I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money. What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.
Please do not ruin your day and your family's with this company. I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered to my mother who is in hospital, terminally ill. I begged them to deliver it on time and I paid 200 rs delivery charge plus 50 rs convenience on top of the flowers n cake. 2000 rs in dock and I just received a mail saying they attempted but couldn't deliver. The delivery guy never called and we tried calling the guy for more than 25 times no answer or switched off. I contacted their customer care for more than 10 times and they couldn't get in touch with the delivery person either but they simply refused to help or take responsibility. They didn't want to refund either. It's not just about losing 2000 rs but the anguish and follow up. I just wanted to send some flowers to my critically ill mother that she likes. The worst ever experience of getting flowers delivered from FNP. We placed an order, for a lily bouquet, at 11 am choosing a preferred delivery between 2-3 pm. We also asked for a "congratulations/ good luck" greeting card (what we got was very random).
After multiple follows up, we finally received our order at 4.30 pm - but the flowers delivered were the worst flowers ever (absolutely dead and no quality). All that they cared about was the payment and after that, cared a damn about timing and quality. When we asked for a refund for the prefered time option, they mentioned they would give us credit (but no cash). The credit has also not been given.
The card was signed up incorrectly. The entire experience was pathetic!
It was a great service and surely will be using in future for all the occasions.
They will provide you service on time and will help you to create special moments for you friends and family far from you. My wife was really happy to get the gift on her birthday.
Product collections are too good. Should improve little in delivering the product on given time slot. Had a 2 day delay in delivery of the product. Hope it is can be rectified and improve to deliver on time and date.

1st time I had ordered Internationally(Dubai) for a loved one I was bit anxious... but the order was on point! Time, date and the product was just exact as in the pic... then Again did for a 2nd time Internationally and locally... This service is just amazing... Just go for it!

I live in Canada and I've ordered a birthday cake for my wife and its not delivered. On top of it, when I tried to login to the site to complain, my account is locked and asked to login with OTP. I raised a complaint but I'm not sure if it will taken seriously.
My suggestion is to use other services and avoid fnp.

I ordered a Rakhi gift for my sister 3 weeks back. Not delivered yet. Every second day, customer support from FnP sends me an email that delivery is scheduled for that day. Only for me to know the next day from my sister that nothing was delivered. Customer support doesnt even bother to acknowledge and never tells me any reason for delays. Customer support is terrible and this is not the first time I had such an experience. I am done with using their service.

Please do not trust their international delivery. My rakhi order was supposed to be delivered on 23rd Aug 2021, which never happened. No one had the courtesy to inform that it is delayed. After multiple follow ups by me, they kept saying that its in transit. After one week of non delivery, the team canceled it on its own and had the audacity to charge me the convenience fee. Please help me understand, why I should pay convenience fee to you after so much inconvenience caused, and ruining the festival for me and my brother. It's not about the amount of convenience fee, but it is a matter of ethics and credibility. You are spoiling the emotions and sentiments behind the gesture. I will never recommend such fraud service to anyone. They are not a quality service company. There staffing is not properly trained. They don't address care about the customer requirements. Once you have paid them the money they forget that they have a obligation. They never feel the need to call you and address and close issues.

I am highly disappointed with Ferns N Petals for not delivering what was promised. Not to mention the occasion is ruined but now I am apprehensive as anyone of my guests could potentially suffer food poisoning. The cake was a 1kg Truffle Chocolate cake Order ID: *******. It did not taste anything like truffle cake but was rotten, dry, smelling and tasting stale and off. I am extremely embarrassed.
I have since called the company to take the cake back. The delivery person also tasted the cake and confirmed the same. I am now waiting for a response from the company for their unprofessional and poor service.

Recently we hired this company for funeral services for my father. They charged us a hefty fee for providing services which involved moving the body from hospital to crematorium and performing the last rites. The company did not even provide flowers to place on the body. No priest to perform the ceremony. In other words this company completely messed up my father's funeral services. They put us in such a precarious situation but at that moment we had no choice but to go ahead with the cremation. We were so disappointed that we couldn't perform the last rites as required. How can a company do this and go so cheap without any recourse. We have tried to contact this company several times but no response. We spent $******* for the services and we feel this company is a big fraud. Please avoid this company any cost. They didn't even provide a GST receipt.

I placed an order for my husband's birthday, and haven't got delivered. I received a message "Attempted to deliver due to wrong address". Though the recipient's phone number was given while I placed the order, they didn't call, and haven't taken any initiative to deliver. I have been notified to contact within 2 hours for redelivery, but no contact number provided rather, it just opened up feedback page, still I raised, but of no use. No point in calling the customer care, just to say "We can't do anything". I was asking for refund, such a shame to say, the service agent was just muting my speech, just not to get recorded. She said can't refund, can redeliver it, for that I have to pay more than half of my cake's amount. If it's genuine should have refunded or redelivered of no cost, but this is only for trapping people. So disgusted to afford of no use. Please don't think about placing order in fnp, only for cheating not for service.

I had ordered for 2 cakes and a flower bouquet which was a midnight delivery.The cakes got delivered but the bouquet was not delivered, I received an email saying delivery attempted but not delivered. How is that possible that the cakes were delivered at the same time and not the bouquet.The cakes delivered were completely different from what i had ordered and the taste was not good. My daughter has used Fern and Petals several times to have flowers delivered to addresses in India. The quality of flowers is absolutely horrible. The flowers never last for more than day. On one occasion they were delivered 2 days after the required delivery date. The company is clearly cheating customers. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!

Terrible service. Absolutely hated the service. I had ordered for my mother's birthday. The orders were not delivered as the delivery boy couldn't find the address. In spite of calling back within 10 minutes, the support team couldn't manage to deliver it throughout the entire day. On request for a redelivery(as they don't even provide the option of cancellation and refund), they still couldn't process it until the next morning and could provide no information about the status of delivery. My calls were put on hold for 15 minutes at a time and still I got no response. Absolutely hated it and regret my decision of ordering from this site. You guys should really know it's not just gifts you deliver. The emotions behind the gifts hold more importance. Don't sign up for something if you don't have the commitment and least decency to fulfill it.

The rotating photo lamp that I ordered 3rd time is simply amazing. It was appreciated by all in the family, particularly the B'day girl. The delivery was made right on time and in perfectly good condition. Delivery was immediately followed by a delivery confirmation. First of all i can say that the product quality is good... But they never keep the product delivery on time... as they are charging a huge amount for the specified time delivery. It happened today(29-aug-23). I wondered how they are getting all the reviews 5 star. May be it is happening for me only, because it is not my first bad experience with fnp. So, in my opinion, if are not hurry, do not select the option for specific time delivery. They cannot fulfill the timing. I don't know what will happen to my product which i have ordered, because i don't want it anymore, as the recepient is out of station because of the late delivery. Thank you so much fnp.

The cake was good but the flowers were not good. Costly than Archie's. The delivery was to be done between 23.30 and 00:00 but the delivery guy reached at 23.00.
They took 250 extra for midnight charges but still it got delivered at 23.00.

Ferns N Petals have beautiful floral arrangements they advertise for distribution in India. I wish these were also available in Abu Dhabi since the same flowers were mostly used in both markets but in different floral designs. For example, I tried to order, on line, the Indian bestseller "Roses and Orchids Basket Arrangement". I was told by Ferns N Petals that this specific design is not available in Abu Dhabi. So, disappointing... I had to limit my choices from the different floral arrangements accessible in Abu Dhabi. I would understand that the same floral product arrangement would be sold at prices higher in Abu Dhabi than in India. But I find it hard to appreciate that flower designs and arrangements could not be duplicated and be made available in both markets.
