I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I ordered a set of air purifier plants as birthday gift to my relative. I loved the entire process. The selection of item, range of choices and clarity on delivery timeline made my decision quicker. Then it delivered in jaipur on time and receiver is happy too as these plants are healthy and were nicely wrapped. Pots are cute too. Thanks.
Ferns and Petal one of the worst online portal to be surviving after all the worst experiences and review... They either dont deliver or deliver dead flowers. I had the worst experience with them and will never order any stuff on their website... Would request people who have ordered or planning to order anything to stay away or search an alternative...

I ordered the photo cake for my friend's birthday celebration & I have received the damaged cake shown in the picture. I trusted ferns & petals and believed that you deliver the cake properly. Using there services for last three years. For two years order was delivered on time. This year I send rakhi to same address and they kept saying address is wrong. They were delivering order at same address for last two years. I am calling them from last 10 days. Can't talk to manager other staff keep promising that they will contact me and matter will be resolved in 24 hrs. No call no email from them. I think they just want to keep the money. That was my last time I used their service. Will add it on Facebook as well to notify my family and friends about their services so they'll not get stuck like me! One suggestion I would like to make that if you are providing international service maintain their standard as well.

The order was placed and the estimated time was 6 AM to 9 PM. Upon chatting with the representative, they said they will call and reach home before 4 pm. they called 3 times a day delaying the order by 3 hours -12,3 and 6... Its 7 pm in India and she(my mom) has not received it yet... She was waiting for for this the whole day on Sunday. Finally they sent an email that they tried delivering and recipient was not at home - which was not true! Really! So easy to shop but so difficult to get the service.

We had placed an order of designer Rakhee. When the product was delivered it was of some other design and low price.
When we logged a ticket, executive forcibly asked us to accept what has been delivered and refused to replace or refund full amount. Most pathetic service and they cheat customers by displaying some other image. First image is on website and second image is the one we received.

I booked flowers for my parents for their anniversary. But the flowers were stale and when I complained they didn't respond to my complaint. It's been almost a week from the date I made complaint. I will not recommend this website at all. Unnecessary they send so many promotion emails but when it comes to customer service they don't even have courtesy to at least apologise. Thousands time I have unsubscribe their email but every time I get email with different ID.

Yesterday I sent 2 bouquets to my sister in law in hyderabad, the flowers were so bad in shape. She sent me photos amd when I informed the fnp team they closed my query saying their delivery partner sent photo before delivering( am damn sure they never gt any picture before deliver) even when I sent my photo on same day they said they didnt received my email.

I ordered a bunch of lilies worth around 1400/- and what was delivered was a bunch of roses (might be worth a few hundred). This is completely unacceptable. I complained to their support, and they responded once syaing that they will get back to me. But still have not got back to me. They are no even posting feedback honestly. I had orfered few products for my friend's daughter Birthday, I have received mail of order getting delivered. My friend received one order and other order he didn't receive though it shows me delivered. When I called customer service, they have registered wrong number under my order though address was correct and person told me that person will get back to me in 48 hours about my order which is very disappointing as wanted products to get delivered on same day of Birthday.
