I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I am totally in love with the plants that I bought and the one that came as a gift. The quality is good and the image shown exactly matches the product. Super fast timely delivery. Lot of varieties to choose from. Overall, I am very satisfied and will definitely order again in future for myself and for gifting my loved ones.
No support at all. I mistakenly ordered same item twice in my cart, repeatedly contacted them just after 5 mins of order but response always ended with " We cannot modify an order". I was charged with unnecessary cost which could have been resolved by any customer service representative with good support,

I ordered the ficus compacts plant in king queen pot for my brothers anniversary today our 23rd November.but they delivered some plant with a fibreglass planter. It is such a let down.please don't put up gifts on your site that you can't deliver.really disappointed by todays experience

Ordered gift and it was to be delivered on 13-Jun, still not received and when tracked its still in transit. Very disappointed, and customer service is providing a copy paste reply. At the least they could provide some explanation of current status instead of copy paste.
This online site is for special occasions, so delivery date matters most. But it looks like they are interested only till we make our orders with out concerning about delivery date.
And surprisingly when checked reviews, negative review are more than positive review. I should have gone through reviews before i made this order.

Does not matter how correctly you give address details, their system will take half of it and then its a chaos with delivery service. Very Poor service by FNP and their delivery partners. You contact them, they just keep sending stupid apologies mails but no action.

The first picture is the actual delivered floral arrangement and second pic is the ordered item picture.The floral arrangement was stale with wilted flowers. Had only 2 color roses in place of 3. Total number of flowers were less. The white accent floral arrangement in the picture was completely missing. Very bad and unprofessional florals arrangement. I am very disappointed. They told me the wer go to send a replacement the next day and I am still waiting. You are better off calling a local cake shopes or florist to deliver your present. It will be 100 time more reliable and honest..

I ordered a rakhi and a box of chocolates for delivery to Ireland. It cost GBP 50. I cancelled on the same day as the rakhi was to be delivered 6 days later. Ferns and Petals kept refusing to cancel the order. Apparently there systems dont work. So basically there systems work perfectly when they send you multiple payment links and reminders if you leave something in your basket, but if you actually need something from them - ie customer service that is completely a reasonable request - they fail. What a useless website. No wonder Amazon keeps taking away their customers

I usually don't write reviews, but because many people use ferns and petals for special occasions, thought to share this.
Having very bad experience with Ferns N Petals from last few orders. I ordered something and scheduled it for a birthday, they delivered the order 4 days before and when I raised a concerned, I get this automated reply-
"We would like to inform you that this is festive time and sometime courier gift may delayed so not to spoil your occasion we deliver it earlier."
Irony is a business which runs on the idea to deliver gifts on scheduled date, changes the slot selected by customer without any communication.

Pathetic Quality of Plants they do deliver.
Packaging: Fully congested packed
Soil: They also don't know the quality they are using and unable to communicate me also.
Plants: No matter what plat you order, will die within 1 week. Challenge.

I ordered at fragrant rose plant, which died in literally four days despite being well taken care off - so adequate light and water, etc. I tried to speak with customer care multiple times, during which I was told about some nonsense policy of how I needed to have filed the complaint within 48 hours. Then they would just start cutting my calls when I would ask to speak with a manager. Extremely disappointing experience and even worse customer care experience. I wish it were possible to give ZERO stars. Please never order their plants, it's just a money making scam.

I ordered midnight delivery of flowers and cake. They just gave a missed call and mentioned as recipient not available. I got a mail stating the same and to respond in 2 hours for trying to deliver again, their Live chat and Customer support number doesn't work so tired submitting a ticket online and the page doesn't do anything after clicking submit button. Next day when i called they are saying delivery for delivery boy is 20 kms so he didn't come. Gift is not delivered and money is not returned. Disgusting service and delivery, I don't know why their advertisement says fast delivery when it is just opposite of that. Ordered a cake on 4th Sep to be delivered on 5th Sep. The cake got delivered on 6th.
This is the kind of service that they offer. Highly disappointing! Will never ever order from here.
Out for delivery since 5 hours, still hasn't reached, when the distance from shop to home was just 15-20 mins.
Staff and customer executive has been lying all along. Several other good options available in market. Please choose those instead of fnp.

It has been a very horrible experience with ferns n petals. After having had email exchange for solving the issue for almost 2 weeks now, their company has refused to either deliver or pay my money back. The amount is not less- Rs. 2265. 60. Its been very traumatic as the flowers were to be sent for a very special occasion and nothing was achieved. I m stunned that their customer service is so bad that they keep copying pasting the same answers for 10 emails in a row! I have made yet another attempt today. Hoping some person at their customer service will actually make an effort to read the details I have written in my email and process either a delivery or refund of the money.

Don't order from FNP, they are a cheat. They modify your order with something cheap $#*! without even notifying you and then say you haven't notified before 24 hours.
