I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I have ordered many a times from FnP, every time there is some or the other flaw, be it the wrapping paper or quality of the cake. Just want to say that, don't go with the pictures they post on their website. The product comes out to be the 3rd or 4th copy of the picture you see! Not at all worth the price they charge! The least you guys can do is to send fresh flowers, if you cannot replicate the picture you share on website. You need to understand the customers expectation! Overpriced! All those not so fresh, dull flowers which did not last at least 2 hours after delivery were of Rs 900. My money have just gone to waste! Will never ever recommend and choose FnP. They are the worst! (P. S: wrote a good review before as I didn't know what they have sent! After I asked the person to whom I had sent flowers, they have given me this review!)
I often used their services, which was ok. But last time they delivered wrong item, which was totally useless. I created a ticket which was useless and then tried different numbers to contact and it took me calling so many times to Het right person to talk to. They asked me send same email many times but after. While I received email that the ticket is completed without any action. Afterwards o sent them so many emails to refund but no one replied. They never look at Feedback and never bother the reviews. They never reply to any review And never try to sort out even genuine matters. I gave 2 stars for their timely deliveries and they lost rest three for their services to respond complains.

Not happy with the service. They delivered the partial chocolate gift and when I complained then they said they have delivered the complete product. Even though I had shared the picture of the partial delivered product. Will not recommend this service to anyone specially on occasions like Valentine's week when they mess up with the gifts and customer has to suffer.

Customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful, they give wrong information and try to blame you for their mistakes instead of making it up.
I asked them for the availability On whatsapp before placing my order and they confirmed, later on I see that they had delivered another item because the one I ordered was out of stock! They first denied until I sent them a photo, they then apologized and said we will deliver the one you ordered tomorrow, which didn't mean much as it was for a birthday. The next day they said the item is out for delivery and they never delivered it!
It got delivered 2 days after the birthday after several followups on whatsapp and through social media.
Very unprofessional I don't recommend them to anyone for anything, there are many competitors in the market now that you can buy flowers and chocolates from.

This has happened atleast 3 times now. They delivered the wrong flowers and the quality was really poor. The Vase along with the flowers was all scratched (2 times in a row) and even if you pay for expedited delivery, they would never make it in time. The customer service has no clue about the order status and they would claim order is delivered even though it is on hold due to unavailability of flowers.

I ordered cake, bouquet and customised mug on the same day of my brother birthday after 10:00 am. I was little sceptical regarding the delivery. All my apprehensions vanished when my brother informed me that he has received all the products within time and the ordered cake was very yummy, whereas mug and bouquet was beautiful. So far, I used Ferns n petals for my gifting purchases, & more often than not, their products were good Although, from last few transactions, I am noticing steep decline in their quality of products and service. Effect of excess fame maybe!
So, I diverted my attention to other gifting websites & found one decent site called flaberry.com, which has a good collection of flowers & chocolates. Their service is very good and the flower I ordered were top class. I recommend this gifting site to everyone reading this review.
Application works perfectly. But you order something you get something else. Or you receive very bad quality stuff. Customer support they reply with ready made responses offering discounts so you they make order more from them. Definitely not using again.

They have different options for personalised gift I ordered black color mug which is more expensive than white and they sent the white mug and they refuse to pay me the difference not in cash but in coupons. Use the chargeback option in your bank don't let them cheat others.

It was the very first time I ordered something from FNP. I was not confident at the first phase but decided to take a try. Since pandemic halted our normalcy in the life it was not possible for me to personally visit at my sister's place for her birthday & I wanted to gift something responsibly and non-materialistic to her. I searched online and destined with FNP. I decided to gift a classic Jade plant with some chocolates as our asusual sweet custom with personalized birthday wish template card with it. The gift was delivered properly packaged, early from the estimated time with proper social distance maintaining. My sister loved her birthday gift and the product was delivered properly and same as described and customized from my side. 2 attempts were made w/o her being reached and the florist refused to leave at front desk of hotel. It is ridiculous that the delivery was not able to be left at the front desk of a HOTEL! It was supposed to be a surprise delivery but impossible to deliver that way. Don't use this service as it appears to be a scam delivery service. Very disappointed

Had ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. The site charged Rs1899 + Delivery, for flowers that you will get for 800 at the shop. Flowers were old - petals falling off, broken stem joined by wire. Raised a complaint and they closed the case with no response.

Ordered 3 items by name 'Thrill in Diwali' which have dry fruits in them.
2 were good. No issues. Good delivery.
1 was spoiled. So spoiled that it had bugs in it. I wonder what precautions/care this firm takes when it comes to edible items like this.
I raised a case for this issue after 6 days of the delivery as I was busy. The firm simply closed the case saying, the complaints are taken only when they are made within 48 hours of the delivery. It's unfair. No explanation given for the spoiled product and how they handle the edibles. Will not be using their service anymore!
