I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. I had ordered a birthday cake 3 days in advance(order number - *******) in Pune from Ferns N Petals to be delivered on March 13,2017. I also made sure by asking them personally that will it will be delivered on time. They said yes. The chosen time was 11:00 AM to 17:00 hrs.
But the product was never delivered in spite of several reminders.
They do not have a proper follow up system neither do they have any kind of information provided on time. We cannot even track the status of the product.
Please do not order anything from Ferns N Petals you will be embarrassed in front of your guests and the person to whom the gift is intended.
Guests are here and I do not have a cake for my child.
I live in the US, and wanted to send my friend a cake in Mumbai. My friend said be careful some websites aren't good. I researched up fnp.com, placed an order. It was delivered same day as promised! And on time! The cake looked just like the picture when received. Great company!

Hopeless customer service agents, people are more that rude, called to place an order for rakhi i didnt the code and the agent told me that she'll have someone to call as they will be able to assist me better as it's difficult for her to find the code. I explained her that i live overseas and its urgent and moreover i cant wait and if she could search it on goole very rudely she said no and I ultimately had to hang up. Wont even recommend this site to anyone as my previous experience with these guys has been ridiculous.!

I ordered cake and flower basket after checking from fernsnpetals website but the items delivered were totally different from what is shown in website. Totally unprofessional service and they don't know how to handle customer complaints. On lodging complaint they just conveyed apologize. They hurt your feelings and just interested in making money. Just encourage local florists and ignore this fernsnpetals. Basket which i ordered its details says that it will have net wrapping but the basket which was delivered had paper wrapping that too different colour. I ordered Truffle cake they delivered pineapple cake with chocolate dressing. Total fraud. Never go by the picture shown in the site, they never deliver items what is shown in site. Don't get cheated.

When displayed on website show 7 am to 9 am delivery time but later changed to 7am to 9 pm.
This is not good as i had a call with customer service agent before placing the order.Don't buy any gift from FNP.

Ordered flowers from them. One thing which can be improved is their delivery time window. I ordered a couple of days before the delivery day, the delivery time it showed me was 6 am to 9 pm, well that's a 15-hour window, not so ideal. A 3-hour window would be preferred.

I ordered a birthday cake with written message. They delivered a plain cake.
Also they didnot deliver within the time frame mentioned. When i contacted customer service they just said we are sorry and closed the ticket.
Furthermore they said, it can be delayed because its through courier. Then why did they promise two day delivery or next day delivery.
I would not recommend them and their customer service is worst.

I have ordered from Ferns and petals now 5 times and every single time they have been late with their delivery. I gave them one last chance for my latest delivery for my wife that I ordered from the UK, they were so late in delivery this time that she had gone to bed and though I had missed her special day. She picked up the order the next morning. Bearing in mind this is the 5th time this has happened ( each time I made a extra payment for a time slot delivery) they offered me a tiny 15% discount on my next order... joke! I have heard that while other delivery services are a bit more expensive they are much better so I will use them in future and suggest you all do the same.

Overall terrible. My son sent me flowers and cake for my birthday.
1. They took money for delivery at a particular time slot, did not meet it. Many calls later, they agreed on another time, missed that too. Finally it arrived after 3 days. They did not even return or credit the extra money they took for a specific time delivery.
2. The flowers were mostly dead on arrival, and the buds never bloomed.
3. The cake was average at best.
Overall, will not use them or recommend them.

I placed two orders one for midnight delivery and one for next day. On the day of delivery the order was not delivered instead i received an email saying we cant deliver it midnightly. The second order for the next day is still pending. When i asked them to refund my money they have stopped answering my call and replying to emails as well. So if u are thinking of sending anything from this site dont do that ever. The f idiots wont bother about ur time effort n money. All they need is you to place an order and then forget about it. Not recommended to anyone.

After following up and after repeated lies the packet was delivered 3 days after, it was supposed to be delivered. The quality was cheap and worst possible, Colours didn't match by miles. I have been ordering cakes, flowers and gifts from fnp since 2006-07. I have seen them grow remarkably. My personal experience has always been good with them. FnP has always delivered my orders for family members and helped me sending sweet surprises for them… fnp thank you for always getting my orders on time and putting smile on the faces of my loved ones. They deliver across the globe, and you can pay your own currency. I sent a cake to my sister in Toronto and paid through INR. They deliver on time. Online coupons are also available just incase you need to save extra bucks. Check the products available in the city where you want to deliver your cakes as they have different list as per cities.

On our parents 50th wedding anniversary, we ordered cake and flower bouquet. Flowers were delivered but no news of cake! When we called, no one knows what happened! Very poor service... one time damage and changed delivery done, raised the ticket also called customer care but no response.
Yesterday again ordered a cake and chocolates, it get hold without any information, then called customer care and he rescheduled it for today. Today again, it got hold without delivering the items.

The order was confirmed to be delivered on the same day but was not done. After follow up they say it's not possible today but no email or anything send from FNP side even after a request to be delivered the next day. Still, it is delayed not yet delivered. I will never recommend this company to for. They are not using reliable courier (blue dart) to deliver packages. Then contact info ( phone numbers) are not in service provided on their website. I have sent the bhai dooj gift which supposed to be delivered on nov 5 but it has not been delivered yet. This company provides pathetic customer service. When I was talking to their customer service representative they disconnect my call without saying any thing as I asked for my refund. I would never ever recommend this company again..

I spend Around 3600 on a bunch of flowers. Name was 'love around and regular'. It was mentioned in the order that it contains 8 white anthuriums but when the order was delivered it was missing. The costliest flower was deliberately not added by the company. This is such a dirty trick as normally less people pay attention to the content and these companies fool people and get away with it. Certainly not trusted company at all. I would prefer local flower shop order and pay them half price.
Late Delivery again
This is happening to me the 3rd time this year that my order is not getting delivered on time or something else has always been wrong with the order. I am in the US and trying to send gifts to my friends in India and now have to be on the phone with customer care spending all this money for no reason. She is telling me now that it will reach at 830 pm. Kids sleep at that time. I am very upset with this and will never order again. I have been a customer for many years now and this was the last time I will be using fnp products. I just had to spend another 30 dollars on the phone to try and resolve the issue but nothing got resolved. This is by far one of the worst companies for ordering for any of your celebrations. Please do not buy anything from them. Amazon is much cheaper and the best in deliveries and everything is available on Amazon.

This is a very pathetic site. Took money but not delivered on date. Their customer care number never works. No refund/cancellation is allowed. Delivery boy never even called me. Dont ever order flowers or any things from this site. This site is not trustworthy. Worst site and customer service. I ordered a bouquet of 200 roses of 4 feet height, but they delivered the bouquet of less than 40 roses and 1.5 feet height for the same price.
