I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. The worst service I have received ever... ruined the birthday... you should have handover the parcel to the recipient only... or at least inform the recipient.and did not even bothered to inform the sender about the delivery... money in vain. It was a gaffe to choose you.

They haven't delivered the product on time. They told us to select the time slot 8 am to 9 pm and i have also selected delivery address was office and their mentioned that they will deliver in general office hour and then they didn't deliver. And they also refuse to refund.

FNP is best in market, the only disappointment is their delivery system. Despite of mentioning for order to be deliver by evening but as usual they deliver in morning which in turn ruin the surprise.(Technically they do not work as they suppose to)

Had a worst experience with these guys. I would never recommend this service to anyone. I've ordered sequin cushion on 9th feb and they have promised us that this product will be surely delivered on 13th feb but they didn't deliver. We tried to contact customer service team and they put me on hold for long time and phone got cut off. Now they sent me text saying the product will be delivered by 15th feb. It's so disgusting. I'm so disappointed with this company.

I placed my Rakhi order after asking them that only if it reaches at least 2 days before and they said it will reach well in advance. And today is Raksha Bandhan and it's still not reached. They can't even connect me with the delivery partner in the country and neither my brother. It's so horrible. We have ordered a cake to arrive after 2 days of booking it.
When we confirmed they said the delivery is 100%, upon asking if there will be a delay, they said it would be delivered 100%, we had the b'day planned for that night at 12am, and they were sure that the cake would arrive before 09:00pm that day.
We called them 100 times in a day to confirm the order and right when the time passes they said they could not deliver due to the address issue, we called them so many time on that particular day, No one mentioned about any issue and all of a sudden we had a shock that the cake was not arriving.
They say that in the website "promises are delivered", Bull$#*!!
Don't know to keep the customers happy please don't say it at least, We wont be sitting waiting for the order if you can't deliver, at least be in touch with us if you don't understand anything.

Ordered a 2 kg cake. They changed the time without intimating. Called to cancel, they did not. Next day got the cake which was 1 kg. Neither they refunded the money nor listened to the complain. They are running a con here.
Call center people are arrogant and behave like they own the company. Neither they transfer the call to their superior, nor they resolve the issue and I am sure Management don't care about the same.

I ordered a red velvet cake. The message which I had written while ordering was missing on the cake. On top of that I had chosen earliest delivery that is between 6-10, and was waiting for it but the cake was delivered by 10 exactly. That is what they call their earliest delivery. The cake didn't even taste that good, plus was overpriced.

The Delivery was a nightmare. First of all the delivery guy reported it as address does not exist and I was charged RE delivery charges. Then my order was cancelled saying that they will deliver on another day. Till I had to scream and was forced to pay RE deliver charges after which the delivery was made. It screwed up our wedding anniversary and was definitely not a pleasant experience. I will not use the service again and will definitely not recommend the service to my worst enemy

Had ordered an anniversary cake through Ferns and Petals in outskirts of Jamshedpur. Despite having chosen"free delivery" with a wide time duration, the delivery was made at about 6pm, right when the celebrations were about to begin. The cake was fresh and the delivery boy had really pleasant manners.
I had been ordering from them often for a wide range of products. Recently I tried out the balloon decoration for birthday and its horrible, worst ever. The cost was 2699 INR and the person completed the job in 10 mins with very very low and cheap quality materials. Within 5 mins all the decoratiobs are coming off and they didnt accept the mistake and neither agreed for any refund. Its a waste of money, time and energy for customers. Never order the decorations from them or anything for that matter. Worst site ever.

I had ordered 18 yellow roses for a dear friend as a 'get well' wish. When the flowers were delivered, the quality was not upto the mark, with not very fresh roses delivered (as shared in a picture by my friend). I alerted Ferns and Petals of this, and after some back and forth, the flowers were replaced with fresh flowers.
I appreciate them for being responsible and accountable to customers.

It's was sadly PATHETIC.
Customer service chat is so slow that a snail would beat them
Order was delivered 24 hrs after it was placed and most ignorant team on chat,they knew nothing about the delivery agent and the order was canceled on its own for the same day then later it showed 8.59 am out for delivery the next morning and delivery slot was 9 am to 9 pm and the delivered 8.59 pm...exactly a day later after the occasion for which it was being sent...no emotional value for the clients sentiments...chat people were not rude as the chats get logged but anyone could understand the undertone and their ignorance.

The service is too bad. Please not opt for it. They fool us. I had selected a different cake while ordering but some other cake got delivered. On asking for replacement to the customer care they are saying they cant do anything. It was a expensive cake I lost my money like wise it was my babies birthday, had ordered a cartoon cake for her but someother photo cake got delivered, which was not at all good in appearance. The product quality was good, but the way they deliver i didnt liked it because basically this website is used to surprise a person on his/her special occasion. During delivery they are directly saying that mam ur cake is ready for delivery like that. What i would suggest is instead of that they can say, u have a surprise or something like dat so the person to whom we are sending would be exicted to see what is that and the sender details should be said only at the delivery not at the call itself. The worst ever experience of getting flowers delivered from FNP. We placed an order, for a lily bouquet, at 11 am choosing a preferred delivery between 2-3 pm. We also asked for a "congratulations/ good luck" greeting card (what we got was very random).
After multiple follows up, we finally received our order at 4.30 pm - but the flowers delivered were the worst flowers ever (absolutely dead and no quality). All that they cared about was the payment and after that, cared a damn about timing and quality. When we asked for a refund for the prefered time option, they mentioned they would give us credit (but no cash). The credit has also not been given.
The card was signed up incorrectly. The entire experience was pathetic!
