I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.

Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I'll never forgive these people. Please do not ruin your peace and happiness. Order No: *******201

In the day of birthday, they said the product cannot be delivered. I had ordered the product 15 days prior. It was confirmed. On the last day they said that it needs to be cancelled as they don't have any center in the area. Most unreliable website! They didn't even leave scope for ordering from some other site! Ridiculous service! I will never buy again!

I have been using FNP for buying cakes and other gifts for 2 years now. All the products are exactly same as it is showed on the website. Also, 99% cases they deliver in the time they promised. Thumbs up for the services and Customer support!

I wish I checked this site before ordering with FNP. I checked the testimonials on their site and looks like they are all paid testimonials.
FNP will take money but doesn't deliver. And they don't have reliable vendors who have the drive to fulfill the task. They said delivery attempted but failed. But there is no proof, no picture of any sort or no phone call, text/whatsapp message or email to show an attempt was made.
On top of it their customer service is terrible. One guy just put me on hold (I hung up after 20 min). I called again and another guy was arguing with me that some one has to go to the vendor and pickup. If I had someone to pickup why would i even order it with FNP site?
They wouldn't even refund my money.
I asked them to deliver to another address and they said they can't. Don't waste your money on this site.

The cake I ordered for my Mom's birthday was delivered right on time and was quite fresh, tasty and well packed. Since I am away from home, I would like to thank Ferns n Petals for the quick and hassle free delivery that helped make my Mom's birthday special even during the pandemic.

I ordered twice in a week and the cake obtained was stale. Playing with peoples health. The cake cream was sour when I received the cake. Another one had fungus on it within 12 hours of delivery. Though it was in fridge. Customer service is worst. Called 6 times for this complain

I bought a birthday bouquet. It got delivered on time and I was even notified as to who received it! The flowers were fresh. It saved me a lot of effort as I could send a gift quickly through an app, without hassel of any kind. Thank you for keeping it simple.

Again, AWFUL! I am based out of US and wanted to get flowers delivered to my mom on mother's day and later some other items on her birthday. Well as you can presume no re - delivery and no refund for mothers day missed delivery, and she received only one item on her birthday.

We rely on these services to try to make up for our absence and insincerity shows not only lack of emotions but professionalism as well. I am still struggling to get my refund but will never employ their services again!

Ordered flowers and chocolates as a Christmas gift for elderly relatives in Canada.
Delivery was good arrived on the day I asked.
Flowers were okay but they received a box of mints and a box of truffles plus an empty glass jar.
This was very confusing for them why did we send an empty glass jar to them? They asked.
It spoilt the gift. I can understand Ferns n Petals may have run out of chocolates at Christmas but why an empty glass jar?

Cake was good but delivery was late. Most irritating things that once you pay ferns and petals will make you feel like a beggar. You have to call all the time to get to know about delivery. Pathetic service, missed delivery time twice. Gives promises that they can not fulfill. I will not recommend anyone to book from this website.

Delivered dead and broken plant for a house warming gift. This doesn't sound as bad as it seemed to the people it got delivered as a gift. My other order the cancelled with out even letting me know. First they changed the time slot with out even asking me. And then When i approached them asking about my order after the end my the delayed-changed time slot, then they told me that it wont be delivered at all because of product unavailability. They didn't even have the audacity to let their customer know. And then for the second order they delivered this dead and broken tulsi.

Very poor service. The order, which i placed 10 days before the expected delivery date is not delivered even after 1 day. They are mood spoilers. They will conveniently ignore you and your mails. They are not sure when they can schedule the delivery now. As soon as you raise the ticket, they will resolve it by saying they were using services of courier partners so they can't specify the date and time. It was waste of time and money as well. And you end up with bad day and bad mood. Now I am helpless I don't have the order nor have the money returned. Thank you so much Ferns & Petals for gracefully doing it all. You deserve a crown for this. Get one from your own courier service partners. Cheaters.

I had ordered a potted plant with "World's Best Sister" inscribed on it. However erroneously one with "World's Best Brother" was sent. On informing the firm sent the replacement immediately free of cost and left the earlier one too.
A very rare response in today's world.

This is my first order with ferns and petals and after much research, I ended up ordering flowers for a death anniversary. I was particular to send good and fresh flowers, with COVID in the city I had to pick and decide a place. They did a great job. It looked exactly like my selection from online I had ordered red and white roses in black cardboard box. I am pleased with their service in COVID times. I highly recommend this store.

I ordered three plants from fnp as a gift.
All three plants were dirty and covered with dust all over them.
One of the plants were dead.
When contacted customer service, they advised that the receiver should clean the plants for dust, remove dead leaves and continue watering them. They'll be healthy again.

I got an Valentine day gift for my wife. Supposed to be delivered on feb 14,2021 but not. I spoke with the customer service on Facebook they informed me it will be deliver next day. Next I check with them the status they gave me the tracking number. Which indicates it will be delivered feb 17. Now tell me everyone why do we do online order on special day for our love one. Why do we have to choose fnp.

I ordered Valentine's gift from the US for my wife in Bangalore. The window given was 6 am to 9 pm IST, however, it's 10:30 pm IST now and the status is still "shipped". I tried calling customer care but they're closed on Wednesday and Thursday? For a business like FnP, I would expect customer care to be available on special occasions like this one.

There was a hiccup on placing the order that resulted in 2 guys calling me to help with placing order. While I appreciate that, I can't digest that they are not around to answer questions about the order.

Sorry to say, but it was a disappointing experience. I'm hoping that "if" the order gets delivered, it will be in a good shape.

One of the worst services provided by F&P. They don't even bother whether it is reached to the customer or not. Please don't go by the reviews on the F&P website. It is all fake. I have ordered plant with ceramic pot(personalized photo in it) But photo came to out be blur and plant was dry. They have mentioned same day delivery. But believe me guys they just lying to us to get the business.

I have had multiple bad experiences with them, but I still gave them another try next time. Learned it now, they do not own gift deliveries and deliver it any time 4-5 days after order. In one of the cases, they cancelled the order due to stock issues after the delivery date, while it was still showing confirmed in status! Seriously bad!

I have ordered a rakhi n choclate and the postal code mentioned was wrong I requested immediately to cancel the order they denied to do the same. They charged 5000 for 2 products and not giving cancellation option.

I had a minor address change for one of my orders, but their useless help didn't accept it. The order is supposed to be delivered in a week but they refused. The address change is 5 mins away from the address on the order. Very unhelpful and rude.
