I opened the box and have to DIFFERENT sneakers. The right foot one which was all white (one I ordered) and the other one, the left foot one is red white and blue. After talking to three different people, customer care person, supervisor (which was actually pretty nice) and then the manager, I have to find a way to send back the sneakers, so find an open UPS place cause they won't send UPS out to my house to pick it up, then send it back and wait for them to get it and it will take 7-10 business days to get my 200.00 back and it could take longer because their office people are working from home! How does this even happen and now the hassle I have to go through to return them in a corona crisis and wait til whenever to get my 200.00 back. I will never shop from this place online or in a store again!
This site does not have amazing deals. After purchasing some running shoes, I saw that they were being sold cheaper elsewhere. The shoes were not actually in stock, even though I was able to purchase them. It took forever for them to arrive, and I couldn't cancel the order.
They charged my card and then the next day they cancel my order without providing any explanation! Why would charge my card if they were gonna cancel!
Answer: Not if you wanted the shoes after they take your money.
Answer: I wouldn't worry. They are a genuine company and they sell authentic products. It's usually easy to return if you are local to a brick and mortar store. To be honest, they ship quickly and the customer service reps are polite, they are just located over seas and sometimes there is language barrier. Also, most of the issues are during the holidays, I think. They are worth a try if you have a local store you can go into.
