Ferns N Petals (FNP)

My experience was horrible. I have ordered a carrot cake well in advance as a surprise for my father's birthday. The cake was not delivered even after the time specified. When I called them they said the order is kept on hold stating that the carrot cake is not available. There was no information provided to me until I called and enquired. This is not the service which I expected. I should have properly informed well before the delivery date and arranged for an alternative if the product is not available. Pathetic service and will never refer to anyone else. I don't know why I choose ferns and petals this year for giving surprise cake for my father. Big mistake. If you cannot do this properly, better you should close this company. Birthdays and anniversaries come only once in a year and If lost the chance to surprise, then we will have to wait for a year again. I want to cancel my order and need my refund ASAP. Customer care took order and confirmed after 20% discount. Got the call after 30 min - the selected option was not possible to deliver. It had to be cancelled

Selected another item - offered the discount of 15%. The earlier time slot was no more available. What a pathetic service. Will never order. I was a regular customer for around 5 years. Very disappointed

What an excellent service and professionally managed affairs! Timely delivery, value for money and quick customer support, were the highlights of my first order placed with Ferns & Petals today from Australia for delivery in New Delhi, India.
Surely, I am going to avail their services on all future occasions.

I have been ordering with them for birthdays, mothers day, fathers day and never have they ever disappointed me. Delivery has been always on time, the products quality similar to what the website advertises.

I gave extra charge for delivering the gifts to someone special on a special time but they didn't deliver. After 2 hours of calling and waiting for their answer (literally 2 hours) they said delivery boy has gone home, you can request him personally. So I called him gave extra money and then after thousands of begging and bugs spend they delivered my gift after 6 hours. And guess what? The quality of flowers were so substandard that she didn't like it.:-(

Do NOT use the Services from FNP. Reasons - 1) Poor Quality. Delivered not the one you order 2) Late in delivery 3) Pathetic Order Tracking System. Tried multiple times. Very disappointing and shameful

I Placed an order and paid online Rs 1500/- for flower bouquet with Ferrero Rocher on 21st August including the delivery charges. The order was not attempted to be delivered. The worst decision of my life was opting service from Ferns & Petals.

I ordered a cake for my father's birthday and it was not delivered. They claimed that Recipient was not available even though my father was at the address all the time. They did not even try to re-deliver when I asked them to do so, nor did they call him. Now, their customer center keeps disconnecting the calls after 3 rings and are not answering the questions I asked them after raising the query. They are cheating customer's money with giving false excuses and not providing any refund. Their Statuses show what a scam it is as Out for Delivery on Aug 20 but Delivery attempted on Aug 19.

I suddenly decided to compliment my son who stays away on his profession, with a surprise gift on his birthday and my first trial with Ferns n Petals really amazed me. They kept up to their promise of timely delivery of apt product. Rare experience indeed. I recommend you to use www.fnp.com to surprise your dear and near ones.

For Mother's Day we paid for the biggest bouquet of lilies you had online, and what my mother received were half dry, ugly blue orchids, the stems of which were cut so badly that it was hard to place them in a vase ( all different lengths).
Is this your service? This is cheating. If you don't have what is asked for, have the balls to cancel the order. But no, you want the money and the customer dissatisfaction.

Will never use your service again and will make sure I write this review on all your platforms. You can't just cheat customers and make them so unhappy when all we want is to deliver flowers to someone.

I have ordered a few times from Fern N Petals by now. From the moment the order is placed and is delivered, there is perfection. I am kept informed of every steps till the products are delivered. The items delivered are a perfect match to what is on the website. It is a pleasure to deal with F N P and would highly recommend their services. They do bring a smile to other's face and make other's day more special.

Looks like a fraud company. I am not sure if they have any real company rather than just web site and call center guys. I have given a order( Order no. *******) and from last 3 weeks they are simply giving some reasons for delayed. Till date I have to received my order.

It there any way to raise a customer/police complain about them?

I was simply amused by the service offered by Ferns and Petals through their on-line portal. It just few minutes I could select the right gift, write a note along with it and what's more got special discount- it was splendid experience - value for me ey would be understatement. Ferns and Petals actually exceeded my expectations.

Convenient and pocket friendly with excellent customer service. I live in Canada and I ordered a bouquet for my Uncle and aunt anniversary. I completely forget to pre order and did it on the same day but i would like to thank ferns and petals team because they just delivered my token of love(bouquet) within 4-5 hours. I really appreciate that and would like to continue to shop in the future as well.

Horrible, Pathetic, disappointing and stressful is all the words you can use to describe ferns and petals.
They just cheat people and deliver the world's worst service.
You never get what you order for and no proper response comes from the team. I ordered a 3 tier bamboo plant, what was delivered was a 2 tier plant. When we complained they sent us a Rs. 45 chocolate... seriously!? All we wanted was for them to replace the plant, but absolutely no respect and response from them.
Completely unprofessional. No idea how do you run such a big company with such distasteful service.
I have already told all my near and dear ones to ban their services already. I suggest the people reading this to do the same to avoid this happening to you. They dont even deserve one star

Stale cake was delivered. They don't check before delivering. After raising complaint same day no action was taken. Then after 3 days they are asking for reverse pickup. In compensation they are offering 20%discount coupon. Without solving the issue they closed the complaint. Will recommend to everyone NOT to use Ferns and petals.

I ordered a birthday gift / Flowers to my Son and Daughter and it was delivered promptly at the time scheduled. The Timely updates are also much appreciated. Thanks Fern N Petals for the excellent service...

They sent damaged product who's paint was damaged, they don't take back product which is not broken. It has to be broken in order to be replaced. I have decided to never buy from them. Very bad customer handling, they just want to dump trash on customers.

I usually order flowers for my loved ones, and cakes and chocolates occasionally.
FnP has always delivered on time and the quality of the flowers have been good.
I have been a customer for about 4 years now, and each birthday, mother's day, father's day and anniversary has been made special, thanks to FnP.

I normally refrain from ordering sweets, dry fruits and other edible items; normally I would like to choose such things personally. Nothing against FnP though.

Horrible services. The flowers were changed from pink roses to red roses which is still acceptable as it was unavailable. But the roses were sent not within the timeframe mentioned and the ones that were sent were all wilted and rotten. Extremely disappointed with their product.
Not even worthy of one star.

Cake was delivered on time. But it was totally damaged. If you can't deliver the cake on particular location with good quality please deny the order. Don't spoil our special day with this poor service.
