I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.

Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I'll never forgive these people. Please do not ruin your peace and happiness. Order No: *******201

Every single order of mine has been botched up by FNP... the current order ******* had only these issues--- order to be delivered by 9pm doesnt come... a call comes at 9pm saying order is delayed 'sorry'... next day order comes with the most rotten flowers which the delivery boy says are fresh... multiple complaints are raised on their website... only 1 copy paste scripted response comes... on call-the agent can only say 'sorry im not authorised'... on chat... no one responds for 15 min!

Not happy this time Fnp. The flowers were not fresh. Cake which i order was caramel but got butterscotch. So its my request to look up for quality becoz these all r related with sentiment,, some one sends flowers becoz they mk happy with its freshness.if we get dried one it wont bring smile on face.

I have ordered from ferns n petal before, the service was satisfactory. But this time around,
1. Flowers and cake not delivered on date and time, message stating recipient wasnt at home when they were very much at home.
2. Quality of flowers and cake is below standards for a 1100 INR order.
3. The order was followed up through the sender's contacts in India which is registered on the website (as it was placed from abroad, with no option to provide an international number), the complaint of not receiving the gifts was handled in a very rudimentary fashion.

So unless you order and receive it for yourself to test the authenticity, Id say stay away

I had ordered flowers, cake, chocolates and a cushion for my daughter's birthday to be delivered at a specific time slot. Much after the time, I got a message that it was delivered. When I checked, it was not! The items cane three hours later, without the cushion for which I had paid! I raised three complaints on their site with no response. The cake dis not have the message. Nor was there any intimation about who had sent the gifts. When I checked today, the order tracker says cushion delivered. It is a lie. There has been no response to my complaints. This company is a fraud - they collect the money for gifts which are never delivered and time commitment that is not kept up. Please DO NOT use their services. Thoroughly disgusting and disappointing.

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen always wanting to close the ticket without proper response. I am disheartened with their service and will suggest everyone to look for other option than using their service. Here is the concern I raised with the ticket for for order id (*******).
1. White & Red Roses Box Arrangement was not made with fresh
Flowers.
2. Why was the best wishes card delivered instead of a wedding card which was the occasion. I received a notification that someone was trying to get in touch with me for this but I never received a call. Also how hard was it to arrange a wedding card as the order was placed 24 hours earlier.
3. I had paid for fixed time delivery so why was it delivered after the requested delivery time?

Just saying sorry is not enough for the damages and service provided.

FnP.com is a simple website, that focuses on its core product, i. E. Gifting Solutions.

I personally feel the website is easy to use with lot of options.

They have multiple payment options too, which is very helpful.

Delivery was quick and as promised.

What i dint like is the exorbitant charges they ask for urgent / customised deliveries, bcos you have your network in all the major cities with good locations. Then high charges are not justified.

I hope you will look into that.

Otherwise, i m happy with the service.

My first time ordering from them so I was nervous reading all reviews online of what could go wrong in general with long distance floral ordering in India from USA. However this company did an amazing job of alleviating all my fears. They called me back from India right away to confirm my order and payment accuracy, and delivered beautiful live white lillies, as shown in the picture on their website right away to the recipient. Much appreciated quality and service on both my side and the receiving end. Thank you, will definitely be using you again in the future!

I ordered from here once and had so much trouble contacting them but eventually got the product. A week ago my husband sent me something from this site and they didnt deliver it to my correct apartment #. They just said oh go check the mail room or neighbours or security cameras. Am i suppose to knock on neighbours doors and ask. You should make the customer sign when product is delivered. Anyways i went to the post office and found my package. Will not be using this site again.

Had wanted to send flowers to my 80+ aged parents on their anniversary- due to lockdown was unable to physically meet. Had organized to reach the product 2 days before to be on the safer side Ferns n petals missed the delivery, did not even inform status and later on calling said it will take another 3 days beyond their Anniversary date. A biz like this with no regard to timeline plus no proactive communication should close down instead of building their fortunes.

I ordered a gift to be delivered in Chennai from US, as a gratitude to a gentleman who helped my parents at the time of most need (pandemic). I got to know the gift was damaged on delivery and I reached out to FNP. I was asked to provide proof of damage. First of all its embarrassing to give a damaged gift (especially one is not family and friends) and even more embarrassing to ask proof from someone you gift that it was damaged. Terrible experience. Please do not trust FNP to deliver gifts to anyone.

Pathetic service. I ordered one photo cushion 2 days before the delivery date and they kept it on hold until the delivery date was over and the worse part they didn't even informed. I had to literally chase after them to track my order. Upon asking for refund they are not even replying.

I ordered a cake but got a different design cake during delivery and with spelling mistakes, badly written message.
Delivery guy didn't find the address though it's very easy to find out ufff. Then asked to collect from some place where he was waiting. Worst experience

I had ordered a Personalised Photograph Cushion... they delivered the next day as they promised with no proper packaging... The product had vertical lines all over it. I raised a complaint but they replied with a scripted notes stating we would look into this at the earliest...

This is one of the worst gift delivery service company I have ever seen.
Gift was supposed to b delivered on 23rd Sep 2019, however even after multiple follow ups with call centre and chat discussion, still the order is not received.
The order tracking number provided to us is also invalid.
I would say this is a complete fraud and think 1000 times before placing an order with fern n petal. Be safe

Placed an order 48 hours prior to delivery date and paid full amount in advance. Had 4 chats with their representatives on the promised date inquiring about that order and they said everything was fine and being taken care of. They send me an email just 5 mins prior to the promised deadline of 1700hrs saying that they don't have my ordered item in stock and were asking me if I was comfortable in replacing the item with a different item. Totally unprofessional and unreliable! Should stay away from them if you are planning a really special event! Said they would compensate by throwing in a bunch of roses which never arrived!

I asked my friend in New Delhi to book a birthday cake with greeting card for a friend in Thane, Mumbai. We gave the instruction clearly on what to write in the cake. To our disappointment, when the cake reached the celebrant, no names of sender was there, and they abbreviated the word Happy Birthday to " Happy bday". The cakes are also looking huge in their websites, but in actual size, it's smaller.

For the timing, they delivered it just on time as agreed. It could have been a perfect gift should they strictly follow instructions from their customer.

Never will we book again in this Ferns N Petals.

I ordered some gift for him, the order got placed & even money got deducted from my account, at 10.45 pm at night they called & said that order couldnt be delivered as it was out of their coverage area, this could be told before by the customer care executives as they had helped me in placing the order over phone.
