I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. My son sent me flowers for my birthday last Dec,5, on the 2nd day only started drying.We tried to put in water to save at least. I used to get flowers fm other company but it last for a week, that's why i was shocked why this one dried up so fast.He must have paid more than 100 dollars for this..

I ordered cake for midnight delivery and they delivered in the morning, i called them to find out what happened they didn't even inform me what happened, worst service ever. I will give less than one if there is any. The agent telling some bull stories to cover up this mess.

I ordered a flower bouquet on my anniversary. During booking it instantly deduct the money but it didn't delivered the bouquet. I'll highly recommend to everyone to not to go for this money looting company. Very poor order tracking service and customer support too. They are fraud, they have cheated me.

Cake was supposed to be delivered between 11 to 5 pm. But till 6 I didn't even a call from FNP and when I call them, they were telling " we have so much ordered so we can't deliver it by today".

This was good 2 years back and now they don't care about customer but the money.
Recently ordered 3 Rakhi hamper in one order worth of 50$ and they didn't deliver one hamper and charged 25$ for that, opening queries they answer same copy pasted answer each time and no answers to all, emails. And close the tickets immediately.
I don't even want to 1 star, can't write in google reviews about this fraud service. Don't believe them.
I never saw service like this before. Don't trust them, have to find new service now.

I had been a regular customer of Ferns and Petals and used it for Rakhi delivery to USA. This time I had a terrible experience. I placed a rakhi combo gift order for US and as usual the charges were quite high-1 Rakhi and a personalised notebook for, I still went ahead as the notebook was really nice. Finally the Rakhi got delivered and the notebook never reached. After follow up for 2-3 weeks with me calling up or opening tickets they finally closed things by refunding ₹500. I am stunned how FNP is charging so high values for gifts delivered to US and while refunding for there own mistake they are refunding at Indian charges. It was a pathetic experience and I will never be placing any international orders from here. It was disheartening to see such a customer experience from a company which I really thought was good at one time.

There was birthday of my family member and we made almost 6 orders from Ferns and Patel. We only received Cake on that day, rest all of the order were cancelled and we did not get our payment back, I reported and they told we have paid back but we didn't get any thing. It was really bad experience. No one form Ferns and Patel really care about it, I haven't got any single call from their team despite plenty of email I sent them. Neither I got my payment back nor I got my orders, it was huge amount as multiples orders and orders were also form different three accounts. So they gave same excuse to all of us. Be careful guys and see alternate website as there are many trustworthy websites. Fake and fraud! Least priority to customers after payment.

Don't fall for their slogan 'On time evertime'!
Charged 'Next Day' fee but not delivered on stated date. 5 orders placed 3/05/21, only 1 delivered on time on 6/05/21 as promised.
Have to wait 25 minutes to get through to call centre.
Sent complaint, told they can only get resolve matter in 24-48 hrs.
Mean time I missed Mothers Day gifts to mother.
NEVER EVER use this outfit again.

5 orders placed, 1 arrived on time, 3 arrived a day late and 1 still NOT delivered.
The 3 food hampers delivered have products missing and all other products substituted with mainly cheap products, not even close to what was promised on the web site.
This is downright fraudulent.

I've dealt with many online shops in my days. This one has to rate the worst of the worst.

Its necessary to give one star, otherwise this company does not deserve even a single star. They booked my order after checking pin code 5 days before date of delivery of cake. On the same day of delivery when I asked about delivery, they said that this is out of our service area. They charged 700 for cake. Which I don't know whether they will refund or not, they are not picking my phone. Bad experience.

Do not order anything through this website. I wish I could give less than one star. I have ordered rakhi for my brother and when it didn't reach on time I emailed these fellows. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Firstly they don't deliver the stuff and instead of resolving the issue they give lame excuse by saying " hope to serve you better next time". Are you serious? Who will put an oder again on your website when you have not served better in first time. I think so you guys make money by not delivering the item and still charging for it.

I have had experiences with so many websites, companies but this was the worst experience in my life.
The order has been placed 3 days prior to the delivery date, and on the date of delivery, in the evening when I have checked about the delivery of the product, they say "The Product is not available"...
Please think well before ordering with this company, their website shows delivery available in your area, once you have made the payment they will issue a gift voucher for the same amount and apologize to you but your order never delivered to your loved one's.

Green exotic Plants can become a great gift option and we make ordering these little greens for our loved ones online.
Beware, you can also feel cheated like in our case as delivered green plants against our order were dry from sides.

I had ordered a personalized photo bottle to gift my wife. I wanted to surprise my wife on her Birthday but Ferns n Petals totally ruined it. They send me a bottle with a miserable/WORST finishing. No quality checks were performed at their end before the delivery of the product.
I called the customer care and they simply were adamant that I had to call them within 48 hours and since I called after 48 hours they won't be helping out. Being the website which is used for gifting options, they don't even understand that gifts are supposed to be open on the occasion and not prior to that. Very unsatisfactory service. THEY ARE ACTUALLY A SCAM.
I wish negative rating option was provided for you. Very disappointing experience. It was my first order and I would make sure it's the last.

I ordered a bunch of roses priced at 499 excluding delivery charges. Wat I got disappointed me totally. A very small bunch. Pictures in the website are really misleading. Nothing for 700 rs(including delivery charges). Please don't fall prey to this. Hadn't included the message card i had mentioned also.

The Flowers were fresh and the Black Forest cake tasted good. Delivery was done within the window of time suggested. However, would have preferred the flowers in a vase. Very convenient, considering this was an overseas order with a 12 hour time difference. Thanks for making my mother's birthday special.

Worst experience is delivering rakhi on time. Tracking status dates remain the same but the product is not delivered.
Tickets are getting automatically closed without even addressing the issue. Delivery is still pending for more than 48 hours now but again status remains as 21st July'20.
