Ferns N Petals (FNP)

Thank you so much for the worst ever service provider "Ferns N Petals". I have ordered something on "Ferns N Petals" and they didn't even delivered on time and its for an occasional gift. After 9 days of ordering I didn't even get any revert from Ferns N Petals. Finally the irresponsible team said the product is not available after 9 days. I called again and asked me to connect me to any superior the team didn't even did that. So, guys please don't buy anything from "Ferns N Petals". Its waste of money for on time deliver. I strongly recommend to go ahead with some other platform which is much better than this "Ferns N Petals". I'm attaching pictures for the proof.

I have placed an order on 1/Sep/20 for personalized cushion and paid an amount of 358/-In fact this was my first order in FNP Site.The delivery time it showed was on 3/Sep/20 and still i have not received the product on the given destination.

I followed up with customer care service couple of times and i don't feel they are even polite and giving any answers to the questions that i am raising concerns. I am quite unhappy as they have never returned a call or shared any further details why the delay is. This was for a birthday occasion and still waiting for the product to get delivered. This is my personal experience where i can attach the status of the product as well.

They charged me around $80 for a chocolate box and a customised birthday card. The birthday card was delivered empty without my message and they refused to resolve the problem. They said I didn't write a message!

This is one of the worst experiences I've had. Their customer service team is even worse.

Avoid and try a different and reliable business if you don't want to be disappointed

I have been using fnp since more than a year by now and i'm really happy with their services. I really need not think if i forget to buy some gifts online before hand, coz FNP does the same day order and gifting thing and the gifts are soo cute and adorable and impressive! Good efforts and all the best to the entire FNP team! Lots of love!

Thanks you so much for helping in giving surprises to your family when you are away. After receiving the surprised gift and cake on birthday my father was happy... the cake was delicious plus the personalised pen engraved with his name was awesome...

The Cake taste was good. Staff went out of the way to assist me with the error i did it online... They did placed a new order via chat and got my delivery done on the same date... Very happy with the service

Very bad and unprofessional service. I am very disappointed and this was the 3rd time of disappointment and they failed miserably. NOT ANYMORE. The location in Canada and time was very clear and concise. All they were supposed to do was to deliver cake and flower on time in Jan 13, they could not even do that. My order was delivered partial and late. And when I sent them email to cancel my order for which is not delivered, they dared to write me back on Jan 14 saying order is international and will be delivered on international time lol. If you guys don't even understand international time zones then why take orders. Declare yourself un-educated and pathetic.

Local cake shop and florals will be more trustable than FNP. Everyone, refrain from using FNP for your own disappointment sake. You will only be disappointed and they don't even accept there mistake.

Was so happy found F&P online as they can deliver in Qatar to surprise my sister, unfortunately when my sister receive the flower and cake i got so disappointed they deliver totally different from what i ordered and looks so cheap. No one even contact me and let me know till i msg them. Not recommended at all.

Excellent service. I've surprised my friends, students on their birthday by sending them cakes and gifts through Ferns N Petals. It reaches before time, excellent service and never gave chance to complaint. I love it

When it is a specific date, on time delivery is of utmost importance apart from the quality of product and it's presentation. I am glad to share in my case all the above parameters were met. The flowers were fresh. The cake was NOT soggy. Delivered during the time i wanted it to be delivered. Thank you for your efforts. Best of luck!

I had to send a birthday gift and was really confused. Came across Ferns and Petals, checked out all the products and chose. I was a lil worried if it will be delivered on time Or not, but the delivery was on exact date as chosen by me. Thanks a lot to the team and honestly loved your services. I gonna definitely avail your services in future and will recommend further too.

Don't trust this guys on special days with same day delivery. Will take money and they will cancel without any reason. Our purpose won't be met.

They will let you know very late that so that you won't be in a position to look another option.

I have been always delighted with the service delivered by FnP. The service is always reliable, ensures delivery on time, provides excellent value for money, it's easy to order stuff, pay and follow up/ track as a very detailed ack is delivered instantaneously.
I have been delighted by FnP over many years now, and have never ever had a reason to complain, follow up on any delays or failures, any aberration in the item delivered from that which I ordered. Brings love and joy to the doorstep of loved ones wherever they may be even very far away!
It's a bit surprising though that while a large inventory of choices from which to order can be made for delivery at far sway places within the country, the item buying options for delivery in Switzerland are at a considerable variance from that in India. Perhaps country regulations are restrictive. It'll be good if these inventory/ items are increased / negotiated by FnP, to the extent possible for Switzerland.

The product delivered was not as per advertised. Even after reporting this issue the support team had coolly mentioned that they cannot guarantee that same product shall be delivered. This shows the way they handle customer complaints. I will never ever recommend this site to anybody in near future.

Here is a comparison of the cake I ordered vs what I got from FNP. For the price I paid, the cake looked very sloppy. The fondant work on it was not uniform at all, the 'day' in birthday was just squeezed in to fit somehow. This was supposed to be meant for a special birthday celebration, and it came across as a complete disappointment. When contacted, all customer service would offer me is 20% discount on a future order. Why would I order again from a place that has disappointed me in the first place?

Delivery on time. Products as ordered as delivered … and quality is ensured …And done in most parts of India even in tier 2 -3 cities and places which is remarkable for a vast country like india where logistics is a great challenge. FBP has great supply chain management and has capability to handle orders and posies for greater offering in other segments …good luck

I send gift for my sis. But when they received it's in very bad condition. Last time everything was good that's why i wanna to send again by your site. But i feel very disappointed. I spend money and what i will get. Even my sis felt very bad in front of her in laws. Please do some action on this. They send pics to me. I attached. This was the issue with my gift. I complaint for it four times but i will get answer do it with registered E-mail & also we didn't find your order how it possible? Now without any action they closed the issue. We people spend money for happiness of ours special occasions. I attached all the pics.

Loved the whole experience from ordering to delivery. Cake and chocolates were fresh delicious. Flowers were fresh with beautiful fragrance. Quality of card and mug was good and size was great too. Overall it was a smooth process and got delivered within the preferred time slot. Will definitely order over and over again! Keep up the good work guys!

First of all I would like to thank to FnP team for the value they give to their customer. Even for a small order they use to strive for customer. Just like FB they use to remind us well before regarding any occasion if we have ordered anything from them in past.
Delivery was done on time as promised, quality of product was awesome.

Ferns N petals were good initially but now they have totally lost it. Fooling the public. I think they have outsourced to rubbish vendors who are fooling people. I ordered balloons yesterday. The final product that was delivered was very sad compared to the picture shown on website. I have been raising tickets to their useless customer service which first apologises for the Poor quality and informs that they will replace them get a call in the evening that it will be resolved by 9pm yesterday. After repeated complaints now I get a response that complaint is closed as vendor has delivered the correct same as the website. Big fraud. See the difference what was delivered. No ribbons and bows and very sad look in actual

I have been using their services for a couple of years and delivering stuff at the same address. For my mom's birthday, they did not deliver and charged. When asked to refund they said, they have a shipping disclaimer which says if address is incorrect they will still charge which doesn't make sense, since they have delivered to this address before. Would not recommend this site to anyone

Delivery is not on time even purchasing extra charge for delivery. Rude and not giving proper coordination. Order status cannot track on website. U will get too much tension.delivery guy send atatus notification that he already deliver but not received the item yet.
