Ferns N Petals (FNP)

I have been ordering cakes and flowers for my loved ones, to be delivered to them from FNP and they have been doing a good job. From variety of products to choose from, to quality of product to the time taken for delivery is amazing and extremely smooth.

It was really a great experience. I have ordered a gift for my sis it was exactly same as shown in pic and it delivered before time. Dlvry boy was very humble polite soft spoken. I would suggest whoever wants to gift something to their loved ones should go for it.

After 4 hours of following, they couldn't deliver the gift spoiling the surprise and occasion of birthday. It's already 10 pm and delivery hours was 6 am to 9 pm.

The excuse they have is, the partner isn't reachable. They don't have hold on their own delivery partner

I ordered a bouquet of roses n two sets of chocolates for someone's bday but the recipient received only one set of chocolates. When I contacted customer care they promised to rectify their mistake but failed to do so thus completely spoiling our surprise. N even after so many mails they hv refunded me half of the amount of undelivered product for a reason unexplained.so I m terribly disappointed with their service, customer care n the site itself. Alas, no option of zero star.

Ordered flower and cake for my friend to deliver in chennai from dubai. Didn't get any order confirmation wherein money was debited. Called customer service was informed to raise dispute as the transaction was not sucessful.

Placed order from somewhere else but they ended up delivering the order after informing to place new order.

Person who handled my request was not have any details of my order still they delivered. Ended up paying twice at 2 different places bcz of goof up from ferns and petals.

Thank you for the Quality of flowers and delivering exactly what was ordered on all the past 4-5 times that we have ordered flowers to be delivered to friends and family in India.

The best point is we order here and receive that thank you call from friends as soon as they receive the flowers. That call speaks all.

Recently I placed an order with Ferns N Petals for delivering flowers to my aunt in Chennai. During check out I was given an option to add chocolates to the package and I took the option and paid for it. However, the chocolates were never delivered. When I placed a complaint, they said that they will look into it and later I found that they just closed the query without resolving it. Very disappointed with the service. The company seems very unreliable.

Very bad customer service! They delivered the old flowers as a birthday gift and do not bother to fix it. Hard to communicate when they disconnect the phone while talking. They Do not call back, even though they call u back 100s time before the payments are made, but not after. They are just money chaser, can't trust!

I ordered a pineapple cake worth 900 rs believeing their reputation and brand but on the opposite side when I got the cake it was far away as the dispaly image on app and the taste was pathetic firstly I waited for whole day for receiving the cake and then spent rest of the day in requesting to return the cake and get refund but they did nothing. Their service was horrible I will never ever forget. It seems they have given franchise to the local shops which are selling anything on their name. This is disguesting they are doing fraud with innocent people. Shame on you fnp.

I ordered two cakes for my husbands birthday. One a day before and one a day after! The first cake was horrible with unfresh fruits and looked different from the picture they provide. I called to give my feedback and asked them to get me a fresh cake for the next day party! The next day was even more horrible! They used unfresh and frozen fruits and the cake was completely different from the picture as well! The chocolates they use is not chocolates at all! I don't know how come this site has 5 ratings for this company! My guests also said that I made a mistake and I shouldn't have ordered this from this site! Really bad experience! I wanted to give a zero to their service!

This was my first order on FNP. I wanted to surprise my Girlfriend. I stay in Noida, Delhi NCR and my Girlfriend stays at Bangalore. Oh man what a wonderful experience this proved to be. Hat's off to FNP for making my day as well as my GF's day. Very pleased to be serviced by FNP. I recommend their services for any kind of gifting to everyone out there. FNP rocks...

I am highly delighted by the quality product I got from ferns and petals. Good job done. It was for the first time that I had ordered cake and bouquet online. And I am now so much overwhelmed by their response that now I am planning to use the ferns and petals everytime I will have to send cake and bouquet.

Customer service is worst. They'll change the time slot according to their wish(Why should they ask if they'll have to change it) Worst part is you cannot cancel the order if it's not delivered on time. It's a scam. Stay away

I have ordered dozens of times with FNP Dubai. I am not an ordinary client. Yet, my order was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by FNP.

The driver tried to contact the delivery contact. The driver was contacted back briefly after but never picked up the phone. I made several attempts via whatsapp. When they replied, they first tried to avoid delivering on the same day, then they tried to lie about the clarity of the address. When I told them I would request a refund if not delivered, it was promised that it would be done tonight (13/09/21, until 10pm). It is already 00:35 am 14/09/21 and no delivery was made.

I called multiple times. The customer service hang up a few times. I gave up calling as it was costing me money to keep trying.

I have never seen such a case of gross misconduct with a long standing client such as me. The thousands of Dirhams I spent with FNP to then be treated like this.

NEVER AGAIN.

The packing of the cakes from Fernspetal has very bad. The cake are delay one day and deliver next day of the birthday. We have been buying Fernspetal their Triple Chocolate Enrobed Brownie Cake. The filling was strange, the quality of the cakes is far better than the appearance. I was highly disappointed, especially since I had paid. Not worth for money

Ordered lillies and cake. They deliver wilted lillies brown in colour. And don't deliver the cake at all. They have a stupid call centre number which they don't answer after the stupid music. Please people never ever order from here. Horrible experience

I ordered cake and flowers for my wife with Ferns N Petals. I found they are reliable and they deliver at midnight as well and of-course they delivered at 23:00 at night.
The cake quality was very good and flowers are also fully blossomed and fresh.
Go for it.

This is a fraud company. The products did not delivered on the occasion and the site marked them as delivered. Now everyday chasing the customers executives they keep apologizing and raise a new ticket every time I call. So stressfully and waste of time and money.

I got very good result from ferns & petals and I think it's really appreciable. I ordered 2 times from here and it's just amazing. I personally suggest everyone, do send love to your close ones cross the world from ferns & petals.

I ordered a bamboo tree for my friend birthday to surprise him.And I mentioned to delivery by August 14 on his birthday. But they has delivery by August 13 (today) by courier service. Very worst service they did. Very disappointed. Please don't order by this.

I placed two order, delivery date was 12th march 2017 before 12PM but they didn't deliver when i called they told me before 3 pm but they were extending again and again. I placed this order from Dubai and i called them 5 times to know about delivery status. I got a call at 4.30 pm they were asking me is it ok if we deliver red rapped flowers instead of yellow because I placed an order for yellow when I agreed they confirmed delivery within 45 Min. Finally i have arranged cake and flowers from another places to celebrate wedding Anniversary. They have plenty stock of apologize and sorry they will tell this two words so many timesaccording to my personal experience dont place an order.
