I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. Dont waste your time with these guys they are gundas waiting to get hold of your money and then deliver all the wrong products. I had the worst experience in online shopping. These guys kept delaying my order that and eventually called me at night to tell me they dont have the cake i wanted and will deliver another flavor instead. LOL. These guys should be exposed for the fraudsters that they are and be taken to court. There are many other delivery sites that are professional and provide reasonably good service. Ferns and Petals has to be the worst experience i have ever had shopping online and will seriously ask any one looking to order from them to stay away
I had ordered printed pillow as a personalised gift item. Order was placed on the previous day and received the delivery of the item on the requested date and time. I. e. Next day.

Using FNP from Past 3 Years, recently ordered a Birthday gift, due to poor packing product damaged and informed the customer care they are not willing to replace the product. Just they offering 20% offer for next purchase. They not even bothered about the damaged gift. Really disappointing.
Best service, good response on phone calls, everything was on time and perfect. Really helpful website to deliver something even from outside of India. Provided all information about order time to time.

I am from Dubai and ordered a gift item from Ferns & Petal India to be delivered in Mumbai. I placed the order on 17th August and pais with my Master card but immediately i got a mail that your payment is not confirmed and mentioned to pay again. I called up my bank and they said we have still not received any request from the company. As per there mail i again mad a payment. With in 5 seconds i received 2 mails confirming my orders, where as i wanted to place only one. As per there rules we can cancel a order if it is not dispatched. I went on to there site where both the orders were showing shipped as status. I immediately lodged a complaint but there was no reply and they delivered only one piece before the mentioned delivery date and closed the order and took the payment for two. This is really poor business tactics and unprofessional. On there website testimony they write all positive things but this is the reality.

Hello Guys, I have ordered a Cake and Flowers worth 1300 with standard delivery option.
Firstly it was not delivered on time and also the cake delivered was of worst quality infact i have to deliberately exert more force on knife to cut the piece of cake. The icing of the cake was so bad that it was itching my throat. Second thing the delivery boy himself added ratings for himself.
After giving feedback for delivered cake the team is very much slow for working on negative feedback.
It spoiled my whole day in waiting and waiting first for cake and then for return.
The most important thing that telephone operator says there is no cancellation possible and was asking me to write mail to support team.
That is again foolish thing intead of replacing quickly customer care was asking me to call support team for refund complaint.

Charge very high for quality of flowers being delivered, on top of that extra Rs 300 for remote city delivery.
And never go for any rose other than red, no matter what you pay for, you will get only Red roses! All those multicolored (or yellow/pink) are for site display only!
We have order 5 Rakhis for all my brothers and cousins. Deliverd wrong cheap quality Rakhi and it's already broken up inside packing.

I ordered photo cake 15 days prior to delivery date. At the time of delivery they send me an email saying that please resend pic of good resolution. They are extremely unprofessional and lazy people. Also instead of sending 18 chocolates they send only 16 chocolates. Very unreliable. Don't waste your money and time with these people.

Absolutely substandard bouquet for the price that I was charged. The roses are tiny, almost buds. My local florist does a better job in half that price. FNP, you guys got to do some justice for the price that you charge... dissatisfied is an understatement.

I ordered Cake for My Parents Anniversary and after tracking the order I got to know this that My order is on Hold and they didn't even bother to Inform me. I called them and got to know that I need to pay Rs 300 extra for delivery because there center far. I this is the case then your website should have shown this information to me while placing the order. That means your technical infrastructure is simply pathetic and you really got weak customer support system. Always remember your in business which includes human sentiments and emotions. They called after the deadline and informed that they could not deliver the order and promised to send next day morning but again next day till evening no order received and then they think by telling the customer that we will give u something complimentary is going to make the customer happy? No! Very pathetic service and you should inform before deadline if any prb in order and after the deadline!

The cake delivered to my son on his birthday was not the one I had ordered and was of substandard quality. It was of different shape, different cream which tasted really bad, message was written in a clumsy way. Not worth the money. Very disappointing.
