I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I ordered a cake for someone in another city, and found the experience of the website really great. It was very user friendly and easy to use.
Other than that the delivery was on time, and overall experience of FnP, for me, was quite good.
My ordered was delivered 3 days later to the promised date, i was still ok with it but when i saw the product i was shocked! The quality of the rakhi they delivered is so poor and with a pathetic design while the one they are showing on the website is completely different.
I used to be happy with the service but i will stop ordering & will never recommend ferns & petals to anyone.

On a sentimental day like a wifes bday, the delivery boy totally unknown to the area called many times despite being given detailed address and seeing my phone switched off returned back.On query again someone came quite late with repeated calls with stale flowers of very low quality.

Would never consider doing business with ferns and petals. They are not professional and they ruined me and my husband's first Valentine's day. They charged me a hell lot of money but delivered products not even worth half of it. Customer care and complaint centre is impossible, they don't respond and nor do they refund your amount. They are shameless, i will lot let anyone in my circle ever do business with ferns and petals. They are cheap and worst.

It is amazing. There are lot many gifts at affordable price range and moreover they deliver them on time. Fastest delivery that I have experienced was just in 3hrs. Worst company ever
They keep sending me the same automated emails whenever I make a complaint. This is stressing me out. Its been over r weeks. These stupid freshy scam artists from India won't give my refund. They keep sending me emails telling me 'we tried to call you but your phone is switched off'. I have no missed calls, voice messages, nothing. They are liars. I told them thousands times to re deliver.
Still don't email me back until I make a complaint via Resolver. They reply after one week. Maybe longer.

Wish I could give negative stars to the review!
We had ordered a combo (flowers + cake) and a set of chocolates, Order no *******, to make a beloved's day, the site asked for the pin-code, to which they confirmed delivery within the time slot of 2100 to 2200 hrs today, but just 30 mins before the probable time of delivery, the guy calls up and apologizes for the place being too far away from getting it delivered and asked if he could get it done the next day.
My only concern is, where you offer 'guaranteed' same-day delivery service, why do you have to scrap the whole thing off in the last minute? Cant you estimate the delivery ranges well ahead and then give confirmations while taking the order?
A bday cant be celebrated everyday. We didn't want to take the option provided so ended up cancelling the same.
You have disappointed us.

Me n my wife are working 400 km away. The year 2020 we couldn't celebrate because of lockdown. 2021 i ordered from this site. These guys professionalism shows they mean business. Only order cash on delevery. As after payment there is no method to track the order. Their service center will close the ticket saying partner network is delivering so they have no control. So the item will come 1 week or 10 days after the event.
Order from a local store... most give 1 hour delivery

From placing online order to order delivery point, it was a challenge at every step. Extremely disappointed with the service and unfriendly website of Ferns n Petals. Despite paying top dollars, could not achieve the goal of getting to send a surprise gift to my dearest friends on their 25th wedding anniversary in time. Please do not believe the tall claims made by FnP of fast service, same day delivery etc. For one simple cake order, multiple calls will be required to be made to the call center and every call just gets you apologies without any resolution.
I would not even rate them 1 star if I had the option of submitting without a rating.

Ferns n Petals has been a favourite of mine until I had to interact with one of their customer support representatives. Who was rude, put me on hold for 30 mins and never got back and then Supervisor Deepa who promised she would take action did nothing just sugar coated words to cover up for their agents. All I wanted to know was the ETA for delivery and I was put through so much trouble. Please train your Reps to be more polite and courteous and supervisors to keep their promises because they represent your company. Very disappointed.

They sent my parents the wrong cake on mother's day and refused to acknowledge their mistake despite inmediate and repeated emails. When they finally admitted that they had sent the wrong item after many emails and photos, all they said was that it won't happen again - did not return my money or send the correct item! I didn't believe this service from Ferns and Petals. Flowers were very good fresh and beautiful.
But coming to cake it was so disappointing. Was not juicy not cool as typical cool cake nor did taste like black forest. Cost was so high, didn't even reach the minimum expectations was not worth at all.
