I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.

Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I'll never forgive these people. Please do not ruin your peace and happiness. Order No: *******201

This is worst services I have ever seen I place a order and provided all the pictures everything but from three days these guys are playing with me asking to send pictures and kept on hold everything seriously If raise a ticket they are automatically just closing the tickets without any response. I don't understand what's going on without giving a picture in the personalised items the app doesn't take me to next step but why these guys are keeping everything on hold and playing cheap tricks. No proper response nothing worst services still mine 5items are on hold worst services

ORDER NUMBER: *******

Delivery of order gets really important when you are paying 600 more than the actual amount of product. Just to make sure that order should deliver on time...

Firstly they gave me wrong status for 3 hours... e g: its out for delivery and all...
At evening they told me the person didn't pick call, hence they will not be delivering order and will deliver next day...
If a person is having his/her b'day today... why will I gift him/her tomorrow. Just explain me this one thing first.

Just answer me few questions:
Did I paid extra amount for wrong delivery?
Do you guys usually gift a person on the next day of occasion?
Do you always give wrong status to the person so that he/she spoil his/her whole day tracking the bloody order?

Will never recommend this pathetic service to anyone...
A BIG NO TO FNP...

Better to purchase visiting the shops or bakery rather than purchasing from online merchants. They do not care for the sentimental moments of their customers. Even delivery team members are fraudsters and management is supporting them. Company does not have any ethics nor any strategy to run the business. Even the delivery team does not have any process in place to confirm the order before delivering the item to the person to ensure whether he is the same customer or different. My sincere request to all my country fellows to totally boycott this company because when they do not have any sentiments and emotions to undestand these occasions like, birthdays, marriage anniversaries etc. etc. Then how you can expect from them to fulfill the expectations of the customers.

How fraud is this.? They are not responsible about the orders we make and the stupid things they do and the worst tracking that msg directly that the order had returned without any information or call they were all just fraud

1. I ordered half kg cake online, They delivered very bad quality, around 250 gms of cake instead of 500 gms.
2. We raised multiple complaints. Every time they closed our requests. They asked to send cake pics. So, we sent them cake pics with height of the cake and pics from all sides. Then they closed request id. Again after filing complaint, they asked us to send weight of the cake and we sent. These happens three times and they closed request id without taking any actions and Agreeing with us.
3. This happens second time with us. In 2017, they didn't delivered any cake which my brother ordered and didn't give our money back. This time, they delivered poor quality and less quantity cake. Please don't trust this website. There is no guarantee to get your cake to you or recipient. Instead go with "talash.com". They are far better with excellent customer service and delivery services.

U can clearly see the difference between what they upload and what they deliver. The taste was good but presentation really matters a lot for cakes. The cream balls were fallen off in the box and the presentation looks like local service. Not worth for rs. 600! I would suggest you to order cakes from local itself where u can actually see the cake

I strongly recommend to not use this app for cakes atleast... Maybe it depends on cities but atleast in not so big cities... The quality is not satisfactory!!

Don't! Just don't! I hope you read these reviews before ordering. Terrible. Ugh! Not only was it never delivered, but I called and called and even offered to have the birthday guy to come pick it up. Don't worry, don't worry they say. We will call him when it's being delivered. No call, no delivery, no email, no nothing! This is the Singapore location I'm referring to. Plus I'd call and be on hold for ten minutes waiting for a person and once in a while they'd answer or the hold music just stopped playing and there was no one there. I'm on the other side of the world so not only was I calling and calling it was like 1 am my time that I had to do these things. Horrible service and like the other reviews said not worth it!

Tip for consumers:
Don't use them at all!!!! They ruined what should've been a wonderful surprise. Only way I'd use them is if they delivered first and I tasted the cake - read another review that the cake that that person got was terrible tasting. They won't call you back, they say don't worry, but then do nothing. No phone calls no emails no nothing. I'm so disappointed that I couldn't make my boyfriends birthday as wonderful as it should've been. Hope people read the reviews before ordering!

How much embarrassing is this that FNP sends reminders to your contact list reminding them of your birthdays and anniversaries! I would have used FNP for close and distant contacts formally or informally few professional contacts and you send reminders to them to gift me on my birthday. Will never ever use the FNP service again! Those recipients would make fun of me on receiving such reminders!

The quality of the product is poor, and the picture seen on website is extremely different from the order provided.

I would avoid F&P and all its associates whether it is for cake or for flowers.

Customer service post-delivery is extremely painful. Please avoid at all costs.

Do Avoid, call customer service several times.

I placed an order for the Mother's Day, they delivered a partial order and the plant arrived was damaged too. Opened a ticket for a refund on the item that was not delivered but no response from the customer service. Disappointed and will not place any order in future from this website

I have ordered to deliver lucky inspirational pair on my daughters marriage anniversary on 11.11.2017.The delivery was supposed on 21.11.2017 but it was delivered on 22.11.2017.On 21st evening i called in customer service. The answer was SORRY. The delivery was made on 22nd. Neither my daughter received nor my son in law. Only GOD knows whom the delivery is given. Very bad experience with the ferns n petals. Very bad experience. I had ordered a cake https://m.fnp.com/gift/mixed-dates-walnuts-dry-cake#/product-page which was supposed to contain plenty dates and walnuts but we ended up getting a sponge cake with hardly 6 pieces of cashews and dates. Not at all happy with the order. They charged me for a greeting that was not delivered. They printed my greeting message on a piece of used paper and charged me for it. They did not include the complete names on the message either. Very bad first experience. Wouldn't recommend. See attached what we got vs what we thought we bought from their website. Also the greeting!

Have ordered high end bouquet on my wife's birthday... though the local shop was near to my home. They took 5 hours and 45 min to deliver while it was 30 min away from my home. And while placing the order i clearly indicated that how important it is... waste of money

The Jade Terrarium received today was not at all decent. It was a gift to my grand father on his 86th birthday thinking about prosperity and purity. However the image showed round flask whilst what was received was horrible shape. The image shows at least 8 stems while what we received was hardly three stems. Hen asked to the delivery boy he said water the plant and it will grow. I always go for this site for the delivery to show my love as i stay away from home. I am very well disappointed and will not recommend again.

I had ordered bouquet of white pristine flowers but the quality was awful. They seemed like 4 to 5days old. The flowers were stale and greens were yellow. Customer service is also very poor. They don't take cognizance.

I want to acknowledge the sincerity and hardwork these people put in all the orders. FnP seriously delivery happiness. The options are a lot, the process is very smooth, once ordered, then I don't have to worry at all, it reached without any hassle. I had little concern with one of my order and I raised it and was amazed to be served within minutes. Truly a delightful experience and I will recommend it to everyone. Definitely a thumbs up, keep up the good work.

I am actually planning to complain to consumer court. We ordered rakhis to be delivered in USA, as per advert. These people took money and did not deliver, called them 10 times, they will say, sorry cant redeliver. They did not even try and in Usa everyone is working we put clear instructions to keep item on door, still they have no control. They give false details on calls. Eat your money and play with emotions. They should be banned in USA. I am writing to consumer courts here to close their business. At least i will try to save all.

Their web services are too bad, where you can't upload the photos for any personalized gift item, every time you have to connect with customer service and they upload photos on behalf of you in that case if you want to add some additional items then you cant do that, you have to place a separate order for that which was delivered separately also they deliver gifts according to their comfort instead of the date you selected.
Sometimes the chat option is not available on the site. Apart from that if you order sweets, they deliver that in an open box not packed. Services are too bad hence i am going to leave this for my future orders and going to use amazon or such services.

My brother's Birthday was the next day and I did not have a clue how to send him a cake. I tried Zomato and Swiggy and could not figure it out. So I searched online and found Ferns and petals. The choices were great! So I quickly found the one that my Brother would like the most and booked it with a nice Chocolate add on. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a next day delivery slot available, which is what I wanted. Hassle free booking and on time delivery are the icing on the cake! Keep up the great service! Oh. The Cake was great too btw!

I won't recommend anyone to order on FnP for special occasions, as at last moment they will step back from the order by saying sorry for inconvenience we can't deliver. For normal occasions it's fine to order but if someone really wants 100% genuine delivery of their order, they should not order on FnP.

I ordered flowers on my wife's birthday from fnp, not only did they ruin it but they made it very clear from their attitude they do not care. Once they have taken money from your account they do not bother responding to your queries or complaints. FNP delivered worst possible flowers, and later did not even bother to reply back to my complaints. They are exactly like the fly on the wall which is nothing but a mute spectator,
I've learnt this lesson the hard,
Guys stay away is my advice.
