I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. In all the aspects weather is ordering process, payment process, product quality or delivery fern n petal is just amazing overall process is so smooth and easy. They keep on updating you about all the movement of you order.
You can select gifts from their site without giving another chance. I have already placed many orders from the site... n these all were amazing. I really wants to thank you with all my heart for safely and timely delivery my orders. And all the orders were exactly the same as shown in the picture. Honestly i wasn't sure while gifting the cake from you guys but it was tasty.
I ordered online sweets + Dryfruits for a total of Rs. 4,300. The stuff delivered was so bad and totally different from what was ordered. The sweets looked nasty and dry fruits was in a glass as against a vase as advertised. To add fuel to fire, the glass was ugly with a plastic cover and 20% only filled with the lowest quality of dry fruits. On complaint the items were taken away and replaced with box of sweets with missing contents? I will not recommend them to any one.

I ordered cake, flowers, chocolate etc in a single order no *******. I am disgusted at the cake quality! Was so bad that it was stinking. We threw it in dustbin... flowers seemed to be picked up from someones funeral leftovers.

This company is so unprofessional…they accepted my order from USA for Mother's Day and on Mother's Day they sent me an email saying they can't deliver the flowers "since it's out of delivery area" whereas they just delivered flowers there last month for me! When I called the lady couldn't speak two straight sentences of English and kept telling me your money will be refunded! Really is this what this bull$#*! company is about! They play a song on their landline about relationships…so they even know what it means! They are telling me at last minute that we can't deliver your flowers…so I couldn't even send flowers!
I would strongly tell everyone NOT to ever order flowers from this highly unprofessional, insensitive bull$#*! company…especially people from USA …Do not trust them! They are a fraud company and completely unethical!

I had sent Rakhi to my son and nephew to the US which were not delivered and they seem to be washing their hands off and saying even a refund is not possible. When you click on the webdite and take longer than usual, immediately someone calls from the call centre but no one seems to be responding now that we have spent so much money and the boys waited in vain for their Rakhis.
Please do not promise the moon if you cannot deliver.

I ordered a cake worth 6k for a loved one. However, it was delivered to the wrong address - a completely different state in fact - I cannot fathom how even. The customer service refused to initiate refunds despite having all the necessary proof. Over multiple days of calling they transitioned from "we will look into it", " we cannot replace a perishable item", to "it was delivered" and "we cannot act on on order if you complain after 48 hours" - (I had been calling every day so the last call was after 2 days).

Has anyone ever noticed that reviews on fnp website has 4.5 stars and on independent websites (take any) is 2 stars. This simple fact means that they do not allow negative reviews to be published on their website. They have gone from excellent to the worse. Their flowers, when ordered online are ALWAYS stale and the cake is always the cheapest available anyplace... you order a blackforest to be delivered and they deliver a normal sponge cake with tons of icing which goes nowhere but in the dustbin... am switching off from fnp forever now... no matter what you do or whom you complain to, it simply makes no difference and the quality (for online orders) just does not improve - the outcome is a bad experience each and every time.

When I receive call from the company I was told about two times of deduction, but they told only one payment received and contact your bank for that.

We have ordered birthday celebration. The guy named swapnil had messed up with timings torchured me to come at his time ruined the surprise by preparing it in front of birthday girl and fought with her to pay him extra money. And held her responsible for the time he changed to come and I became late due to him. As a resolution I tried contacting number of people upto 16... none of them gave me resolution. Also I have received email that will be called. Nobody have called me since 5 days after the 18th July. I want to keep this review in high priority of losing their customers and a very worst experience from the entire team itself.

Very Bad Experience.
As i am working in Bangalore was not able to reach for my dads 80th birthday on 1st July.
So i ordered a cake on on 30th June for 1st July express delivery by 3 P.M.and informed by Brother and sister who was joining my parents not to buy cake as i have ordered it. 2 PM i received a message that selected time slot delivery is not possible, It will be delivered between 19 Hrs to 21 Hrs. Later on no message and was not able to reach them after 19.00 Hrs to inquire. I called the Cochin agent they said online orders you have contact toll free number which was not active after 19.00 Hrs. So i request all if you have to order not to depend on Ferns N Petals. NO commitment. Bad Response/ Spoiled entire Birthday of DAD. This people don't understand the emotions behind an Order.

I had ordered for a customized LED cushion as an anniversary gift. I uploaded a picture of proper quality and colours but Ferns n Petals printed it in very poor quality, all red shade which did not look nice and made me feel embarrased to gift that cushion. I ordered an birthday cake for my gf 4days before the delivery date. They called me on delivery date and told me it couldnt be delivered due to water locking in Kolkata amd requested me to accept the order to take the delivery on next day. Now its a silly staff to send bday cake after 1day. Then they cancelled the order at their own and promised me to refund my money. But believe me guys, there were no such rain happened which could cause them not to deliver the product. It was a well planned cheating and they havent refunded my money yet.

Yesterday I ordered for red velvet cake for my wife's birthday... the cake was delivered on time but we're shock when cut the cake... it was having 80% cream and cake was only 20% that too we had to search... They charged big AMT for half kg... They claimed it was red velvet I could just see the color and taste was like a local bakery cake. Stupid customer care service. They spoil your plans very well.
I had ordered for 5 PM to 9 PM slot on 25th Nov. These stupid folks did not delivered the cake and flowers by 26th 4 PM. After so many follow ups they kept disconnecting my call after keeping me on hold for more than 10 min. Frustrating service.

I am in US and my wife booked me a gift, She paid around Rs 4000 and postal charges around Rs 700. I got a parcel and the USPS asked me to collect from them. Then I came to know that the parcel was sent without any postal charges and they collected the postal charges from me, which is very shocking and shameful.

The cake delivered to my cousin was stale, spoiled and was stinking. Couldn't eat a single piece of it. To top it all, when it was reported to FNP, they didn't consider to listen to my feedback and instead advised me that the complaint should have been done within 48hrs from order placed. I stay in another country and there is time difference and moreover any feedback given should be taken as an improvement. Don't spoil your special occasion by ordering from FNP.
