I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. Delivery on time, service was good but they changed the roses as not available but didn't ask me for choice. And product wasn't look like as shown in picture. And we can't say that its value for money service.

I ordered in advance to have a delivery made on 31 July, 2020 within a certain time frame. The recipient replied with location and everything. Yet around 10:00pm they informed me the attempted to deliver but failed! The next day with a morning time frame again they failed to deliver. It was delivered 19:00 on the following day. After the recipient has traveled. So really it was meaningless... Although I called multiple times none of their employees had the decency to apologize once!

I have ordered flowers to be delivered twice time from FNP. But both times Quality of the flower is too poor(dry & dead) plus the flower box is also not in good condition. It's happened twice now. I am spending 3k on this. Still not getting a good quality of flower? Very poor condition of the box. Flower is not fresh at all. Take your flower back.

I ordered a combo of cake and bamboo plant for a special occasion. First my order was changed to another plant without me knowing in advance. I received an email about it and Then the plant wasnt even delivered. All they received was the cake. So so disappointed with the service. It was for a special occasion and it has passed. I placed order for an International rakhi Courier. It meant everything to me because i wanted to send it to my only brother. But the rakhi never got delivered. Four days ago, I ordered a cake to be delivered to my father on Father's Day and received a confirmation for my order along with the assurance that it would be delivered on time. My parents waited all day for the delivery only to be told that it will now be arriving tomorrow instead. For a company that promotes its ability to celebrate special occasions with friends and family, they do not seem to appreciate that the whole point of a special occasion gift is for it to actually arrive on the day of the special occasion. Also, not only did my parents spend hours waiting on a delivery two days in a row, when the cake did arrive it wasn't even the cake I had ordered (I ordered a mango cake and they received a blueberry cheesecake — See pics below).

It's a worst experience. I ordered from UK for India. I told them the delivery time at afternoon, they served it early morning. No update after delivery. Once I told them the matter they simply overlooked. I not even order again in my life nor I suggest to enybody else. India is an unprofessional country.

We ordered a cake to be delivered via fnp (order no *******). The cake was over sweet so much that it was not edible. In fact the cake itself was not as shown in the pic. Most importantly one of the child in the family had a piece of cake and had vomiting. The cake was completely discarded. Such a waste of money. Thoroughly disappointing and would never recommend this site to anyone. I even email their customer care and no one even bothered to reply!

Actually the cake that was delivered was in a melted condition but the taste was good. I really felt bad for this so I contacted the customer service for this and was happy to see that they responded very quickly and they revert the cake.

Product quantity is good, bit this company depends on other vendors for delivery and delivery company never make delivery on time even if you go with priority delivery option (you pay extra). In my case the FnP delivery team was in Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar. When raised complaint to FnP, it said delivery team called but noone responded which was not true.

Please check the delivery option. It doesn't offer delivery by its own and depends on other vendors who most of the time does not honour the delivery time.

I was ordered for a flower and cake for my daughters birthday,
It was a day before her birthday around 7 pm, I remembered her birthday and I was so busy that I can't even think of buying it, and also it was too late to order for it. When checking option I saw a Reminder message from f&n and immediately I downloaded their app and ordered for cake and flower ( it was still open for the same day delivery) It was unbelievable for me that they can deliver fresh flowers and cake in such a short time. I have chosen delivery at 12 am to Surprise her and f&n did not disappointed me.

Alert! On June 30th, I placed an order for the flower delivery. They later reported that the residence was locked, however, it was a fake statement. After a day, they changed the status of the delivery, which was once again fake. I've had to spend hours on the phone with someone from the United States, and a few emails have gone unanswered. Order a bouquet on 11th Aug for a friend's birthday.
Delivery was on time. Unfortunately the quality of the bouquet is very upsetting.
The flowers are obviously not fresh. It is wrinkly, dried out and starting to turn yellow on the petals, stem and leaves!
Contacted the florist and they are adamant that bouquet is fresh when it left their shop.

They never deliver on time. They will charge extra for same day delivery and will never do it. There is always a technical issue.
Have to follow up multiple times to ensure delivery. It is a headache to place an order with them.

The worst experience ever. If you can't deliver to a particular city then you should remove that option from your app I guess. They just take your order and don't deliver it. And I don't think they will ever refund anything. So that's what scammers do. Be aware and never ever order anything.
