I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. To begin with they have something known as express hand delivery... which only takes 12 hours... sorry my bad. International delivery... then they have a customer support live which grows like flowers you need to wait forever... and thirdly... they are a lost CAUSE... where is my delivery *******? Can someone respond to me? Paid only 5K change which ofcourse includes the express service...

First order and call it the worst order. The customer support is arrogant and rude especially Ramandeep Kaur. She disconnected the chat without even solving my problem. I ordered something my bhabhi's birthday. Kinda surprise then I came to know that she wont be home at the preferred time slot. Asked them to get it delivered early or change the time slot. I was even ready to pay extra. However, the person on the other hand, Miss Ramandeep Kaur was a jerk. She was not ready to disclose any information. Moreover, she was not ready to help at all. Hating Fnp from the core of my heart. Would make sure that no one in my close vicinity order from these jerks.

I ordered a gift with order number *******. It was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb. The product has not been delivered yet and the status on site is showing "Out for Delivery" from 12th Feb itself.
Moreover their site keeps on changing the chat hours. So in a nutshell, they wont allow you to chat with their executives. On raising a query I demanded for the tracking number for the product. They gave me a blue dart tracking id *******9522, which was invalid. I am quite certain that I have wasted my money.

I booked their service to deliver two items to Malaysia. One of the products they didn't deliver and asked me to pay extra for the redelivery. I did it. Later I understood that the delivery agent didn't even call the recipient. Even after I paid redelivery charge, it didn't get delivered. It was a total scam and they took my money. The product got delivered after a week, when i asked for refund, they said that's not possible. Totally, unsatisfied with their service especially overseas.

I ordered from FNP a day before Valentines Day just to make sure my order get delivered on time. They charged me premium price and delivery charges for that. What you get in the end:
- Order will reach on Next day of the actual occasion when that doesnt make sense as I paid Extra money and its their job to deliver on time
- There was no way to contact them but to email them and wait for their reply as they stopped picking any call (I guess must not be having guts to face there fault)
- There are not even interested to refund or compensate my extra money which I just paid them to deliver on time
I just want everyone to be aware of their scam and save yourself from the ruined event. These people are really not the one to be trusted.

Quality of the flowers were very poor - flowers were wilted and drooping when delivered and customer service did not bother to address the problem. I sent them a pic of the flowers delivered and they did not bother to address it. Very disappointed with the service - the florists they use as well as the fact that customer service did not care. Pls think before you spend your money through this store.

I ordered two items - a personalized photo mug and a numeric flower arrangement from their luxury collection. The photo mug was great and they sent both of the items on time but the luxury numeric flower arrangement was nothing like its photo. There was no numeric arrangement. This was for a 60th birthday and the bouquet looked no different than any other birthday bouquet. I emailed the support team about this and the response I get is that your order was delivered. They do not even read your message and looks like they send an automatic response to everyone. There is a product review on their page but your reviews never get published.
They are delivering items which is very basic in many countries but looks like an accomplishment for businesses in our country, for which I compliment fnp. However, service is still bad when you do not get a good response to your inquiry after sending the wrong item.
I had ordered a photo cake and it was flawless! Black Forest, 1 kg. Order was placed the night before for next day. Delivery was on time and I received updates about the order every step of the way. The picture on the cake was so real.! It tasted good too. It was the birthday of my sister's fiancé. Thank you making the special day memorable. Will definitely use your services again.

When you can't take the order properly why the hell u people talk in call! Such a horrible experience I made a order for my special ones just a touch pen stand and they told they delivery it next day or a day after to it but now they are telling they will deliver after five days such a useless website can't even check what is happening for our order and the supervisor spoke to me mr Nitish and customer care girl Parveen both spoke like as if the order is dispatched and later I get a call saying that sorry the order is under progress such a useless people. I ordered a pictured cake for my sister from Dubai to be delivered in India, unfortunately, morning IST the customer service calls and tell us that picture cake is not available they will send a special cake. I placed an order for rectangular shape cake and in spite of that, they delivered round shape cake, nothing special.
