I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. They are not making your day just replacing it with a worst day
The product you order and you receive is very different(the cake was like first time made chef cake 1000Rs) and worst thing is when you ask to replace they offer 20% discount for next time. On call they will say that this will be replaced and later they will put a sorry email for inconvenience. I have attached the photographs of cake
I have ordered a crunchy almond Cake and they just deliver the simple bread cake Putting a topping of almonds on it
1.) per the image and description it is a crunchy cake but the topping were made up of cream
2.) The base to be made of almond and it was simple bread.
3.) The cake was not even fresh
4.) The most important thing in a cake is presentation and the cake is looking like a $#*!
The FNP say that they are very prominent for supporting customer and looking for their need and that is a biggest lie from there side
Order two separate flower bokehs from Canada. My friend suggested their service. Both of them were terrible with some dead flowers.
In fact, it was my Mothers Birthday and she loves flowers. My mother was so disappointment with flower bunches that she even commented about them to the delivery guy.

My order number #******* - placed on Feb 14. This order was a Valentine's gift supposed to be delivered on Valentine's day. The driver didn't attempt the delivery on Valentine's - we kept waiting all day. Fair enough - you guys were very busy on Valentine's - understood.
Next day the driver calls and says it is okay if he can deliver it by the evening of the 15th. Okay, fine - that also works. After waiting the whole day again, no delivery attempt was made while the driver already marked the order delivered. We tried calling the driver at least 10 times but he didn't care to answer.
It is the 18th today and I still have no idea whatever happened to that order. The website says a delivery attempt was made - which was not made mind you - but then what? What now? I haven't received the gift, Valentine's surprise was ruined, on top of that I wasted so much time and energy talking to your absolutely terrible support that keeps closing the support chat without giving any real update? I always get connected to this guy called Prashant and he always says somebody will get back to me and delivery will be attempted again but then nothing happens?
I do not need the gift anymore - it is 5 days late which is no joke. I need a full refund now because no matter what your website says no delivery attempt was made on the 14th as well as the 15th. I was ready to accept the order one day late as well but if you were attempting deliveries after 2 days for an order that was supposed to be delivered the same day - that is insane and unacceptable.

I ordered rakhi from FnP since they promised it to be delivered the same day. As promised the status was updated but it wasn't received at home. I contacted customer care but the response is slow and they finally closed the ticket without any update. I didn't get Rakhi delivered nor got my money back.

I am so disappointed with this FnP in ahmedabad, i ordered 3 days in advance, it was a no show on the day of delivery, so i waited till 9 pm since it said till 9pm, they are open till 10:30 no one was there, i send an email, next day i waited...
I called them at 6PM they say pincode is wrong! Really! Since when do the courier use pincode rather then the detailed address. Complete BS...
They still keep on telling me it will be resolved but, i keep on getting email we are looking into this matter and trying to resolve

Ordered for the first time throught fnp amd I was so stressed after reading the negative comments thinking that I was scammed. However i am very delighted by there service. I selected the same day delivery and my order was delivered without any delay and the items ordered were also good without any doubt. Ofcourse its a bit expensive but I know there are other sites that charge more then fnp. There are merely 20% difference in the items delivered than there photos which is normal as it is similar as internet shopping. Overall i am delighted by the experience and would order again from them in future for all occasions. Thanks for not being scammers fnp when mostly everyone on internet are.

I ordered a valentines day gift for my fiance on 12th Feb and opted for delivery on 14th Feb. It is yet to be delivered and the status of the order still shows Confirmed meaning they haven't even processed the order let alone shipping it. I had high hopes from this company. Worst thing is I am not even able to raise a ticket from their website. Thanks for spoiling my valentines day. As long as the company gets innocent new customers I doubt they will ever worry about customer satisfaction. I order flower for my girlfriend from USA on 27th Jan, 2014. They did not deliver the flowers and email me back saying "Your recipient did not answer call." In reality, they did not call my girlfriend or did not try to deliver. This how they treat foreign customers. I already put dispute on my credit card transaction. Hope, before you order from this website, your bank provides a dispute transaction facility.
Worst kind of delivery and customer service. There is no proper response from the customer service. I'v ordered cake for my friend birthday it's suppose to be delivered 5.30pm but it was delivered only around 10.30pm. Not a professional team. They don't know how to deal it with the customer. I have ordered pink lilies bouquet, chocolates and few add on.
First FNP do not have comment section where we can give our comments or special request, I provided phone number for emergency purpose, as no comment box couldn't give remark that only call when required, there should have been an option 'mode of communication', mail or phone number. Delivery guy called up and ruined my surprise, to check replacement of pink lilies to some other color. This can be also avoided but when lilies were delivered those were semi blown. Bouquet was not at all up to the mark.
When I complained thrice about this issue, then also no action has been taken.
Another issue is payment, I paid in singapore dollar, FNP charged 1500 INR extra in the name of currency conversion.
Till now, this is the worst service I have ever encountered while doing online shopping, FNP team is just a 'Thug' and provides very poor service.

I ordered birthday wooden box, but it isn't working. I raised a ticket within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery. But these people just wanted to close the ticket and not ready to address the issue. They just want the money and they will delivery an unworthy product. Also, they do not have a customer service to look into the issue, just to have an automatic reply and close the ticket.

Worst Customer service ever, they first didn't deliver the product and promised to deliver it the other day which didn't happen again and they closed their ticket.

I knew what i was buying but when i got to know the actual price of items bought from the delivery person. I was totally disappointed.
