I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I placed an order of 5 Plants, all delivered in very poor condition. 3 plants were almost dead and 2 pots were scratched completely. Their delivery guy was carrying all pots in a box were all pots were piled up. Imagine 15-18 pots piled up over each other with no cover or box or on each plant. What's interesting is., I found all 5 Star reviews on their website. Best part is there is no provision to write a review on their website at all, which means all reviews are fake. Someone should file a massive suit against them and you can win it easily. Everything is just to make money. Not a single product is good. Once bought you will never buy second time with them. Be careful, its nothing but a shoddy company.

They promised international order. I had booked a Rakhi and chocolates with greeting card for my brother. They did not updated any status of delivery even after delivery date expired.
After doing many follow-up's received message that we will try to deliver soon. And after two days of that received message address is wrong, i had given proper address and had delivered many orders from other companies.
I had done many follow-ups and generated complaint o their site but they send same automated message that we are waiting for delivery partners reply.
Whenever I make a complaint they keep asking same questions and keep you on hold for lifelong...

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with, they are not professionals. They doesn't know how to work, they are full of excuses. Its just a another shop opened near to the area.
I would suggest all not to waste your time & money as they will not care for all this. Things you order and put a delivery date, please note there is no point of mentioning the delivery date, they dont care about your things, they will deliver it after ages.
So stop making fool of people & wasting time.
I have been using Ferns n Petals for over three years now and I've found them to be prompt, timely delivery and so far most products ordered seem to have been of reasonably good quality. As it's all been gifts I have no personal experience but the feed back from my friends and family has been good. Please keep up the good work.

Couldnt have worst experience. I was tryign to deliver birthday cake for my Father. Firstly the cake was delivered to the security in next building. Somehow after fighting with FnP on call for hours we traced that and got the cake. But what we received looks nowhere close to the pic in site. I am sharing both pics - viewers will be teh judge!

Wish I could give negative stars to the review.
I paced an order for a birthday cake and card for my daughter to be delivered on 12.07.2017 between 11.00 to 17.00 Hrs. The same was not delivered. I made contact with the concern office. The person who took my call told me that are trying to contact their delivery partner but they are replying. It is already 18.30 hrs. So friends be careful to place an order.

The flowers died out in 12 Hrs. It was a complete waste of money. I have never seen flowers dying so quickly. These people don't source flowers from a verified / authentic place. Don't buy.
The cake I ordered was also not the same cake they have shown on their website. Some useless and tasteless local cake was delivered by these people.

These guys are pathetic... they don't have value of time... please don't use this service they automatically change the tie as per their convenience and say that their system is showing this time... customer service representatives are nice peoples but... the actual working of the company is not recommended... when you will try to make something special... your special moments only will be shattered. Yes they initiate refund... but I think no refund can fulfill the preciousness of the lost moments.

Every experience with this website is trust worthy and excellent! The service is perfect and delivery is professional as well as safe considering the current situation they have taken into consideration everything possible. I recently ordered a Chocolate Fruit Gateau it was better than the image and tasty as well :) Thank You! Hats off to the entire team and the baker of the cake. Previously I have ordered cakes and flowers as well and its exactly and sometimes even better than the picture provided.
When I ordered for bouquet it reached the place very late even after paying extra charges for the preferred time slot and no information why it was late. And on top of it I am yet to get my refund as my transaction got failed (but my money went) it's been more than four months and even after so many complaints I am yet to receive my money back. I have never experienced such a worst service from ferns and petals.

They delivered stale flowers to my parents on their anniversary and my dad rejected the order because the flowers were so bad! They went back after a couple hours with the same exact bouquet! This was rejected as well. But ferns and petals customer service let me know that even though the flowers were rejected we can't pay u back! So if you want throw away your money and not have anything delivered to your loved ones chose ferns and petals!

I ordered a truffle cake yesterday for my special one. The cake was delivered on time but the cake was different from the one that was ordered.The appearance was not pleasing. The writing on it was very bad. Poor color. Waste of time and money.The customer care people called me asking if they could give me some complimentary cake / flowers and I mailed them asking for refund instead. And I never got any response. FNP are totally fake. They don't value your feelings. I dono why the maintain a site when they have poor delivery system.The support team which comes and asks for complimentary is also fake. My only experience with choosing standard delivery time 8 AM -12 noon is that the order is ALWAYS delivered at 11.30 AM or 12 noon then why write 8-12?

Ordered from here many times in the past. This last time though they did not deliver but said that they attempted to. They definitely did not nor did they call/email me or the recipient. When you open a ticket they close it right away without the problem being solved. Would never use them again!

I had booked a cake delivery for a colleague and left special instructions that the same should be delivered before 3.30pm. I called 4 times and they kept confirming the instructions have been passed. They got late without intimation by 90 min, my order was undelivered and now they refuse to refund too. Unprofessional to the core.

We were delivered a cake with the box open and the delivery person actually had his hands in the box trying to fish out a candle. Of course he didn't even wear a mask properly. When I mentioned this to FNP and the importance of hygiene especially during this pandemic and they basically just brushed it aside. Throwing the cake out was the only option thanks their delivery service. Last time we use them.
