I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. If you want to completely destroy your occasion than you should bank on them. Every person of their team is lying about your delivery. They don't realize the emotions of their customers, they are unable to timely deliver within 3 kms. Worst services. Highly not recommendable
I have placed order for pineapple pastry for my parents anniversary. The cake delivered was cheap butter cream cake from a local bakery which costs rs: 100. They charged me 5 times more the price and delivered a worst cake. Never ever going back to them.

Worst experience is delivering rakhi on time. Tracking status dates remain the same but the product is not delivered.
Tickets are getting automatically closed without even addressing the issue. Delivery is still pending for more than 48 hours now but again status remains as 21st July'20.

I have ordered quite a few times from FNP. It's very good if you try to send cake or rakhi or any other gift to your beloved ones. I was quite satisfied with the quality, but I am a little bit dissatisfied with my last order. I ordered a plant, but the plant was looking unhealthy and some of the leaves turned yellow. I am not sure if it will survive or not.

My fiance loved the cake, flowers & chocolates. It was on-time delivery, just before 12 am though I ordered little late as per German time. Customer care also helped me placing my order as I was facing issue in Payment through Paytm. They placed my order and sent the direct payment link. My daughter sent me a bouquet for my birthday. For the size vs price, it was a complete rip off. Even that might not have been so bad, had the flowers been fresh. The white carnations already had brown petals and by the next day they had all wilted. F&P promised a replacement, but to date NOTHING! Never again!

They are supposed to deliver a happy experience, instead they are the most stressful to be doping business with! When you want to send a gift to someone it obviously is for a reason and it is time bound, They confirm an order without having the product in stock and then they keep you on hold for hours to process a refund, even though you've clearly stated its an international call and costs a bomb. No courtesy to offer a call back as well. Never ever taking my business to them again. Horrible service and worst experience. Still haven't received my refund. Please don't get fooled by them!

The best way to over pay and receive zero services is to order from Ferns n Petals.
All the claims of speedy delivery with quality products and after sales services is a scam. What you receive for paying for thier overly priced items is a big stab in the back.
Not only did I not receive my order, when contacting their support team on every possible option, they fail to understand your concern. Let alone delivering what you ordered, it is impossible to get them to send you an acknowledgement of your complaint.
Contacting the support team on email is even worse since they don't bother to check the order ID clearly mentioned in email and respond with irrelevant information about some other order.
Save yourself the trouble and trauma, opt for some other business. Ferns n Petals is nothing but a nightmare.

The Flowers and cake delivered were substandard and just off the shelves from the super market. May be only worth $12 in total and they charged me $110. Completely fake pictures represented in the website.

After calling there customer care they said that its in there policy if product is not available they will send substitute flower. This is so ridiculous response. I had placed 2 orders for my Wife's Birthday - who is a naval officer and this was meant as a surprise to her.
I paid up for the Fix Time Delivery - with 1000 To 1100 hrs as the slot.
Called up the customer center for querying at 1045 as the orders were not delivered. The person who answered calmly replied please call back at 1030. I had to make him understand that the current time is 1045!
He casually replied that the order will be delivered in next 15 min... now no answer to my emails or calls... and the orders are still not delivered.
FnP Products & services are far below the standards. They have delivered 'Mothers Day Cake" in place of cake which was sent for tenure completion for a very senior person. Cake was in a very bad state, almost melted. Would never recommend it to anyone.

FNP has disappointed me badly with their level of customer service. Delivered a wrong cake. Contacted them immediately attached the photo of the cake which was delivered. I received a standard response on the following day asking to send a photo, which I did immediately.
The recipient, my friend too contacted them via telephone and they requested him to complete contact support form' on their website. So far no action taken. No response, nothing at all, and I am very disappointed with the level of service that I received.
Making mistake is human but not taking responsibility for their action is unacceptable.
