I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. It was my mum's birthday and I placed an order in advance. Upon checking they told me that the delivery date is April 2nd instead of April 1st. I called them and also send an email with the screen shots but seems like their whole team have set template for all the queries.

Customer Service has no clue how to investigate the issue. For sure, never going to place any order with them. My order (*******) status was never getting updated. Got partially delivered. A totally soft cake sent to loved ones and no flowers. Pathetic.
No response to the complaints raised through the website as well. I lost a lot of money on this (Close to 10,000 bucks). I want a refund for everything.

I sent a gift for my niece on her birthday, it was undelivered despite being assured during all my calls that it would be delivered.
After the due date when asked for my refund, they denied giving me the same and said we do not have any such policy

I had booked cake chocolates rose for my relative anniversary & pay extra 250 for midnight delivery to make them surprise. But #fernsnpetal even bother to inform that our order has been cancelled with out informing us & we are waiting just like fools. Extremely dissatisfied with there service. Do not about there quality. Feel like Paying Extra Getting more fooled. Even the Bill i received was not a GST Bill.

This is cannot be called as variation of color and design, its the exact opposite.

Would give zero rating if there was such option. Ordered a beautiful succulent plant with stripes for my mother's b'day from Ferns N Petals and what they delivered isn't even what I ordered and damaged. They said that was the only one available, then the order shouldn't have been confirmed. Plus the quality was bad, one leaf was turning yellow and other 3 had their tips broken off. I requested for an exchange and sent them the photos for reference. The customer service is so pathetic that they refused to exchange the product and instead said it looked perfectly fine. Imagine sending such products on someone else's happy day only to make them disappointed. Do not order from Ferns N Petals. Its a waste of money and bad customer service.

Frustrating 1st time experience(Actually Last experience) Paid extra for a 10 am delivery. Sadly they delivered@ 4.50 pm. Called their helpline, wait time of 12 mins, in which they advertised super fast and midnight delivery options. Huh:-(

I ordered a birthday cake for my father which never arrived. Customer service claimed that they had contacted us but neither me nor my father received any calls (Despite providing both contact details on the order). Moreover, customer service refused to deliver the cake on the next day as they said it's a perishable item- I'm very concerned about the quality of their cakes if they can perish in 24 hours or less. Didn't get a replacement cake or a refund. Not sure how a services company can survive in this day and age with such poor customer service.

Had ordered a plant, they charged Rs 1500 for the same. The quality of plant was too bad, you can call it trash and also the cheap plastic pot was broken. Sent picture to them straight away, for which they said as it is natural product they started advising to put it in sunlight and all, requested them for replacement product or to provide credit but they would just offer discount on next purchase. No solution for what rubbish item was sent. I even questioned if they have anything like quality audit before the items were delivered, for which got no response. They can keep their discount as i am never ordering from such cheat people.

The first gift was supposed to be delivered on 6th September between 8 Am to 3 PM, which was delivered that day by 7 PM. It was her birthday, I wanted to surprise her as the day began and this is what happened. Also, the chocolates were crumbled and the delivery guy asked not to give bad ratings. Wow. So much guts when you know you have spoiled someone's day. Second gift was supposed to be delivered by 6 September (9 AM to 9 PM) or 7 September max, as mentioned. But It was delivered on 8 September. Imagine, someone's birthday was on 6 September and they are receiving their gifts with a delay of two days. And the product quality was pathetic.
The pot is large and doesn't fit into the wooden case as shown in the picture.
Leaves are ruined and rotten
There was supposed to be a banner "Happy Birthday". But she got one banner: "Birthday", "Happy" was not there.
The two Bamboo sticks were not there, as shown in the picture.
Tip for consumers:
Waste of money.. This was the first and last time I used their service.. Insanely expensive, no quality at all.

Out of 5 they don't even deserve 1.It should be 0 but unfortunately that option is not available. I ordered a cake for my husband. They charged me an additional amount of Rs 499 to deliver it on selected date but they did not deliver it on time. I raised multiple requests asking for help but surprisingly I didn't receive any call or assistance from them and after few hours they closed all the requests saying that the issue has been resolved. This was the worst experience.

I ordered 5 Personalized mugs. Only one mug which reached me after 2 days of confirmed delivery date was correct. Rest all 4 mugs were wrong products also reached me one day late.
They have worst support who closes your ticket as soon as possible with a general comment.
After 3 days of my wrong product delivery I am still struggling to get them returned and changed but no luck.

I ordered Chocolate Rose Bouquet for my sister's birthday. However, the chocolates in the bouquet were spoilt. They were powdery and tasted different. My sister fell sick after having a bit of that chocolate.
I complained to the customer service and they refused to do anything about the issue since the complaint was made after their 48 hours time window. Any other reputed brand would have at least taken some action or refunded the amount.
I am not ordering from FnP again.
