Last time I was on here I got scammed! It scare the crap out of me, to even come back. Also, bad customer service as I paid money, no-one from your department got back to me. That was last year. And here I am, hopefully I don't get scrammed again!
Furthermore, are there any other recommendation of another company please.
Cheers
The quality of my logo design was LAUGHABLE. A kindergarten class with a bucket of fingerpaint could have designed a better logo. I found the font used on a website that stated not for commercial use without paying for a license and the graphic was an absolute joke. It only takes one negative experience to lose a customer forever. Fiverr needs to have these "graphic designers" submit a resume and ORIGINAL work done. The portfolio I viewed was NOT the designer's work. There is no way. I don't leave reviews often but when something is THIS bad, I feel compelled to keep others away from nonsense. Now I'm out 42 bucks.
I ordered two t-shirt designs, they were late, one never arrived. I tried to resolve it and got a message saying sorry I forgot to send it a week ago. I asked for a revision and never heard back. Messaged Fiverr and they just canceled the order rather than letting me work it out. They had a 5 star review. Never received a vector file for anything. Tried again, this time the seller tried to extort more money, contacted Fiverr they gave me a coupon for $4 off. Tried a third time and same thing, a very simple 2 color design allegedly required more money or so the seller said from $10 to $20 for a simple super simple design.
I did 2 jobs and they never paid me! They don't have a contact number and nobody responds to me they are very unprofessional and stole money from me and the people that paid for my services! They took money from their accounts and never paid me, in addition they blocked them from using the databases I created for them. Horrible horrible experience will never do work for them again.
Fiverr has worst help and support team they just don't give a damn about there customers and sellers and act like god like creatures... Okay even if you have to bane any account YOU can at least:
1) Give them one or two WARNINGS...
2) If you just don't have time to give them warning at least you can tell them that which rule and regulation they have breached and broke...
Worst website and company ever... :(
After submitting my specs, one-day following, the designer and I agreed that my order could not be fulfilled. A request for refund was immediately made at Fivver's website. However, Fivver provided only a 'Fivver credit' not a refund of my payment. I then exhausted all options at Fivver's website. Their website shows a button for issuing a refund to my payment method but that button is an image only, it is not functional. I am attempting to resolve the issue through my payment method provider.
I signed up, selected a gig, communicated with the seller, paid to place and Order--then, I could access my account (kept receiving a notice that I needed to activate my account per an activation email. I kept requesting for the email to be re-sent, it wasn't), when I logged in with my FaceBook my account showed no indication that an Order had been placed, I received numerous error messages when I tried accessing my account from email notifications (that somehow did come through). The list goes on and on. I sent emails to customer service that still have not been answered, however now that I have filed a dispute to get my money back Fiverr customer service quickly responded indicating that my account is frozen. I am done and thoroughly disappointed.
It is worst... than i ever seen in my life... there is no any seller protection at all. They are charging hell lot of money for every order from the seller. Why not from buyer? Even they are taking money from seller there is no seller protection... seller can be scamed easily... fiverr not loosing any thing, only seller loosing huge effort and money... i have already filed cyber crime police complaint against this israel based company... i want all the victims support to close this company... this site is hosting on go daddy servers... i can file case on them... i am trying for court orders to take an israel police action on them. I will slap those guys for sure... i lost huge amount on fiverr... customer support not responding at all.
This company has hacked my checking account. I never heard of them til I looked at my bank statement today. How they got my checking account number I have no idea, I don't bank online. My bank has initiated a fraud investigation,
Most enquiries ask endless questions and ask for highly involved tasks to be completed, but then never actually book. The small number that do book, specify the tasks extremely nebulously and then deliberately request endless revisions to try and push your buttons and waste your time. Save yourself agro by finding quality individuals who respect you in business.
I wrote to Fiverr about a scammer who tried to buy a gig from me. I reported him to 'customer service' instead of removing him they disabled my account with no reason. I have gigs that I've paid for and cannot access them and also a job I did and awaiting payment.
All they do is spew the same crap about how I've giving no answers to my questions. They are a nightmare and no idea of how to do customer service. Fiverr is a lirre!
Scam. You pay for a gig, they seller delays, then offeres refund. If you take refund it is stuck in fiverr's system forever without ever a change to get it back. If you wait for the artwork, it is corrupted or crap.
Beware Fiverr filter out the worst reviews!
I had a terrible experience, was presented with Plagiarised content! I cancelled the gig and wanted to write a bad review to warn others about the seller, only to be told by Fiverr, if you cancel a gig you cannot leave a review!
So basically, those who would give low reviews are NOT ALLOWED TO!
This is obviously a way Fiverr attempt to improve their sellers reviews.
I hired these guys for making my online store. We agreed in the beginning for the specific content which was to make a store in another language. I provide them with all the language material and all the translations that they had to add to the site. At the end they just google translated some things and the rest they left it in english. Horrible mess of a store that I can't use now. I was messaging them and contacting and all they were saying were lies such as we are not in the office, wait for couple of days etc. etc. And Then we came to the point that I cant cancel the order anymore because it has been too long since the order was made. Total rip off - dont use ECCOMMERCEXPERT1 all they do is promising promising until its too late to write a bad review of them or cancel the order, the worst experience ever!
Fiverr is a scam. The website enables sellers to scam buyers. I hear the other way around to. It is a scammers paradise and the Fiverr website apparently thrives on this environment. Avoid at all costs.
Buyer ordered something from me. I delivered. Buyer was happy. Order was completed. Buyer cancelled the order and got the money back. Buyer has my work and his money. I have wasted time and no money. Great seller security fiverr!
It only favor for usa sellers, the fiverr not grow other seller who not from usa, it give many order only from usa seller. This is very bad website. I using this site from 1 year and i have good gigs but i only 90 orders.
I was about to make a purchase with this guys who promised to put our website on first page of google in seven days, Travel Ventours is our website, but they replied totally different, It was my first time to message them and they replied with a total different website and is apologizing for the delay and will redo some of the links.
That made me decide to do further research first before moving forward, tahnks to website like sitejabber, it help me decide not to push thru with the purchase.
I am also in process of hiring a video explainer, I am wondering if I would experience the same thing, but I have a friend who already purchased a video explainer and it looks pretty good.
Loads of the scammers on Fiverr.
Fiverr does nothing to help but allowing the crime happening without providing proper solutions to the buyer. Customer service does not disclose reasons why their decision is made nor they do anything to the seller while it is obvious the seller is a scammer. They allow the scammer on the platform and do not proper protection to users. DO NOT USE FIVERR.
I just used the site for the first time to get a custom design for my business cards. I was not satisfied with the original design and the "package" said unlimited revisions. However, to reject the job for revisions it says $5. I messaged the designer and it was like pulling teeth to get a new design. You can go to a resolution center but the seller can reject your request. Then, Fiverr automatically closes the order and when going back and forth with customer service was pointless. The rep said "The order will not be canceled based on personal taste." IT IS A CUSTOM DESIGN! Is personal taste not the point of hiring a designer! Go to vistaprint!
Answer: I used Fiverr for my company logo. The guy lives in Vietnam and speak minimal English. I paid for an upgraded package with an unlimited amount of revisions, 3 original logos, stationary and Facebook as well as Twitter page covers. What does unlimited mean if a revision takes 24 hours and each revision is correcting spelling mistakes or telling him you don't want a green dog in your logo, I want a natural looking dog. His response is "you choose font and gives you a pale old lady stockings colour dog" instead of a white Dalmatian with black dots or a brown German Shepard. In the end I used an online translator to translate my requests from English to Vietnamese. He told me to sketch something and he'd make something. If I could sketch something then I would do my own logo. The one logo that I liked was the one I gave him all my ideas for. All he did was put it together in the right format. I was so frustrated with his other two attempts that I said ok give me the first logo with stationary and everything I've paid for. I got the most basic design, no stationary or headers. Did I go through customer service? OF COURSE! Throughout this whole ordeal. I described every little detail. Each time a different person would reply and say "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him". Only to have him return with the same dog in orange or turquoise and every time customer service would spit out the same line "I can understand your frustration and I will contact him. We see he is responding to you within 24 hours so for us that means you are trying to work things out. I want my money back! Sorry we can't give you your money back. The seller has received his money and its up to him to give you any money back if he so chooses. It was a dreadful experience. I ended up using an online logo maker and I loved it. PLUS it actually cost less. I'm now doing my own website. If you have the patience then try to do it yourself. Do NOT skimp on your website. The way the world is run today you want your website and all social media presence to correctly reflect your quality. If at the end I'm not happy with my website I will go to a professional and pay what it costs. Hope this helped and good luck
Answer: I know I have to wade through a lot of questionable sellers to get a good one. Happy hunting. There are good ones out there though.
Answer: All I can say id Fiverr is the BIGGEST SCAM going. Had to dispute the charges through my bank to get the money back
Answer: Stay far away from fiverr. I paid a guy to do some work and proved with third party techniques they used bots for fake views to my site. Yet this guy had many many great reviews. You cannot trust this site whatsoever. Stick with paypal as you most likely will get nowhere with fiverr.
Answer: If you want a site designed to steal credit card data from hard-working, civilized people, please use Fiverr. It is designed for one thing: to take your credit card data and leave you to deal with a mess. More details, reply or search for my previous posts.
Answer: I can only imagine you got swindled and feel bad about the fact you trusted someone. Don't feel bad, you did nothing wrong. There are sites who take the time to vet their sellers and then there are sites like Fiverr who let's anyone to join with zero check on their credentials. The entry into selling on Fiverr is so easy that it borders on ridiculousness. Anyone can lie about their location, experience, education, and just about any credentials. Some of them are really clever and mask their fake profile pictures and gig descriptions really well. Fiverr is so secretive about their vetting process, which I seriously doubt there is anything in writing, that you can't trust it. The seller's level is a joke - I've gotten cheated by ones with thousands of reviews. How they received literally a thousand or more review is mind boggling. Go back and check again, you'll notice like 99.9% of the million or so sellers all have 5 star reviews. All legitimate businesses have a combination of good and bad reviews, most average around 3/5 or if they are a really great business 4/5 but for a large company with like a million or so freelancers with zero credentials having 5/5 pretty much tells you there is something wrong. Like I said, you did nothing wrong. I hope you didn't lose too much money. Their philosophy is "We don't care how crappy the delivery was as long as the seller delivered you don't get your money back."
Answer: The answer is plain simple NO! You will get your followers, yes! But they are all bots, so you will lose 90% of the followers the same week, might as well throw this 5 bucks in the air.
Answer: There is very little in the world that is unique. You have to trust or spend a lot more $$$ or do it yourself
Answer: I would suggest having nothing whatsoever to do with Fiverr. When things go wrong - and that happens a LOT - there is no customer support line to call. They make it very difficult (in my own case, impossible) to resolve any problems. Read the evaluation reviews- they are extremely negative. My advice: find another site on which to offer your services. DG
Answer: I've had 28 orders and all but two were very satisfactory. Most were PDFform building or business card templates, but I had s few design logos for me then used the one I liked. Buyers: it's cheap. Remember that. When the service is good I tip generously then use the same person. I get great service, often in one day. When I order, I add express service and have yet to be disappointed. It's a business model without customer service. Face it. If you want customer service, go to Nordstroms or Nieman Marcus. Do a better job selecting your service provider; be clear in the order, and overpay.
