I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I have ordered the cake for my sons birthday 3 days before his birthday, where i can see there are 2 delivery slot available one is 11 am to 17.00 and the other one is 17 -22.00. So i have chosen 11 - 17.00( I never see 6 hours window for delivery that too for special occasion). I called customer service and told them I need this cake by 3 PM as it is my sons birthday where my family will be going to temple in the even around 5 PM they said they will put a note to deliver by 3 pm. They didn't delivered by 3 pm nor the guaranteed window, they delivered at 18:13. I have the proof of delivery. You know top of it they advertise they will deliver in 2 hrs and also they have fixed time delivery its all marketing and false promises.
My experience was horrible. I have ordered a carrot cake well in advance as a surprise for my father's birthday. The cake was not delivered even after the time specified. When I called them they said the order is kept on hold stating that the carrot cake is not available. There was no information provided to me until I called and enquired. This is not the service which I expected. I should have properly informed well before the delivery date and arranged for an alternative if the product is not available. Pathetic service and will never refer to anyone else. I don't know why I choose ferns and petals this year for giving surprise cake for my father. Big mistake. If you cannot do this properly, better you should close this company. Birthdays and anniversaries come only once in a year and If lost the chance to surprise, then we will have to wait for a year again. I want to cancel my order and need my refund ASAP. I gave extra charge for delivering the gifts to someone special on a special time but they didn't deliver. After 2 hours of calling and waiting for their answer (literally 2 hours) they said delivery boy has gone home, you can request him personally. So I called him gave extra money and then after thousands of begging and bugs spend they delivered my gift after 6 hours. And guess what? The quality of flowers were so substandard that she didn't like it.:-(

I ordered a cake for my father's birthday and it was not delivered. They claimed that Recipient was not available even though my father was at the address all the time. They did not even try to re-deliver when I asked them to do so, nor did they call him. Now, their customer center keeps disconnecting the calls after 3 rings and are not answering the questions I asked them after raising the query. They are cheating customer's money with giving false excuses and not providing any refund. Their Statuses show what a scam it is as Out for Delivery on Aug 20 but Delivery attempted on Aug 19.

For Mother's Day we paid for the biggest bouquet of lilies you had online, and what my mother received were half dry, ugly blue orchids, the stems of which were cut so badly that it was hard to place them in a vase ( all different lengths).
Is this your service? This is cheating. If you don't have what is asked for, have the balls to cancel the order. But no, you want the money and the customer dissatisfaction.
Will never use your service again and will make sure I write this review on all your platforms. You can't just cheat customers and make them so unhappy when all we want is to deliver flowers to someone.

Looks like a fraud company. I am not sure if they have any real company rather than just web site and call center guys. I have given a order( Order no. *******) and from last 3 weeks they are simply giving some reasons for delayed. Till date I have to received my order.

Horrible, Pathetic, disappointing and stressful is all the words you can use to describe ferns and petals.
They just cheat people and deliver the world's worst service.
You never get what you order for and no proper response comes from the team. I ordered a 3 tier bamboo plant, what was delivered was a 2 tier plant. When we complained they sent us a Rs. 45 chocolate... seriously!? All we wanted was for them to replace the plant, but absolutely no respect and response from them.
Completely unprofessional. No idea how do you run such a big company with such distasteful service.
I have already told all my near and dear ones to ban their services already. I suggest the people reading this to do the same to avoid this happening to you. They dont even deserve one star

Stale cake was delivered. They don't check before delivering. After raising complaint same day no action was taken. Then after 3 days they are asking for reverse pickup. In compensation they are offering 20%discount coupon. Without solving the issue they closed the complaint. Will recommend to everyone NOT to use Ferns and petals.

They sent damaged product who's paint was damaged, they don't take back product which is not broken. It has to be broken in order to be replaced. I have decided to never buy from them. Very bad customer handling, they just want to dump trash on customers.

I usually order flowers for my loved ones, and cakes and chocolates occasionally.
FnP has always delivered on time and the quality of the flowers have been good.
I have been a customer for about 4 years now, and each birthday, mother's day, father's day and anniversary has been made special, thanks to FnP.
I normally refrain from ordering sweets, dry fruits and other edible items; normally I would like to choose such things personally. Nothing against FnP though.

Try to book as early as possible,even though they accept next day delivery orders, it is good to prepare in advance.

Horrible services. The flowers were changed from pink roses to red roses which is still acceptable as it was unavailable. But the roses were sent not within the timeframe mentioned and the ones that were sent were all wilted and rotten. Extremely disappointed with their product.
