I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.

Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I'll never forgive these people. Please do not ruin your peace and happiness. Order No: *******201

Quick turnaround with great service.The website is very user friendly and the respose time on any questions or queries is very fast. I have not had good experiences with other websites in the past, so ordering with Ferns and Petals came as a lovely surprise and was a hassel free experience.

I don't recommend this web at all. I paid for the gifts I wanted however the complete order wasn't delivered. Which is not professional... customer service agents doesnt even care even if u give such feedback

Worth the money. Delivery on time. No issues whatsoever. The quality of the product is good and it matches the design as shown on the website. Faced some issues with the payment but customer care handled it well.

The web site showed that the product is available but after placing the order a day before the representative called to say it is not available. The order was supposed to be delivered between 8:0 am and 12:00 noon but it was delivered in the night at 09:00 pm.

They advertise something and then they deliver something else. If you inquire then they will not admit their mistake. There is a legal case now pending against them in Indian Court. If you have been duped by them, contact me.

FNP cheats you on order deliveries? I was given a delivery slot between 12:00 PM and 3 PM and despite paying extra money for on time delivery the order is delayed. I am now being told that it will be delivered between 3 PM and 6 PM. The delivery address is an office address and it closes by 6 PM. I needed it delivered before 5 PM anyhow. This has become a regular FRAUD with FNP and despite taking extra money for standard delivery they delay the order. The Call Center support has the same standard reply."We are Sorry for the inconvenience". They charge the customer extra for ontime delivery and then delay the order by simply sending a sorry. They are cheating the customer this way. My order number is *******

I ordered flowers for a funeral. I was told there was an attempted delivery and an attempt to call with no one home and no answer. There was someone home all day and no one ever called the cell phone. Then I was told I was responsible for the cost of the flowers anyway. I have reported this company to PayPal and to American Express. Do Not Use Under Any Circumstances. Order Number *******.

Whenever delivery executive comes for delivery, he opens the cake in road takes photo of each and every item which sometimes gets embarassing as no one wants to show to every neighbour what he is receiving. They should atleast ask if they can open the parcel to take photo..

I had ordered 4 gifts to be delivered on a specified date, but 2 gifts arrived early, and the main gift that is flower bouquet and cake delivered in the evening. It is of WASTE... wat is the use delivering flower bouquets at the end of the day...

In some cases, the delivery of the gift may not occur on the requested date. In such instances, you would expect that the gift would be delivered on the requested date and at the requested time. Based on my experience, however, it does not seem to be happening.
The flowers I ordered for my friend's birthday were delivered after a day after her birthday, and they were damaged upon delivery.

Tip for consumers:
Order gifts for your loved ones, but do not expect them to arrive on time. It would be best to select a date prior to the event.

Twice the gifts were not delivered on the promised dates. I selected the birthday dates for delivery and both times they disappointed me delivering it 2 days later. Why do they promise one day delivery or delivery promised day, when they cant deliver it I really don't understand. Its really a fake site. If not once atleast the 2nd time I expected to be prompt but both times they are disappointing and customer service horrible saying sorry that birthday is over but we will do at the earliest may be in a day or two which we cant say right now. Is that a response the customer executive gives?

I had ordered a combo of cake, card and flowers with paying exta for express delivery between 8 am to 12 pm in the morning. First of all didn't receive the cake till 12pm and then tried to complain to customer care, which I had to wait for nearly 10 mins to talk to customer care executive. After that she is telling that cake will be delivered by 3 pm. so the money which I have paid for express delivery is totally wasted. Finally after a long wait my cake is delivered by 2 pm in a completely distorted manner. Whole cake was melted.( I have attached pic). Our day is totally spoilt.If anyone is planning to order from ferns and petals, my advise is don't waste your hard earned money and spoil your day. Ferns and petals are cheating their customers with their brand.

The order has been placed 3 days prior to the delivery date, and on the date of delivery, in the evening when I have checked about the delivery of the product, they say "The Product is not available"...
Are you Serious?
The Self Proclaimed Giants of service industry, Is this how your customer Service work?

If he product was not available, it should have been informed prior to the delivery date, and even on the day of delivery, I am the one, who is checking on the delivery status... Their delivery team didn't even bother to inform about it.

Bad service late delivery my kids weee devastated they wanted to surprise their mom before they go to school - I specifically asked and paid to be delivered before 7 - and I phoned them told them make sure it is between 6 and 7 - paid extra - yet it came 7:02 after bus took the kids. Very bad experience

They have pathetic service and they are cheating us. Whatever is visible on their website is not the product they deliver. I ordered one flowering plant(Orange Gerbera Plant) from their flowering plant section, in the pictures, plant was containing flower and leaves, but the product we received was only four leaves in the vase without any flower and not even a single bud. They charged me 700 for those leaves! After my complaint through mail they don't have any courtsey to call or give back my amount. Completely bull$#*! services and cheaters they are. When I called them to report the issue, they are so rude and unprofessional. I did call and mail them multiple times but they were repeating the same thing again and again like a PARROT. Highly irresponsible, careless and not trust worthy at all. I felt harassed & disappointed and my money was not refunded(*******). Strictly stay away from this dishonest and Disgusting service and behavior.

Hassle-free order and on-time delivery.

This is the first time when I have ordered anything from F & P and this first delivery of cake has happened at Hazaribagh Jharkhand where it is difficult to find good shops. Cake delivered by F & P is nice. F & P, you guys made my day.

Worst company ever. They were suppose to deliver at 9 am and instead delivered at 9pm. All rotten flowers and leaves bouquet. This is the second time that happened to me. Wud never advice anybody to order from fnp. They are not at all worth. So disrespectful!

My first time experience with FNP - ordered couple of cakes but was skeptical about it. Beating it, they delivered on time and the quality of the cake also excellent. Comparing online cake delivery FNP rates also moderate. Commendable job by FNP.
