I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. Browsing the site and ordering were easy. Whether the delivery was for Delhi or B'lore it was always accurate and on time. I liked being updated about the processing delivery of the items. I didn't have to go tracking myself. An email is sent with a timeline. It's like being there when it was delivered. I'm very happy with the service.
I had ordered a cake for my sister and obviously had made the payment in advance. But FnP sent a wrong cake, so I wrote to them. After a lot of discussion, they offerred me a discount coupon which I accepted. But surprisingly that code is of no use and even after requesting them several times to replace them, they choose to do nothing about it other than sending same email.
I am really disappointed with the kind of response I have received from them and same I expressed on my every email, but I think they don't have time to read the email carefully before responding.
And their favourite line is " We value your relationship with us" which is on their every email, after not addressing the concern completely.

This is one of the poor service i would have experienced in my entire life. The delivery was not attempted even but status was changed as delivery attempted. The delivery partner number which was shared in the message - *******481. This guy had never picked any call.Roughly i tried 100 calls. And now when i call you customer support team he even tried connecting delivery partner but he was unable to. Still the support person says the delivery was attempted. Is this what you guys provide service for? Worst to the core. You guys just loot money from customers and never care about delivery.

Most horrible experience I have with #fernsnpetals. Will never ever use this site again and will ask each n avery friend n relative not to trust them. They are delivering a bad product which can not be accepted as compared to the amount they are charging. They said we will replace the order. Replacement was equally bad. So i asked them I dont want any replacement now so please refund my money. Yesterday I got a call from #fernsnpetals and they agreed to it. Now customer care is calling me again and arguing with me that we cannot refund your money because we are providing a replacement. I have never encountered such a bad customer care. I will make sure to put this feedback on each and every public forum so that people can know what a fraud site is this. I appreciate the efforts they take to deliver our wishes and products but the only concern is there is no Cash on Delivery this makes it more difficult to order for those who don't have Indian debit/credit card.

Highly disappointing it was today when the cake was not delivered due to incorrect pincode. Neither should have the system of F n P should have accepted the order at the first place nor did they tend to inform that delivery won't be possible.After I enquired several times about the order status, I came to know about the same that it cannot be delivered at all. I have ordered earlier from f n p but this was my worst experience today

I ordered for a bouquet to be delivered for a colleagues birthday. Order was placed 2 days before. Whole day has gone and the bouquet is still not delivered. If you are ordering please keep in mind it will not be delivered in the morning as you expect them to but delivered just before 9 pm in the night, when the receiver is winding up for the day.

I agree with all the negative reviews on fnp. I have used their service for sending rakhis both in and outside India. Last year, the order reached much after Rakhi even though I used one of their supposedly "express delivery" products. I thought it could be a one off experience and I made the mistake of using this website again this year. I placed 2 orders, one within India and one outside India. One of the orders reached late again. With the other, it was a disgusting experience. When the box was opened, my brother found that someone had already rummaged the sweet box and some bits and pieces were left. It was in such a bad condition that it looked as if the sweets were eaten off by dog. This is the service we get after paying such a high premium on their products. Will never use their service.

I ordered a combo from fnp online, and what got delivered were sad dry flowers and smelly sweets. These were mentioned in the picture of the combo.
And after what i payed was a huge amount for this. They spoiled the whole occasion n wasted my money and time. I warn people not to use there online system its pathetic.
The flowers were very having ants walking in and not of good quality.
Can even upload the pics of flowers i got for 1500 rs...

They charged around $1000 for cake and sparkle candle, but they delivered a different cake at the end of the day outside their promised time.The cake had a long human hair in it. They closed the complaint without any compensation or apologies. They are becoming worse day by day.

Very bad experience in ordering. I ordered flowers and cake for my husband online on 13-2-2023 for Valentine's Day 14-2-2023. And today is 15-2-2023 they have not yet delivered and on 14-2-2023 their delivery body told me that my parcel got rejected from my husband which was big lie. My husband didn't even receive a call from their delivery boy not even met him. Now when am chatting which their customers care they are asking for re delivery again and again but not delivering my cake and flowers. I ask them to refund my money they are refusing to refund also. So my money has gone with them and my husband didn't received my gift also. I will never order from this website

Worst quality. I asked for a 2 kg printed cake. They took 3000 rs for that. Expected a good one because of the price. But they printed "out for delivery" and a green stripe at the bottom of the cake. Worst experience. Won't ever buy from them. Recommend not to buy from them.
