I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. Selected one star since i cant get worst than that, I have placed an order and they promised to deliver it in timeframe when i wanted it and after 3 hours, they said can not deliver it. It wasted my time and ruined the occasion also. I wont prefer anyone to purchase stuff from it.
I ordered fancy flowers bouquet and paid high than simple bouquet. I was very disappointed in website what we saw and what we get. They take money but did not get what we choose it's totally different. Never ordered again

I'm really happy with their services! Had ordered a cake and some flowers- they both were delivered on time and looked beautiful. The cake was delicious and looked exactly like that in the picture on their website. Even the flowers were fresh and were arranged into a pretty bouquet (again as shown on their website). Needless to say, I will be ordering stuff from them again :)

I ordered a cake for ky mother in law at 10am.
Till 6pm no one turned up. I called them, and they told me that the guy ego was carrying the cake has spilled it unfortunately!
Wow!
It took me a month to get my refund back by calling them almost everyday.
Also the cake, which never reached my mom in law!

I had ordered rakhi with a mug and chocolates.The rakhi chocolates and mug were all different than in the picture.And were literally delivered in black polythene bag, no gift wrapping as it said on the site.If I had to buy something like that I wouldn't have paid 7 times the amount to fern N petals. Would never buy from there again. #fnp

Their delivery is not as expected even after paying 5 to 7 times high price than local market. We call them and changed the address before they processed, some delivery went to new address some went to old address. Ordered balloons did not deliver, called them, they said it will be delivered within an hour. Never delivered. They don't include candles with birthday cake ( of more than Rs4000) so we called them in advance. They said they will include a complimentary candle, they never sent candle. So, we had a birthday party without candles and balloons. Their customer service is very nice, professional but they don't do what they say. Their order update system is state of the art. Cake quality was good but very expensive. Price of "Happy Birthday" balloons is ridiculously high (3 balloons for RS. 1500). This business is all about service but their service is not as expected. Flowers lasts only for few hours.

I have ordered one Bluetooth speaker, because my previous order of speaker was really good, but this time my product came damaged,
I asked for replacement, which took around 20 calls,
So many emails and chats and around 10 days,

Ferns n Petals sent an apology bouquet, and delivered the gift (after a delay of several days, yes, but they delivered it, after following up with their London service providers). They were good enough to provide a refund too to compensate for the delay. Appreciate your gesture, Ferns n Petals.
They have very poor services, and worst customer care services. Once money is paid they do not listen to their customers.
In my order, I tried to correct the addressee, but they simply did not entertain. Worst on that their dump customer care services kept repeating "delivery has been attempted".

I received a very cheap and poor quality product. Even customising it thoroughly you get poor print dimensions on the mug and quality of the print is pathetic! The way you'll customise it doesn't matter, because they will do print it only the way they want and not according to your customisation. Definitely won't recommend this site.

I have order Anniversary cushion and Other chocolate for my friend, time scheduled for 08:00 am to 15:00 pm. But they changed the time and cushion also got cancelled and they didn't intimate that cushion got cancelled, When we reach the customer care person they just told sorry, Very irresponsible. Worst service... They never deliver on time. And they are fraud. And the customer care does not pick p your call. Customer care is very rude
I ordered a cake to be delivered to my friend's place for the birthday 3 days prior and it was not delivered on the D-day. When i called the customer care a day later after the birthday, they said it can't be delivered even today.
We will try for tomorrow or day after tomorrow

They have pathetic service and they are cheating us. Whatever is visible on their website is not the product they deliver. I had very bad experience with fnp. I dont suggest to my friends to go for this when they want to gift dearest people. It might be worth for lesser price orders but am not sure because my first experience was very bad. I would like to share that. Last month I ordered a plant and a raisins house from FNP. Which was supposed to be delivered the next day. But without delivery of the order, the delivery boy wrote delivered on the application of FNP. Then next day, the delivery boy called me and I refused to take the order. So he delivered the same to a neighbour of mine and I called the FNP people many times as the items delivered to me were not the ones I ordered, but no action has been taken till date from FNP. So they are experts in making fool. They would just say. We have forwarded your request. Den u keep tracking but they disappear once u pay.

It was my parents' marriage anniversary and I order a cake and plant. I got a mail in the morning that the order will be delivered at 8:00-15:00. Then automatically the schedule was changed from 7:00-21:00. When I called the customer support they said they can't reach the delivery team. What sort of bull$#*! is this? You spoiled my parents' anniversary and lost a customer!

I'm highly disappointed by ferns n petals as they are not at all trust worthy and professional...
