I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.

Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I'll never forgive these people. Please do not ruin your peace and happiness. Order No: *******201

You guys are just a piece of $#*! cheater, you cheat like this, see the image, i paid 1600 on 18th July and got the order like a $#*! piece of cake, what you show and what i get is completely fake, you are a fake business owner and have no rights to ruin the day of someone, i will make sure that everyone should know about your cheating all over the internet.

Tip for consumers:
dont buy anything from them, they will ruin your day and not even reply to you

It is really Sad and pathetic. What is shown in the website is not the final product that is being delivered. It is a real farce. Have stopped using this site. Hoping others stick to what is being shown in the images... *&%^^$%$*&((

I ordered an eggless pineapple cake, was delivered a chocolate cake(not even sure if it was eggless). Along with the same order I had ordered a lamp which they couldn't deliver. Apparently they couldn't fine the address whereas the person delivering the cake had no problem finding it. Their customer service sucks. Tried putting in complaints through email and chat, the only response I got was "sorry for your inconvenience"

I ordered midnight cake delivery for my brother'bday but no delivery done yesterday. Wen I called the retailer at midnight he was not sure about any order. Worst service. They should close the site. How can the take the order and forget to deliver. Either these guys should remove midnight delivery option or close the site.

Ordered a cake for my friend on her birthday. They were supposed to deliver the cake on her birthday but they they attempted the delivery next day and that to be on a wrong address. After after all this they asked me 150 Rs for re delivery and that was pathetic.

Amazing cake delivery service.

I am so impressed and happy by the customer service. I wouod gladly recommend my friends and family to approach fnp only for cake delivery.

Today placed an order for cake and flowers and made the payment via UPI. Payment was successfully deducted from my account. But when checked order status in my account, order was being shown as expired. Called them and also raised the ticket, but they said they have not received the payment. I forwarded them the screenshot of the bank transaction. But they conveniently ignored that and said as they have not received the payment, they cant fulfill the order. Not only that, they called my the person who was suppose to receive the gift, to make the payment.

The delivery executive did not deliver my order, and when I called to tell him it's not here, he yelled at me, and told me to "go call customer service, and leave him the hell alone". What kind of behaviour is this? He's delivered it to some security named Prince, after he called to ask for directions and I told him the house address and stayed on line, guiding him through the roads of Bangalore. This is absolutely disgusting. His phone number is as follows: +91 ******* *******.

It's absolute BS, and so unprofessional of ferns and petals, and this is the second order of mine they've messed up. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

There is not a genuine, honest review of firns and flowers delivery service. Painted flowers, delivery time 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, that is 15 hours! Am I bloody going to hang around waiting for your f... flowers?

They arranged for an eggless cake and delivered it to my house on time, within short notice.

Cake ordered and cake delivered look totally different and when raised issue with company they were cool about it and did nothing to fix the issue. They are not bothered about customer as one customer doesnt hurt their bottom line much.

I paced an order to deliver the cake on 17 july and they took the order and send all the acknowledgements but on the date delivery they send me mail that they cannot deliver the cake as it is not serviceable area

I have ordered a personalized video on 9 December 2020 and on the website, it is mentioned it will be delivered on the same day. But it is not delivered now. I have customer service and they said it will be delivered soon but not delivered yet... pathetic service... very disappointed

Although the flowers were good, the delivery screwed everything. Flowers were bought in bike without any cover.

This destroyed most of the Lillie's. Delivery quality should be upgraded. Atleast delivery person should have covered the flowers while driving in bike.

I ordered an expensive orchids for my wife and they change the colors of the Orchids and unfortunately, they pick the same color of orchids which my wife hates the most. Also, the teddy (red & white) which I have selected for my wife. Instead of that, they delivered blue color teddy which looks scary & terrible. I felt so regret that I chose this website for sending the gifts to my wife. I would never recommend this website to anyone.

Truffle cake was liked by all. It`s flavor was appreciated by all. 1 thing I did not like was the way it was presented. The message was not written on a gift card as was shown while ordering the cake. It was written on a piece of paper and that also shabbily cut. So, please improve your presentation as it effects the company image.

Birthdays are so special and if it is your moms you don't want to leave any stone unturned. But covid days have made us have all our celebrations within fours walls of our house. At times like this an online guitarist performance came to my rescue. Our guitarist yaman was very polite and professional. He called me in advance to decide the songs to be played and time of our call. He and and played beautiful numbers and made our day really special. My mother was touched by this experience. I ordered a chocolate truffle heart shaped cake for my husband on his birthday and the delivered a round white cake. I called the customer service and I was told to email them. I emailed and nobody responded to my email! Bad service and I won't recommend!
